Teresa Giudice Asks Fans to Pray for Her as Joe Faces Deportation

The Giudice family is rallying against Joe’s impending deportation and asking their fans for support. Teresa is still making time to do Real Housewives events — it’s part of her job, after all. At a recent gathering, she asked fans in the audience to keep her family in their prayers as they fight to stay together. Teresa Giudice took part in the East Coast Vs. West Coast Real Housewives Brunch at the Mohegan Sun casino in Uncasville, Connecticut. Us Weekly reports that, while she was there, she used her platform to ask for emotional support from the audience. “Teresa said to please pray for me and my family,” an eyewitness reveals. The eyewitness adds: “She really hopes Joe is out of jail to see [their daughter] Gia graduate.” Additionally, “She said she cannot wait to see the light at the end of the tunnel.” Not everything that Teresa discussed was as upsetting as a family being torn apart. According to the eyewitness, Teresa “was in really good spirits and made the crowd laugh several times.” “She explained that Dina [Manzo] and Jacqueline [Laurita] were asked to recommend beautiful women for the show,” the eyewitness reports. “Dina recommended Teresa,” she shared. The eyewitness then reveals: “Teresa said she does not know why Caroline [Manzo] did the show.” Shade . “And,” the eyewitness shares. “There was a joke about if Teresa did the show, her husband would go to jail.” That prophecy has been fulfilled, then. As far as doing the show, “she said she f–ken shouldn’t have.” “She said it is Jacqueline’s fault for her doing the show,” the eyewitness adds. “Teresa said she suckered Joe into doing the show,” the report says. The eyewitness continues: “and now that he is away, he has watched himself and says he was an a–hole.” Apparently Gia and her mom have been looking at universities, but Teresa is strongly encouraging for her to stay close to home. “Teresa said she is sick of driving far,” the eyewitness reports. “So is pushing for her to go to Rutgers.” “She said she drives too much,” the report continues. “From dropping off and picking up kids and going to see Joe, she is sick of driving.” Teresa also dished on her 17-year-old daughter’s academic performance, which is … a hell of a thing to do. “She said Gia struggles in school,” the eyewitness says. “And has tutors and she is tired of paying for them.” The eyewitness reports: “She said she gets good grades, but she is not a genius like her middle daughter, who gets straight As and is the smart one.” Teresa addressed other topics, beyond comparing the relative academic performances and intelligences of her children. Specifically, Teresa had some not-so-kind words regarding her feud with Caroline, Jacqueline, and Kathy Wakile Opens a New Window. . “She said she is sad she let them into her house, to be betrayed by them,” the eyewtiness reports. “Fame and money will do that to family,” the eyewitness characterizes of Teresa’s words. “She said,” the report concludes. “You never go against family.” Teresa and Joe have four daughters. Gia is 17, Gabriella is 14, Milania is 12, and Audriana is 9. For them to lose their father to deportation — a horror that is sadly all too common these days — is nothing short of tragic. While Teresa and Joe aren’t perfect (fraud convictions and table-flipping are only the tip of that iceberg), they love their children. (Even if Teresa openly gossips about Gia and also doesn’t seem to understand that academic performance isn’t synonymous with intelligence) Seeing this family put on a brave face while getting torn apart is heartbreaking. Teen Bakes Grandfather’s Ashes Into Cookies for Classmates

