Farrah Franklin, Former Destiny Child’s Member, Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Farrah Franklin has once again been arrested for disorderly conduct. The former Destiny’s Child member, who spent five months as part of that group in 2011, was booked on this charge in 2011 and then allegedly had herself a seriously wild and crazy evening this part Saturday. Police tell TMZ that Franklin spent most of the night partying with NFL players and Da’Quan Bowers and Ricky Sapp. The trip went back to Sapp’s apartment in Myrtle Beach, where the two were grew suspicious of how long Franklin would spend in the bathroom – and then grew concerned when she reportedly went a tad crazy. Bowers and Sapp called the cops after Franklin started screaming and slamming doors, only she fled before authorities arrived. Officials eventually combed the neighborhood and found Franklon asleep on someone’s lawn. They described her as “highly intoxicated” and “unsteady on her feet” and took the singer in for disorderly conduct. It’s unclear exactly what happened… but of Franklin was trying to help out a pal by distracting folks from all the Jay Z- Beyonce divorce chatter, she has gone a great job. 50 Celebrity Mug Shots: ARRESTED! 1. Prince George WALKS in New Official Portrait: See It Here!

Your move, North West . Just prior to his first birthday (this Tuesday!!!!), Prince George has inadvertently posed for a new official portrait… that depicts the Royal Toddler taking some of his first steps! Parents William and Kate selected a butterfly exhibit at London’s Natural History Museum as the location for this adorable photograph, released across the Internet in honor of their son’s major milestone. Are those overalls to die for or what?!? The image was snapped by John Stillwell, of the Press Association wire service in Great Britain. “He’s quick on his feet,” Stillwell tells People . “He was walking towards me – I was kneeling down to take the picture and he was on top of me as soon as he started walking. He was very quick. He looked really steady on his feet.” The Duke of Cambridge recently joked that his child “will be running faster than me very soon” and it looks like that may very well be the case. Skye McCole Bartusiak Dies; Actress Was 21

Skye McCole Bartusiak, an actress best known for her role in 2000’s The Patriot, was found dead at her home in Houston yesterday. The young star was 21 years old. Bartusiak was only seven when she played Mel Gibson’s daughter in the aforementioned drama. She also portrayed the child of Michael Douglas’ character in 2001’s Don’t Say a Word. The cause of death is unknown at this time, but Bartusiak’s mother (Helen McCole Bartusiak) told CNN that her daughter had been suffering from epileptic seizures of late. Skye’s boyfriend found her sitting up in her bed. “We think she had a seizure and choked and nobody was there,” Helen said. “They were working on her for 45 minutes and could not get a heartbeat.” We send our thoughts and prayers to the Bartusiak family. 21 Shocking Celebrity Deaths 1. Parents Complain About Penis Drawing on Baby’s Clothing, Apparel Company Apologizes

You really never know when a penis will pop up. Sometimes a church in Illinois takes this shape. Other times,  a furry black dog . And at other times you’re feeding your baby girl when you notice a drawing inside a shape that very closely resembles a man’s most private part. This is what happened to Shane and Carla Gallivan of Nottinghamshire, with the latter telling Great Britain’s The Metro that she recently noticed how her child’s “trousers were covered in penises” and she was “angry because it’s not the kind of thing you should be dressing a baby in.” Not typically, no. One would hope not, at least. A close look does seem to reveal that a designer may have been having a bit of subtle fun with this item. However, retailer Next says it’s an “innocent mistake” that was simply missed in the “approval process” and that others complained about it prior to the Gallivans. “As it was inappropriate, we made the decision to withdraw this item from sale as soon as it was bought to our attention earlier this year,” Next said via statement. Clay Aiken Gets $90K In Child Support From Jaymes Foster Via RadarOnline reports: Clay Aiken is really hoping to win the Congressional seat in North Carolina this fall, and not just because he wants to serve his country. RadarOnline.com has learned that he could use the paycheck because the only other steady source of income the former American Idol contestant collects each month is the child support payment from his baby mama, Jaymes Foster, sister of mega record producer, David. Even though Jaymes has primary custody of her five-year-old-son with Aiken, Parker, “Clay is given a substantial amount of child support from her,” an insider revealed. “The basis for the child support payment — which is more than $7,500 a month — is that Jaymes is raising Parker in a very luxurious lifestyle, therefore, Clay needs to be able to maintain and provide that for his son also. So, mommy pays for that.” Now, “Jaymes is hoping that Clay wins his bid to become a Congressman so she could petition the Court to reduce his child support payments,” the source said. “Clay doesn’t have any other source of steady income besides his monthly child support from Jaymes.” Members of Congress are paid $174,000 annually and are given annual allowances to offset travel costs between their district, and Washington D.C. Though Aiken is homosexual, he and best friend James decided to have a son together back in 2008. Since then the two have been in and out of court in Los Angeles over custody issues involving their son. Aiken was runner-up to Ruben Studdard on American Idol in 2003, and recently won the Democratic primary for a North Carolina congressional seat. Foster had served as executive producer of Aiken’s last three albums for RCA, which didn’t create a lot of buzz. The source added, “Clay is very jealous of the success that Jaymes has accomplished in her career, and he wants to live the life of luxury, and not pay for it. There is absolutely no demand for Clay as a musician. He is always trying to get more money out of Jaymes. It’s just a sad situation.” Wow! Clay wouldn’t be the first politician with money issues and baby mama drama though…

