Kate Gosselin: Child Abuse Allegations Detailed in Leaked Court Documents

There have been plenty of Kate Gosselin child abuse allegations over the years.  Sources ranging from tabloid reporters to members of Kate’s inner circle have accused the reality star of beating and neglecting her children. Perhaps most scandalously, Kate was investigated by child services for mistreating her 10-year-old son, Collin, over a period of years. The investigators looked into this, but did not find sufficient evidence of abuse to remove Collin or any of Kate’s children from her home, even temporarily. Apparently that was not the first time that concerned parties tried to determine if Kate was an unfit mother, though. Court documents from 2010, which leaked today, show that Kate’s ex, Jon Gosselin, desperately tried to convince a judge that Kate should not be permitted to raise children. The documents detail an incident that occurred on Octover 19, 2010, in which Jon claims that he found physical evidence of abuse, including a “large red welt” on daughter Leah’s backside that he discovered while bathing her. “[Leah] later explained that it was from Mother after Leah bit Hannah,” the document explains. More Pics Of Kelly Rowland And Her Son Titan From Essence Magazine Shoot Destiny’s Child songstress Kelly Rowland welcomed a baby boy into the world 4-months ago  with husband Tim Witherspoon and she recently gave the masses a first official glimpse at his precious face during a sit-down with Essence magazine. A sneak peek at the Essence cover, which features baby Titan being cuddled by his proud parents , made it’s way onto the internet last week and now a few more pics have surfaced. How adorable is little Titan?? New mom Kelly also had this to say about being a new mom: via People Magazine “The most surprising thing for me is how fast he is growing and how much joy he has given me,” the singer, 34, tells PEOPLE of her first child with husband Tim Weatherspoon. Those little moments of joy have been especially meaningful for Rowland in the wake of her own mom’s unexpected death last December — just weeks after Titan was born in November. “When he laughed for the first time, I cried,” says the former Destiny’s Child member, who debuts her baby boy on the cover of Essence magazine’s April issue. “It was the most beautiful sound I’ve ever heard,” she adds. Of course, it seems that the sound of Rowland’s voice is what baby Titan finds most beautiful. “He absolutely loves music and likes when we dance and sing with him,” says Rowland, who shares her new mom duties with manager Weatherspoon, 41. “I have to say whatever ‘baby challenge’ you put in front of Tim, he passes it with flying colors,” says Rowland. “He is just the best dad!” Gotta love it!

Father Steals Infant Daughter From Hospital To Evade Child Protective Services People are awful… Via DailyMail An Arizona father was caught on camera putting his two-day old baby girl inside of a plastic bag before smuggling her out of a hospital to avoid welfare workers. Jason Matthew Bristol, 33, of Youngtown, Arizona made the plan after he realized his daughter, who was born with drugs in her system, was going to be taken into custody by the Arizona Department of Child Safety. After placing the girl in a bag, he is seen on surveillance video sneaking her out of Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in January before making it home without being caught. Glendale Police Department received a call from the hospital on February 21,at 12.41pm reporting a possible missing newborn, according to a statement released to Daily Mail Online following the incident. On February 26, both Bristol and the child’s mother, Diana McKinney, 30, were arrested and could face child abuse and drug possession charges, according to AZ Daily Sun. SMMFH! Image via YouTube

Following an embarrassing fall at the BRIT Awards , Madonna is doing her best to make headlines for what comes out of her mouth… as opposed where she ends up on her rear end. The legendary singer recently lamented the rise of anti-Semitism in France and compared that nation to Nazi Germany . She also said Kanye West is a black version of… herself. And now The Material Girl is featured in the latest issue of Out, which hits newsstands on March 17, and she’s explaining to the magazine why she wants to date a gay man. Kind of. Sort of. There’s just one issue… “I didn’t feel like straight men understood me. They just wanted to have sex with me,” Madonna says of her romantic history. “Gay men understood me, and I felt comfortable around them. There was only that one problem, which is that they didn’t want to have sex with me! So…conundrum! “I was like, ‘How am I ever going to get a date? Maybe if I cut my hair and I lose a lot of weight, someone will mistake me for a guy and ask me out.” In some ways, meanwhile, Madonna also wishes she were gay. “Gay rights are way more advanced than women’s rights People are a lot more open-minded to the gay community than they are to women. “It’s moved along for the gay community, for the African-American community, but women are still just trading on their ass. To me, the last great frontier is women…. Women are still the most marginalized group. “You’re still categorized – you’re still either a virgin or a whore. The 1999 comedy Office Space remains a cult classic thanks to its endlessly quotable dialogue and, of course, its memorable cast of characters: Milton, the Bobs, Lumbergh…Michael Bolton. Yes, one of the movie’s best running gags is the fact that David Herman’s gangsta-rap-loving character bristles with rage every time someone points out that he shares a name with the “no talent ass clown” Grammy-winner. Ironically, the movie is so beloved by a generation that many of us now think of Herman’s Michael Bolton whenever the name is mentioned. Fortunately, the folks at Funny or Die or here to set the record straight: Michael Bolton in Office Space Bolton has demonstrated his self-deprecating sense of humor before – most notably in the classic Lonely Island Jack Sparrow skit – but it looks like he draws the line at referring to himself as talentless. “Ass clown” is apparently fair game, though.  As much as we enjoyed this clip, it was a little bittersweet, as it reminded us how much we’ve been longing for an Office Space sequel. Chris Brown to Take Baby Mama to Court: Find Out Why

Chris Brown is getting set to beat his baby mama. In court, that is. As the entire Internet knows by now, Brown found out last month that he’s the father to a nine-month old girl named Royalty . Upon discovering this information (for which Karrueche Tran dumped Brown ), the singer quietly arranged to pay model Nia Gizman a sizable amount of child support each month. In exchange for Nia remaining quiet about the child, Brown actually agreed to pay more than he was legally obligated to as the father of Royalty. But TMZ sources confirm that Brown believes Guzman is the one who’s been blabbing to the press about their relationship, thereby breaking their deal. As a result, Brown’s attorneys are preparing legal documents in which they will ask a judge to ORDER Brown to pay child support, according to what the law states. Ironically, this amount will be lower than what Brown is paying now. We feel bad for Nia that she’ll suffer the consequences of Brown’s infamous temper… but it could be worse, we suppose.