This story has everything: teenagers, a police investigation, and cannibalism. See, a California teen baked her late grandfather’s ashes into sugar cookies. She then brought these cookies to school and handed them out for classmates to eat . Someone is believed to have baked her own grandfather’s ashes into sugar cookies. That someone was a female high school student at Da Vinci Charter Academy, a public charter school in California. Because she is a minor, she has remained unidentified — which is good. What is not so good is that she brought the sugar cookies in to school and handed them out to at least nine other students. Some of the students are said to have eaten the cookies unaware of what they contained. But some of the students apparently knew exactly what they were getting. Davis Police Lt. Paul Doroshov confirmed that the unorthodox ingredient wasn’t a shock to all of the students. “Some students knew beforehand and still consumed the cookies,” Doroshov confirmed to the L.A. Times . Some who heard this story of course wondered if the cookies genuinely contained human remains, or it if was some prank. When asked if the claim was credible, Doroshov reportedly sighed. “Yeah,” he affirmed. Curiously, apparently another female student was involved in bringing the cookies to school. it’s unclear why she was involved, as the two young women are not related. Regardless, police were at a loss to categorize what happened as a crime. Some considered a California law regarding the improper disposal of remains. Others suggested that some sort of public nuisance charge would be more appropriate. Ultimately, it appears that no real harm was done and that this was the result of juvenile impulsiveness. In light of that, police have reportedly left it up to the school to figure out how to respond to something like this happening. As weird as this sounds to all of us, a lot of adolescent behavior is incomprehensible to adults. The brain is still maturing and hormones are more or less in charge. Still, multiple people have heard this story and openly wondered whatever happened to baking marijuana into food “like a normal person.” One of the students who ate one of these yikes-worthy cookies (just in time for Halloween, no less) spoke about the experience. He said that the cookies had visible gray flakes within them. Apparently the act of eating the cookies reminded him of chewing on sand as a child at the beach. He described being able to feel granules crunching against his molars. Our only response to that is to say, in contemporary internet parlance:  Thanks, I hate it! In a letter to parents, Da Vinci Charter Academy Principal Tyler Millsap addressed the issue. “This issue going on right now has been particularly challenging and our staff has responded appropriately,” he wrote. He praised staff for responding “in the most respectful and dignified way possible for all the students and families involved.” “I can say that those who were involved are remorseful,” he confirmed. “And,” he concluded. “This is now a personal family matter and we want to respect the privacy of the families involved.” He also pointed out that there is fortunately no health risk. This sort of thing should not happen again. You can make seasonal cookies in October without including cremated remains. In part, it’s about consent — people should know what they’re eating. In part, it’s about respect for the dead and for her own family. We know that, for centuries, powder made from Egyptian mummies was regularly consumed all across Europe as a “medicine.” That does not mean that it was good for anyone or that it should happen again.

On Saturday, Jenelle Evans was hospitalized after being assaulted by her husband, David Eason. We know this thanks to Jenelle's 911 call , which shocked Teen Mom 2 fans when it was released this afternoon. In the recording, Jenelle can be heard sobbing as she alleges that a drunken Eason pinned her to the floor so hard that she thought she had broken her collarbone. Now, family and friends are reportedly pleading with Jenelle to divorce David as soon as possible. Here's what we know so far: 1. Hated For a Reason David has long been despised by Teen Mom 2 viewers due to his bigoted views and the verbal abuse he heaps upon his children and stepchildren. 2. The Rumors Are True Reports about Eason physically abusing Jenelle have been circulating for years, and now, we have solid evidence that David is indeed the monster that fans of the show have always believed him to be. 3. David’s Rage According to Jenelle, David assaulted her while drunk, knocking her to the floor and pinning her down so hard she heard her collarbone “crack.” 4. A Shocking Account After news of her hospitalization went public, Jenelle initially defended David, even going so far as to hire a representative to help him clear his name. 5. The Truth Comes Out Now, however, we know that Jenelle was hospitalized following a violent altercation with her husband. Leah Messer would like to clear up a misconception. She knows that many Teen Mom fans out there have judged her as a mother. She knows that many are aghast over the custody battle she had to fight with ex Corey Simms over their twin girls, Ali and Aleeah. She knows this is a sensitive topic. But Messer recently spoke to Us Weekly and shed more light than ever before about what transpired in the past with Simms and her kids and where they stand now. Ready to get caught up? Let's do this… 1. Messer Sought Treatment in 2015 She checked into a rehab facility for depression and anxiety, as nearly all Teen Mom fans know by now. This came at a time when her daughters, Ali and Aleeah, were five years old. 2. The Custody Battle with Simms Turned Ugly Just look at the cover above as evidence. “It was like a slap in the face,” Leah told Us Weekly, describing the moment she found out her ex-Simms received custody of their twins. 3. What Was Actually Determined? On October 7, 2015 a judge ruled that Simms would care for the girls Monday-Friday, leaving Leah with only weekends to spend with them. So he never got FULL custody. 4. Said Messer at the Time: “I feel like they should have both of us in their lives. At the end of the day, my kids are going to be happy, and I don’t care what I have to do to make them happy.” 5. Fast Forward to Today and Messer is Revisiting This History… “It’s always been 50/50. People were like, ‘Leah lost custody’ … I almost did, but I never lost custody of my children,” she tells Us Weekly, perhaps doing a tiny bit of revisionist history. 6. How Are Things These Days? We haven’t heard a lot about Messer and Simms in awhile, but this is what the former says of their agreement and their co-parenting: “The current custody situation, just honestly … whatever we think is best for them, we do. Image via Shannon Fagan White Woman Calls Cops On Black Father For Talking To Soccer Player Son Apparently, we as Black people can’t enjoy simple activities like watching our children play soccer without fear of having the police called on us. According to ABCNews , some wilted, WASPy woman who works as a “field marshal”, whatever-the-f**k THAT is, alerted deputies to a Black man who was allegedly harrassing a referee. Here’s what ACTUALLY happened. The referee made what was descibed as a bad call, the father ran out to tell his son not to worry about it and play ball. This Zimmerman-esque field heffa decided that she had to slather her mayo mindset all over the situation by intervening. The unidentified father told the field heffa that he wasn’t talking to the ref, but rather his son. The father even offered to rectify the situation on his own accord to avoid trouble. “They had a bad call with my son and … I said, ‘Hey, the ref was right.’ She thought I was yelling at the ref. So, she came over and I was like, ‘No ma’am, I was yelling at my son. Nobody else,’” the father is heard telling deputies who responded to the scene. This miserable bish STILL called the cops. At this point another white woman, Ginger Williams, began filming the father’s interaction with the cops because she heard the field heffa utter the classic phrase that white women say when interacting with Black men: “I no longer feel safe due to your threatening behavior.” Luckily, Williams and several other parents spoke to the cop to assure him that the field heffa was full of s#!t. Ultimately the father was not detained and all was well. But imagine how far left this COULD have gone…

