J ada Pinkett Smith hosts “Red Table Talk” on Facebook where she, her mother Adrienne Banfield Norris and her 18-year-old daughter Willow Smith talk every topic possible. It’s a candid convo that gets extra real. Today, Willow dropped a bomb on her mom that gave her a bit of a jolt. Willow talked if that type of situation could work for her, saying, “I love men and women equally and so I would definitely want one man, one woman.” She continued, “I feel like I could be polyfidelitous with those two people. I’m not the kind of person that is constantly looking for new sexual experiences. I focus a lot on the emotional connection and I feel like if I were to find two people of the different genders that I really connected with and we had a romantic and sexual connection, I don’t feel like I would feel the need to try to go find more.” She also could not see herself in a quadruple, adding, “Personally, male and female — that’s all I need,” she said. Jada looked a bit shocked and said, “How does that make you feel?” to her mom. She continued with laughter, “‘Cause I think my stomach just [makes turning motion].” She also said, “Listen, you know me, Willow. Whatever makes you happy. I always tell her, never be afraid. Source: Matt Winkelmeyer / Getty On the most recent episode of “Red Table Talk,” musician and actor Common sat down with Jada Pinkett-Smith , Gammy and Willow to discuss the tension that existed between him and his daughter Omoye, learning his triggers in romantic relationships and his relationship with Angela Rye these days. Check out the highlights below. — Jada : I was really moved by your book in terms of you repairing your relationship with your daughter. Because we had a little bit of that in our house. Will just thought that winning, he thought providing was enough. Until one day, Willow was like, ‘This is hurting me.’ Willow : I don’t even think it was a conversation. It was just me choosing to be like ‘No.’ Jada : This was during the “Whip the Hair.” It took her and that relationship for him to stop and reevaluate what is love. Common : My daughter Omoye confronted me. It was a late-night call so I thought I was getting a call like, ‘I’m a cool dad.’ It was 2 in the morning. I had to start a film the next day so I said, ‘Ima call you back. Let’s talk tomorrow.’ And she called me right back like, ‘Yo, you don’t even care. You ain’t even see where I was at.’ And it really, it shook me for a minute. I was like, ‘What are you talking about? I do care.’ And her mother and I weren’t together. Eventually, that conversation turned into her saying you weren’t there for me, you didn’t fight for me as a father. It made me feel defensive. I was hurt and I was mad too. I was like, ‘You really believe some of this stuff.’ What I really learned, after I got past my own ego, I said, ‘Look, you right, I didn’t fight.’ And I had to acknowledge that. I just need to listen to her because this is what she’s feeling. No matter what I think I’ve done and this and that, this is how she feels. And that was one of those the heavens open moments and how to apply love more. Jada : In the way it looked for her. You probably thought you were doing your thing. Common : I didn’t grow necessarily with my father, right? So a lot of ways I learned to be a man is from my homies and other father figures. And the provide and protect are the two most important things we learn. And I’m a caring individual but I had to get past just providing and protecting because love is a action word. That type of understanding and just paying attention is what we weren’t equipped with… When you put the truth on the table, it strengthens the relationship. Omoye was harboring those feelings. She felt like, ‘I didn’t always have my dad here so if I tell him some stuff he did wrong, I’ll have him less.’ Once she was able to put it out, she felt liberated and free. And now, she’s more secure in the fact that you can tell your dad whatever you need to tell him and the love is going to be there. We had our own therapy session together. And she was smart about it. She was like, ‘Dad, before this book come out we need to resolve this.’ We’re doing great overall, she just graduated from Howard University. Common : She was like did this really happen to you? I was like, ‘Yeah.’ And that’s when she started processing. and she said, ‘I really am proud of you.’ When your daughter tell you she’s proud of you, you feel that. His relationship with his mother affecting his romantic relationships with women Common : My mother gave me all the love she could but some of that love was even pain because of her and my father not being together and that struggle. A single mother sometimes will put the responsibility of a husband on a young boy. And the child is like, he’s trying to do his best but he can’t do what a husband can do, just providing the emotional energy and love. And that eventually transfers into an intimacy avoidance. So anytime that show up in a [romantic] relationship, you’re like no. You’re like this feels familiar in a bad way. And the mothers they don’t know they’re doing that. They’re just trying to offer their love. I’ve been in situations where I’ve been in a good relationship but the woman, she needed certain things and I felt like it was being too much. It reminded me of my mother. I need to identify is this really happening and if it is, I should be able to communicate that and say the things I need. And that’s what the therapy has helped me with. And I’m like, ‘Black people, let’s use therapy, man.’ From a personal level to a generational level, we can use it to heal. Jada : There was a line in the book where you thought love was desire. Common : Men really identify this yearning for this person being a love thing. When that in love, honeymoon phase goes, I would go, ‘This don’t feel as good.’ I would start coming up with excuses on why the relationship is not gon work. ‘When I’m in relationships, I don’t do work as well.’ My albums are not as good or I don’t focus. Congratulations are in order for Chris Brown. And prayers are needed for the little boy or girl who is about to grow up with Chris Brown as a father. The rapper is expecting his second child with Ammika Harris, numerous outlets have confirmed. It’s unclear just how far along Harris is in her pregnancy, but Us Weekly writes that she and the violent superstar broke up a few months ago. So… she’s either already well into her second trimester and the news just broke; or Brown and Harris had some non-relationship sex at some point in the fairly recent past. At last check, Brown was romantically linked to Instagram model Indya Marie. We remain perplexed, of course, over why he would be romantically linked to anyone, considering Chris Brown is a tempermental abuser who bloodied Rihanna’s face with his fists a few years ago. Since then, he has been accused of domestic violence on multiple other occasions as well. The New York Post first reported that Brown is expecting, noting that he dropped hints in May when he remarked on a photo Harris,playing basketball at an arcade. “BM BAD,” he wrote at the time, using the common abbreviation for “baby mama.” Neither Brown nor Harris has said anything else about the topic since then. Their baby, however, will join half-sibling Royalty in Brown’s immediate/extended family; her mother is Nia Guzman. According to the star, he thinks that being a dad is “very humbling” and he does seem to dote on the five-year-old toddler. Just take one look at Brown’s Instagram and it’s apparent he spends his fair share of time with Royalty. Khloe Kardashian would like to make something very clear. You wanna drag Tristan Thompson’s name through the mud? Go right ahead. That guy is a cheater and a liar and a total loser who only has an NBA title because he played with LeBron James. But the name she has worked so hard to keep clean and admirable? Don’t you dare dully it, Internet users! Khloe has felt a need to speak out in her own defense after reports surfaced that alleged she started dating Thompson back in the summer of 2016 — when he was still with then-girlfriend Jordan Craig. Moreover, when Craig was pregnant with his first kid. According to court documents Craig filed this past November (as part of her child support battle against Thompsin), the Instagram model wrote that Thompson and Kardashian got together when she was still involved with the basketball player. “Their relationship went viral and everything took a turn for the worst,” Jordan recalls in these legal papers, adding: “Every day, several articles were published worldwide mocking my new unfortunate reality… my pregnancy would now become one of the most popular gossip headlines.” Craig never refers here to Khloe by name… but come on, right? (Plus, photos were published in August of 2016 of Khloe and Tristan on vacation.) Under fire for her supposed role in Thompson and Craig’s split, Kardashian fired back last night on her Instagram Story. “I’m disappointed that I even feel the need to post this but… I need to say my truth. Take it as you will,” she started, prior to delving into a lengthy explanation. “My truth is: I met Tristan because HE CHOSE to go on a blind date with me. “A mutual friend set us up. After going on some dates, Tristan told me that he had an ex that was pregnant. Obviously, I was reluctant about us continuing to date or start a relationship.” Craig, for the record, gave birth to a son named Prince in December 2016. She has stated that Thompson is a deadbeat father to this two-year old . Kardashian goes on to say that the power forward “pleaded with me that the relationship was over long before we met.” And, let’s face it, Thompson is clearly prone to lying about sex and love and romances and basically everything, as Khloe herself sadly knows well. “He had me talk with his most inner circle,” she writes. “He showed me physical poof [sic] (correspondence between the two) and had me on calls with his lawyers to prove his point. His best friends, business associates and even his mother told me, him and his ex were broken up before we met.” ( Note to Khloe : If a guy has you on the phone with his attorney to try and prove something about