Happy Birthday, Penelope Scotland Disick!

Penelope Scotland Disick turns two years old today – and we really wish we could present this child with the best gift possible: A puppy day away from her annoying family. Alas, that would be against the law, so we’ll instead just send along our best wishes to this adorable toddler, who recently made the AWWW-inspiring choice to crawl over Kourtney Kardashian’s baby bump . That’s right, Penelope will soon be a big sister to a little boy or girl, as Kourtney and Scott Disick are expecting their third child before the year is over. Fortunately, as seen in one of the images below, Penelope has experiencing hanging with cousin North West, who turned a year old last month. So we’re fully confident she’ll function as a successful older sibling. We’re also very sorry for including this opening image in Penelope’s photo montage, but it took place exactly two years ago today. How could it NOT kick off a gallery in honor of the birthday girl?!? Sometimes parents humiliate their kids . Other times, however, parents totally come through for their kids. We’re pretty sure the following fits into this category. For their child’s recent birthday, a mother and father gifted him with the video game Minecraft. And when he opened it, the tears flew, the yells emanated and all-out hysteria commenced for a solid minute. In the description of this video online, the parents said their son’s reaction went “above and beyond” what they expected. To that, we say… YA THINK?!? Time to empty those pockets… The Mother Of Paul George’s Newborn Daughter Files For Sole Custody, Child Support The chicken(heads) have come home to roost on Paul George and his dirty-dogging habits, because the stripper George knocked up while dating the coach’s daughter is looking for sole custody of their baby girl…and of course the hefty child support that comes with it. Via PageSix : A former stripper wants sole custody of her 2-month-old girl because the child’s NBA star-dad is too busy on the court to be a parent, according to court papers. Attorneys for Indiana Pacers forward Paul George revealed his ex-lover’s previously sealed paternity lawsuit when they moved the case to federal court on Monday. George “is not capable of the care of the child … due to, among other things, his professional obligations, his lifestyle and his residency away from the child,” baby mama Daniela Rajic says in the legal filing. The buxom brunette met the single George in Miami where she had danced at Tootsie’s Cabaret. She “had intercourse with [George] on several occasions covering a period of time which includes all possible dates of conception, including, but not limited to August 2012, and a result [Rajic] became pregnant,” the 24-year-old says in the suit. Rajic also says her hoopster ex has never met his baby girl. She wants an unspecified amount of child support and a court-ordered paternity test. The 6-foot-9-inch baller is expected to pull in over $3.3 million this year. Although Rajic already had a DNA test performed that says George is Olivia’s father, a spokesman for the player said he is awaiting “legal confirmation” of paternity. If that comes, “I will fully embrace my responsibilities,” George said in a statement. Those responsibilities no-doubt include at least five figures per month in child support payments , so hopefully he’s ready! That 18-year stripper pension is about to go into full effect.