Khloe Kardashian: Terrified Tristan Thompson Will Abandon His Family?!

Khloe Kardashian was swelling with both maternal and auntly pride when she shared a photo of five Kardashian babies in one spot . But, according to a new report, it turns out that her private life is being dictated by her fears about True’s future. Is Khloe clinging to Tristan because she worries that, if she leaves him, he’ll abandon True, too? RadarOnline reports that Khloe is clingy with her cheating baby daddy for one reason and one reason only. “Khloe’s worst nightmare is that Tristan will be an absent father to True,” the insider reveals. The report is quick to make it clear that Khloe is still dating him for her own reasons. “She loves him,” the source clarifies. “But,” the insider continues. “The reason she’s clingy is because she doesn’t want him to be a part-time dad to True.” Khloe’s fear is apparently that Tristan will be an absentee father to True “like he is to his son.” Tristan’s son, of course, is one-year-old Prince. Jordan Craig, pictured above wearing red, is Tristan’s ex. This report claims that Tristan doesn’t make time for his ex’s kid in the way that he does for his current woman’s child. The source says that Tristan only sees Prince “every now and then.” Apparently, photos like this one of Tristan with both of his children, symbolize what is most important to Khloe. “Every time Tristan brought gifts home for True,” the insider says. “Khloe reminded him to send some to Prince.” It is heartbreaking to hear even an unverified report that a father had to be reminded about one of his children. “She wanted him to spoil his son the same way he spoiled True,” the source explains. Good for Khloe. You should always love your children, not just whichever one happens to be in front of you at the time. Apparently Khloe’s concerns have a lot to do with her own issues. We hate to call them “daddy issues” because it’s sounds dismissive, but … they’re daddy issues. “Khloe was devastated when her dad died,” the source explains. “And,” the insider continues, Khloe “wants True and Tristan to have a strong bond.” Khloe wants Tristan and True to have a relationship “like she did with her dad, no matter what.” Robert Kardashian’s death was heartbreaking for his entire family. He was a good man who adored his children. Since the first — at the time, unfathomable — reports came out back in April that Khloe had not dumped Tristan’s cheating ass, people have wondered why. Even then, people suspected that Khloe’s own issues related to her late father made her reluctant to break up with Tristan. Some children are happy that their parents divorced, others simply adjust or cope. But others will spend their lives believing that it should never have happened. Did Khloe refuse to break up in the first place because her own experience with divorce made her believe that True needs both parents? We suspect that, on some level, even Khloe couldn’t answer that with absolute certainty. Is this report true? We … kind of hope not. Don’t get us wrong, it would totally explain why Khloe has remained with the man who humiliated her in front of the world at such a critical moment in their relationship. But the report almost suggests that Khloe is using her affections to secure a father figure for True. A real father — which we would like to believe that Tristan is — wouldn’t need Khloe’s smothering attention to remind him of either of his children. Cheyenne Floyd Shocks Fans With Heartbreaking News About Daughter