his love life, maybe you ought to take that as a weird warning sign next time and just move on.) “This is my truth!” Khloe continued. “The truth that I believed and trusted. If for any reason this is NOT in fact the truth, I am so completely and utterly sorry that TRISTAN and his inner circle would lie on something like this!” We probably do believe Khloe here. She has no history of getting between a man and his girlfriend and, to reiterate, Tristan Thompson is a known liar all around. “I pray my truth is in fact that,” the reality star says. “Lord knows I pray but now, I really don’t know what to believe. “Truthfully, from the deepest parts of my soul, I am sorry! I’m sorry for any pain that has been created either way. No woman deserves to go through anything like this!” In conclusion? This is MY TRUTH. The young boy brought the drugs to Edison Elementary to ask for help, according to the Kennewick Police Department and now, local authorities are praising the “brave” young boy for having the courage to turn in his own parents. “We would like to acknowledge the courage that it took for this child to bring this information to a trusted adult at the Kennewick School District,” says a post on the Kennewick Police Department Facebook page. The principal and an office administrator were befuddle when the child handed over what appeared to be a small plastic bag of methamphetamine. He reportedly found the drugs in his home on Wednesday morning and ended up bringing it to school because he was “afraid to return home.” “This particular child was brave for coming to us with this,” said Lt. Aaron Clem of the Kennewick Police Department to Yahoo Lifestyle . “It’s difficult, especially for an elementary school kid, to report this kind of thing when it involves a family member.” Once the child provided additional information to a School Resource Officer about his parents’ behavior, the detectives went to his home where they found they found fetanyl pills and other drug paraphernalia. “I suspect that he had seen the drugs before, which is why he knew to bring them to school,” Clem continued. The boy’s parents, 29-year-old Jennifer Edwards 29-year-old and Daniel O’Leary, were then arrested for possession of a controlled substance and are currently booked at the Benton County Jail. According to local authorities, the boy and his sister have bpth been placed into protective custody and released to Child Protective Services. The Lt. said, “We hope that since he’s done this that he and his sister are going to live in a safer and environment and that the adults they get the help that they need.” The Benton County prosecuting attorney will evaluate the case later this week to see if there are any other possible charges, like child endangerment. Clem adds that he hopes that other children who may feel unsafe at home will feel empowered to come get help from any trusted adult. “If there’s ever any elementary child, or older, that sees something at home, they can always find a trusted adult— whether it’s at school, a fire department or the police department— and get the help that they need or with any concerns that they may have.”

Kim Kardashian has been working a lot of late to help free inmates who have been imprisoned for all the wrong reasons. But here's the ironic thing, based on the Keeping Up with the Kardashians clip featured on this page: Kim herself might soon get arrested… FOR MURDER! Okay, fine. We might be exaggerating a little bit here. However, a quasi family member does end up dead on Sunday night's brand new episode of this E! reality series. “Kim, the hamster hasn't been moving. So you might want to go look at it,” the star's assistant, Michael, tells his boss in this footage, referring to the animal that Khloe got for her niece, sort of against Kim's wishes. “It's dead? I don't have time for a dead hamster,” Kim responds before going to investigate. (We mean, no one really has time for a dead hamster, Kim. But this isn't about you.) As pure luck would have it, Kim is on the phone with Khloe when this tragedy occurred. After taking a look at the critter's cage, Kim delcares simply: “The hamster is dead.” When Khloe asks if young North is aware that her pet has passed, Kim grapples with how to tell her daughter the sad news. “She's at school. I don't know how I'm going to say, 'Oh, and by the way your hamster died,'” Kim says. This actually is a legitimate issue parents face all the time; what do you say when a cat or dog or fish or hamster passes away? It's a legitimately difficult topic and debate. In this case, we don't really get an answer. Later, via a confessional, the beauty mogul struggles with how to soften the blow for her five-year old daughter. “North is going to be really, really upset. It's just not fair … how do I go and explain this,” she wonders. Honestly, Kim has probably never seemed more relatable that she does in this clip. “This kind of sh-t I can't deal with. This is why you don't give someone a pet. Don't ever do this to me again, I literally hate you,” she tells Khloe before getting off the phone. Yikes, huh?
