It’s been just about a month now since Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt , and it seems like things have gotten worse with each passing day. The first thing we heard was that Brad’s alleged drug use and drinking was what caused Angelina to pull the plug on the couple’s long relationship. And then, heartbreaking though it was, it came out that Brad was being investigated for child abuse after an incident on a plane. Brad was said to have struck his oldest son, Maddox, though reports vary on whether or not he actually meant to hit the boy. There’s also been countless claims that Brad was cheating on Angelina , and she filed for divorce after she found out. If you’ll notice, all these stories point to Brad being the bad guy here. He hasn’t really defended himself, and he even agreed to undergo random drug testing as part of the temporary custody agreement, so it’s been easy to assume that whatever happened, it was largely Brad’s fault. But according to this new report, Brad has just been biding his time . And things are about to get downright nasty. A source states that while the L.A.Department of Children and Family Services is still looking into the incident on the plane, the investigation will be over soon. And when that happens, Brad is going to fight for sole custody of the kids. Apparently Brad would have been fine with sharing custody with Angelina, but since she’s not willing to do that, he’s taking an “all or nothing” approach. “Brad’s taking the kids,” the source says. “And it’s Angie’s worst nightmare.” Yikes. The source explains that Angie isn’t “receptive” to the idea of joint custody “because she’s insisting on having sole physical custody. Angie knows that the only way she can punish Brad is by using the kids in her bitter battle with him.” “It’s a very sick game she’s playing, and she could end up losing everything.” If you don’t understand how Brad could possibly end up with sole custody after everything that’s been said about him lately, well, this insider can explain that, too. “While Angie’s camp has continued to spread lies about him and make him sound like a monster and an unfit parent, he’s refused to go dirty on her in the media. The actress strips nearly all the way down (inside of a supermarket, randomly) for the publication, showing off a very impressive physique for someone her age and talking at length about many personal issues. Considering this is the “Daring Issue,” Paltrow talks about what it means for someone who is 44 years old to be… well… daring. “My daughter [Apple, 12] is super ballsy. I always follow her lead,” Paltrow explains. “I actually don’t need to encourage her to take risks. She likes to push herself; she wants to see how far she can get. It’s really inspiring to see that in a young woman.” Back when she was around 27, Paltrow won an Oscar and got a big head. She says her father then labeled her an “asshole,” to which she took exception. But in which she now takes pride. “If you haven’t taken all of life’s incredible knocks and disappointments and used them to become a fully integrated, self-expressing person by the time you’re 40, then what can I tell you?” she says. To be fair, we’ve had enough, too, and we’re sure Gwen has, as well, but Rossdale doesn’t really get that pass when it comes to discussing the marriage that he effectively ruined. He told the mag, “It’s, like, enough already. I’ve got to move on.” “Everyone has got to move on,” he said pointedly. “For me, it’s just thinking about the boys and how to prioritize them,” he added. “That’s the driving force behind everything.” “You just have to…I don’t know,” he trailed off. “Somehow you have to put one foot after the other and make it happen.” “I have an incredible life with [my children] and that’s what matters,” he revealed. “You can’t keep up with all the vitriol. In the weeks since Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt , the actress and her six children have reportedly lived in relative seclusion in a Los Angeles rental home. Insiders say the Jolie-Pitt kids have hardly strayed from the property, and Angelina’s brother, James Haven, and eldest son, Maddox, have assisted her in keeping the younger kids distracted and entertained. It’s good that she has some help, as we imagine keeping her brood sheltered from the storm of media scrutiny while simultaneously diverting their attention from the flood of theories and rumors about their parents’ separation is no mean feat. As for Brad, well, not surprisingly, the actor is said to be devastated by the events of the past month. Pitt and Jolie have reached a temporary settlement which gives her sole physical custody of the couple’s kids. Insiders say Pitt did little to fight her on the matter, both out of hopes of expediting the divorce process for the sake of his kids, and because he ultimately had little recourse: “Brad was in an impossible situation,” famed divorce attorney Raoul Felder tells Radar Online. “The charges that have been made against him may or may not be based in fact. We still don’t know – and Angelina’s played him like a violin.” While there are varying stories about exactly what happened aboard that private jet on September 15, accounts concur that an altercation between Brad and Maddox prompted to Angelina to move out on her husband and take the kids with her. Just days later, she filed for divorce. Brad was investigated by the Department of Child and Family Services and the FBI, but both agencies ultimately decided that there were no grounds to press