In many respects, the ladies of the Teen Mom franchise have it much, much easier than most young single moms. After all, they enjoy six-figure salaries from relatively cushy jobs that generally don't require them to spend much time away from their children. But the ladies of Teen Mom seem to be cursed with a virulent streak of bad luck as well — and sadly, the newest cast member is no exception. It's only been three weeks wince Cheyenne Floyd joined the cast of Teen Mom OG , but already, her sad story has earned her the sympathy and support of a legion of new fans. Here's the latest on Floyd's frightening situation: 1. A New Face After gaining a modicum of fame on MTV shows such as Are You the One?, Cheyenne made her official Teen Mom OG debut at the start of the show’s eighth season. 2. Mixed Feelings At first, fans were conflicted about the addition of Cheyenne to the long-running MTV series. 3. Big Shoes to Fill Many were happy to see the fired Farrah Abraham replaced by just about anyone. 4. The Critics Others pointed out that Cheyenne was not one of the original girls (or “OGs”) of the Teen Mom franchise, and wished that producers would leave well enough alone. 5. The Moms of Teen Mom The other moms seem to have embraced Cheyenne with open arms, which is important, as the mother of one will need all the support she can get in the difficult times ahead. 6. A Sad Revelation On a recent special introducing fans to the new moms (Bristol Palin also joined the cast this season), Cheyenne revealed some shocking news about her 1-year-old daughter Ryder. Teen Mom OG Recap: The Breakdown of Bristol Palin

Teen Mom OG has gone all in on Bristol Palin this season. For better or worse. Despite a pretty severe drop in the ratings for the first few episodes, the show has dedicated a bulk of its time to Bristol's failing marriage. She and Dakota Meyer continue to clash over the latter's PTSD and the effect it has on the couple's relationship. Things have turned very ugly between the now-former spouses. What prompted Palin to break down into a puddle of tears on the latest Teen Mom OG installment? Scroll down for a recap of storylines and events… 1. Tiime Apart We opened this week with Palin taking off for Los Angeles in order to support son Tripp’s appearance on Dancing with the Stars: Juniors. This enabled her and Dakota to get a break after last week’s very difficult talks and admissions. 2. Now What, Though? Meyer was anxious to get the divorce process over with, however, so he called up his estranged spouse. And Palin immediately became combative, replying: “I know my lawyer sent you something the other day about, you know, please don’t touch my stuff. As soon as I find a new house, I’m be gone like the wind.” 3. I’d Like Some Props! Bristol continued on this call, giving herself a lot of credit for some reason by adding: “There’s no need for us to fight. There’s no need for us to have bad blood between us. It’s all gonna be good. I’ll be there. I’m a great mom. I’ll continue to be a great mom.” 4. Frustration Grows “Do you see what I have to deal with on the back side of it? It’s around and around, it’s way off topic,” Dakota told producers after the call. “Why do the attorneys have to come into it? I have no doubt that her mom is sitting right next to her, stoking that fire. It’s unfortunate that a communication about the children has to be this exhausting.” 5. Don’t Ya Know?!? Sarah Palin was in Los Angeles with her daughter, offering advice like only she can. “Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn,” Sarah told her child. According to the former Vice Presidential candidate, the lesson here had something to do with “possessions and materialism” and how they don’t “amount to a hill of beans.” 6. Life is Suddenly Amazing! Back in Austin, Texas, Dakota said the two weeks without Brisol around made him the “happiest that I’ve ever been since 2015.” He added it felt “like what someone would feel like after they get out of a life sentence prison: incredible.” LOL/OUCH! Gillum Takes High Road During Hurricane Michael While GOP Throws Low Blows

F lorida’s GOP party will likely have to lick their wounds after Andrew Gillum has begun fighting back against their attack ads. Gillum had reportedly issued a cease-and-desist letter to TV stations to stop airing messages from Rob DeSantis , his Republican opponent for the state’s governor race, after suspending his campaign amid Hurricane Michael . RELATED:  Andrew Gillum Suspending Campaign Activity But For All The Right Reasons Gillum, the mayor of Tallahassee, had turned his attention to the tropical storm, which made landfall on Wednesday. However, he found himself on the receiving end of ads that criticized him for his handling of 2016’s Hurricane Hermine, which caused power outages in Tallahassee. The state’s GOP party had begun running the ads as Michael hit the ground, with DeSantis’ campaign being primarily responsible for the ads, Think Progress reported. Andrew Gillum's campaign for Florida governor has sent a cease-and-desist letter to TV stations airing his opponent's attack ad—all while the dangerous #TropicalStormMichael bore down on the state https://t.co/cWUQvVxngR — The Daily Beast (@thedailybeast) October 11, 2018 It’s unusual for political candidates to continue campaigning during natural disasters, however, it’s not impossible. There have also been ads supporting DeSantis that continued to play on Wednesday, reaching residents within the hurricane’s ground zero. Gillum has called out the decision to air the ads at such a sensitive time and in the middle of a potentially life-threatening storm. “We can’t recall a time where candidates for statewide office have not pulled down negative ads during hurricane season,” the gubernatorial candidate said to MSNBC. “You’ve got a whole region of our state, where folks are fleeing for their lives, anticipating what is a life-threatening event impacting this state. I again would encourage my opponent to just subside with the politics.” Florida’s Republican Party decided to walk back the ads, they said on Wednesday, according to  Politico . The decision, however, came after former Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) administrator and Florida Emergency Management Director Craig Fugate asked  the state’s candidates to stop running negative ads. Many in the nation have agreed that the focus should be on residents during Hurricane Michael, not on campaign ads. Joe Giudice Deportation Evokes Empathy, Tears from Real Housewives

The Real Housewives of New Jersey fans received grim news about the Giudice family this week. Joe Giudice will be deported after he leaves prison. Though he has a chance to appeal, many are already fearing for how this will impact his family — especially his children. A number of Housewives are weighing in on this looming reality. E! spoke to multiple Housewives to get their take on Joe’s imminent ejection from America. Caroline Manzo starred on The Real Housewives of New Jersey from Season 1 through Season 5. “Wow, this makes me sad,” Manzo reflects. She openly acknowledges: “Joe has made mistakes.” But Manzo also notes that he has, importantly, “taken responsibility for his actions and has served his time.” Like everyone, her biggest concern is the four Giudice daughters. “He has four beautiful girls that need their father in their lives,” Manzo says. “And my heart hurts for them.” Manzo points out that letting him remain with his family would be harmless, because: “He’s not a violent person, or a threat to society.” “He has a good heart,” she notes, and has “lived his entire life in this country.” Joe came to the United States when he was one year old. He is Italian by birth and ancestry, but he is absolutely an American. “I’m not quite sure how his mistakes warrant such harsh punishment,” Manzo concludes. Amber Marchese was only on The Real Housewives of New Jersey for a short time, but she definitely knows enough to weigh in. “I think everyone feels for the kids,” Marchese says. She’s right. No matter what you think of Joe, Teresa, or their alleged fraud, their children are innocents and do not deserve to have their worlds rocked like this. As Marchese says, “they are far too young to live such instability.” “And most importantly,” Marchese says, they are far too young to live “without a father.” The youngest of the Giudice girls is only 9. Marchese does then pivot to look on the bright side — as she hopes that the Giudice family will be able to do. “Listen, it might not be ideal,” Marchese says, noting that it will be “totally life altering, and it will definitely be a major adjustment.” “But,” she notes. “In the whole grande scheme of ‘sucky news’ that someone can receive, this is not all that bad!” That can be difficult to hear, but sometimes people benefit from a little perspective. “He isn’t banished to the pits of hell,” Marchese points out. “This is beautiful Italy we are talking about here.” Marchese then attempts to diffuse the situation with humor. “The question is, is Italy ready to take on one of our own crazy ‘Jersey house husbands’ full time?” she jokes. She then returns to giving the subject of deporting a man from the only country he’s ever known the gravity it deserves. “In all seriousness,” Marchese acknowledges. “They have been through hard times.” “I know they will turn this around,” she expresses. “And make these sour grapes into amazing Italian wine.” Siggy Flicker, who starred in Season 7 and Season 8 of RHONJ , told Us Weekly that she did not see this deportation coming. “I never thought in a million years that this was going to happen,” Flicker admits. She then shares that she is grief-stricken. “I am so soggy right now,” Flicker adds. “Crying for those precious girls and that entire family.” “It’s just not right to take a father away from his family,” Flicker laments. A prison sentence is one thing. Banishing a man from where his children live over fraud seems like a big much.