criminal charges. According to the terms of the settlement , which will last three weeks, Angelina gets full custody of the kids while Brad gets visitation rights — but a therapist has to be present for the first visit, and the therapist will decide if Brad’s future visits should be supervised or unsupervised. Brad has to undergo random drug testing because, as we’ve heard, Angelina believes Brad has been drinking too much and smoking too much weed. And finally, the whole family has to get a whole lot of therapy. The word is that all of this came about because of an incident on a plane in which Brad is said to have attacked their oldest son , Maddox, in some way. Sources close to Brad maintain that he simply lunged at Maddox and accidentally hit him when Angelina got in between them. But the point is that, whatever happened, Angelina is reportedly refusing to cooperate with any actions to file charges against Brad. Yeah, this is an interesting turn of events. As it stands now, authorities can determine whether or not to charge Brad with child abuse. And if they decide to go after him, Angelina will refuse to help them. It’s kind of strange that Angelina would take this stance, since she was obviously disturbed by Brad’s actions. But this report claims that Angelina is firm — Brad shouldn’t be prosecuted. She’s said to be more concerned with “protecting her kids” instead of with “punishing Brad.” And that makes sense, right? If Brad were to be charged with child abuse, it wouldn’t be good for him, to say the least. And it would have to be hard on the kids to see their father like that. Just two weeks ago, who would have thought that we’d be talking about drug testing and therapy sessions when it comes to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. But here we are. Incredibly, shockingly, sadly… here we are. Sources have confirmed to TMZ that Jolie and Pitt have reached a temporary settlement in their bitter divorce battle. The actor and the actress sat down this week with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, along with their personal attorneys, to hash out the details. Jolie, of course, filed to divorce Pitt on September 19. At the time, she cited “irreconcilable difference” as the basis for the couple’s legal split, stating for the record that she and Pitt had separated on September 15. The day before that separation date, Pitt allegedly got drunk on board a private airplane… and at least verbally abused his 15-year old son, Maddox. Some have even said that Pitt physically abused Maddox , an accusation that has led to an FBI investigation and talk that Pitt is a terrible parent. So that brings us today. Both sides have apparently agrees to the settlement laid out by DCFS. And these are the terms of the settlement, per TMZ insiders: Angelina gets full physical custody of the six children. Brad has been granted visitation rights, but only with strings attached. The first visit will be with a therapist present, with the therapist in possession of the power to either allow Brad future, unmonitored visits … or insist on being present whenever he’s around the kids. Pitt will be subject to random drug/alcohol testing. As has been stated throughout the Internet, Jolie thinks Pitt has problem with alcohol and marijuana. According to law enforcement sources, the actor’s initial test was negative for drugs and alcohol . Brad and Angelina will each submit to individual counseling. Moreover, Pitt, Jolie and the kids will undergo family counseling as a group. Brad Pitt Issues New Statement on “Family Situation” Jolie is reportedly thrilled with the arrangement, which makes sense. Her priority from the get-go has been to essentially take the kids away from Pitt. She sought full physical custody in her divorce papers. She’s also been adamant (per third party sources and reports) that Pitt needs help with substance abuse. It’s worth noting, however, that this agreement will only last for three weeks. There’s still a lot more to go in the long run for these two. At that juncture, three weeks from now, DCFS could impose new ground rules or conceivably turn the matter over to the courts. Until then, all will remain quiet and calm between the couple. But not on the Internet, of course. Iggy Azalea has had a tough year. Her relationship with Nick Young came to a grinding halt in June and there was much speculation about what actually transpired between them. We got the truth through various different reports. Nick had an affair with his ex-girlfriend , Keonna Green, and got her knocked up. It really does not get less class than that, but you have to respect Azalea for sticking to her guns and getting rid of him. Iggy took to social media with a very cryptic message about the whole thing. “Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him – it’s become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to,” Iggy wrote. There’s absolutely no way you could rebuild trust in someone who went out and got some other chick pregnant. That’s a big no-no and we’re just glad Iggy got out before things got much more serious. That said, things between she and Nick were already pretty serious. They were engaged and living with each other. Moving on was never going to be an easy task. Nick was an untrustworthy mess. He allegedly waited until Keonna was four months pregnant before lifting the lid on his conquests. Yes, that’s how bad he was. It clearly didn’t cross his mind that the lie was only going to get worse with time. Now, we’re hearing that Iggy had to take some time out following the upset in her life. That’s allegedly why her highly anticipated new album has yet to see the light of day . “I needed a lot of time,” she told PEOPLE on Thursday night. “I mean, you wake up one morning and your fiancé is having a baby with someone else, you’re going to need some time, right?” She’s totally right. No one is going to be able to rebound from all the drama and work in the studio. Granted, Nick’s deceit probably helped Iggy find some material for the album. “I just kind of felt like, on top of me needing the personal time, then feeling, ‘Okay, I’m single now. I want to have sexy songs. I want to say stuff about being single,’ ” Azalea revealed. “I obviously didn’t write that on my [original] album because when I wrote it I was about to get married … I don’t want to go and promote my album and get asked about my relationship that has just crumbled.” Iggy is moving onwards and upwards in the wake of her personal life falling apart. It’s been more than 19 months since the allegations that Josh Duggar molested five young girls first went public. At first, Duggar fans expected the family to deny the reports. Instead, it emerged that parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar helped hide Josh’s crimes from the authorities. Throughout 2015, things continued to deteriorate for the Duggars. Several more scandals were unearthed, most (though not all of them) involving Josh. In October of last year, it was revealed that Josh had two paid accounts with Ashley Madison , a service that helps facilitate affairs between married people. Shortly thereafter, a sex worker named Danica Dillon came forward with allegations that Josh had paid her for sex and treated her so roughly during the encounter that she suffered from PTSD. It looked to all the world as though the wholesome Duggar brand had been damaged beyond repair. Remarkably, however, the family was able to finagle its way back onto television with the TLC reality series Counting On , now in its second season. At first, the network was understandably tentative about taking another chance on the Duggars. The show started as a limited-run miniseries before being picked up for a full season. Crucial to its early success was the fact the belief amongst viewers that Counting On would never feature Josh, Jim Bob, or Michelle Duggar. That’s already proven to be partially untrue, as Jim Bob and Michelle have made several controversial cameos during the show’s second season. Now there are reports that Josh may be returning to Counting On to tell his side of the story and try to win sympathy from viewers. According to several media outlets, the mere mention of Josh appearing on the show has been enough for TLC execs to make it clear they will cancel Counting On , if the Duggars persist in their belief that it would be a good idea to bring Josh on camera. The network was already reportedly considered canceling the show due to less-than-stellar ratings and severed relationships with advertisers who are angry that their commercials appeared during such a controversial series. Now, the Duggars have reportedly been warned that production will be shut down if they attempt to shoot a Josh cameo. Let’s just be clear up front: We do not think Tim Burton is a racist. Not in the least. But the director is under pretty major fire at the moment for some remarks made about his latest movie. Speaking on Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children to Bustle, Burton made the following remark in regard to diversity in his movies. Or lackthereof, really, considering there are practically only white people in this latest flick. “Nowadays, people are talking about it more,” Burton said, elaborating: “Things either call for things, or they don’t. I remember back when I was a child watching The Brady Bunch and they started to get all politically correct. Like, OK, let’s have an Asian child and a black. “I used to get more offended by that than just … I grew up watching blaxploitation movies, right? And I said, that’s great. I didn’t go like, OK, there should be more white people in these movies.” What Burton seems to be saying here is that he’s against quotas. He’s saying one should not hire a minority simply to hire a minority. And he’s come under attack for this point of view; and/or the way he expressed it. Samuel L. Jackson, the only nonwhite cast member in Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, was made aware of Burton’s comments and rushed to the director’s defense. “I had to go back in my head and go, how many black characters have been in Tim Burton movies?” Jackson said. “And I may have been the first, I don’t know, or the most prominent in that particular way, but it happens the way it happens. I don’t think it’s any fault of his or his method of storytelling, it’s just how it’s played out. “Tim’s a really great guy.” Unsurprisingly, however, Twitters users were less forgiving. “He’s just one of the many directors who think that for a world to be magical and fantastical it must be white,” one user wrote of Burton, whose name began trending on Twitter. Another added: “Its fascinating that Tim Burton has a huge imagination in the rendering of his films, but a Asian kid in Miss Peregrine is a stretch for him.” This person, meanwhile, made a salient and also humorous point: And this person did the same: Do you find Burton’s remark offense? What about his history of casting the same people in his movies? Or is this much ado about not very much at all?
