Charlie Sheen was summoned into an L.A. courtroom after tweeting insults about the judge handling his kids’ custody case, but was let off the hook. The actor called the judge “anus brain” and his former wife an “Adderall snorting husk” after Brooke Mueller’s brother Scott was awarded guardianship. Despite a gag order barring him from slamming his ex in public, or talking about the case at all for that matter, Charlie will not be prosecuted for the stunt. The judge thinks it may turn the court into even more of a “circus” and just wants things to die down. Charlie, meanwhile, wants other stuff to die. Sheen tweeted Brooke a picture of a cake with a grenade in it after Brooke lost her battle to win a restraining order keeping him from coming near her. The 48-year-old actor tweeted: “So lemme see if I got this straight …” “My twin boys are now in harm’s way and in grave danger, being ‘raised’ by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an Adderall snorting husk called Brooke.” “And guess what CPS and ‘I’m Italian’ judge anus-brain ,” he went on. “You may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father.” Despite being warned that he faced jail if he broke the order, Sheen defiantly wrote: “If this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children, go for it.” “I have as many friends on the inside as I do out here. My passion WILL NOT be silenced. You are all standing in my way. I’d recommend a shift in your geography.” It is believed that Brooke Mueller, who struggled with drug abuse in the past, begged a judge for custody after Denise Richards “turned her boys against her.” It was eventually granted after she put her brother Scott forward to look after the boys. They will live with him for the time being, NOT under the same roof as Brooke. Richards who has two young daughters with Sheen, wrote a letter to the court detailing alleged behavioral problems and mood swings of Bob and Max, 4. Charlie Sheen has gone off regarding his custody case in epic fashion, weighing on the ruling that awarded custody of his two sons to Brooke Muller’s brother. Calling the judge in the case Mr. “Italian judge anus-brain,” the actor threatened him if his kids, twins Bob and Max, are hurt in the newest custody setup. Brooke Mueller’s Brother Gets Custody of Charlie Sheen’s Twins The Warlock is not pleased, to say the very least, that Brooke Mueller’s brother Scott was given temporary guardianship of the boys in court Friday. “So lemme see if I got this straight,” Charlie Tweeted yesterday. “My twin boys are now in harm’s way and in grave danger, being ‘raised’ by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an Adderall snorting husk called Brooke.” Oh, and it gets better yet … “And guess what CPS and ‘I’m Italian’ judge anus-brain,” he says. “You may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father. “Tag. I’m it.” The judge also allowed Scott and the children to live with Brooke so they could be close to school, which effectively gives Charlie’s ex-wife full custody back. The boys had been under guardianship of Denise Richards, Charlie’s other ex-wife, but she also has two little daughters by the actor, so she’s bowing out. Denise says Charlie is a great dad , and was proud to care for the kids, but believes Bob and Max have behavioral issues and it just got to be too much. Charlie adamantly wanted to keep the two boys away from Brooke, who is recovering from her latest bout with drug abuse. He feels she’s a danger to them. Other classic outraged Sheen quotes in response to the ruling: “This pig circus overflowing with buffoons, sycophants and heretics cannot be trusted to safely raise a colony of ferrets.” “Brooke will fail and her brother [who lives by the beach] will be selling his ass under a pier and the evil nanny will die from ugly.” “When, not if, this psychotic and desperately irresponsible sham goes sideways, DCFS will burn to the ground, topped off with the smoldering robe of the judge.” The best part? In court a few days ago, the judge slapped him with a restraining order and gag order and threatening him with jail if he blabbed like this again. He joked to the actor not to mess with him, saying “I’m Italian,” which is why Charlie worked that into his rant. As for the gag order, Sheen does not care. At all. “If this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children,” Charlie Tweeted with an asterisk at the end of his tirade, “then go for it.” Your move, Mr. Italian judge.

Brooke Mueller’s brother, Scott, has just gone to court and obtained temporary guardianship of Brooke and Charlie Sheen’s twin sons Bob and Max. This latest chapter in the ongoing, contentious saga comes after temporary guardian Denise Richards made it clear she could not continue in the role. Denise Richards: Out as Guardian of Charlie Sheen’s Kids? Denise, who was married to Charlie before he was married to Brooke (he’s now divorced from both), also has two little children fathered by the actor. Richards told the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services that she can’t handle Bob and Max because they were violent toward her daughters. Charlie has alleged that Brooke Muller is a terrible person and parent who cannot be trusted with the kids, and that the DCFS people are “doosh bags.” She has been granted a restraining order against him, which also comes with a gag order requiring that Sheen not talk about the case, as he has been. The actor will go to jail if he goes off on more rants against Brooke, who claimed she was scared for her safety given the nature of some of his tirades. Denise was awarded guardianship of the boys after Brooke was stripped of custody earlier this year. Mueller has a history of substance abuse issues. Richards has defended her ex, calling Charlie and amazing dad , and has generally supported his efforts to gain custody of the children from Brooke. It’s unclear how either feels about the new development. According to TMZ, DCFS signed off on Scott becoming guardian and he will get the kids tonight. Story developing … UPDATE : Scott is moving in with Brooke, and the kids. The judge who granted the guardianship felt it was important for the boys to stay in the same school. DCFS officials have not given Brooke full custody, but they will be living with her and not Charlie, which comes as a surprise, and a blow to the actor. The only difference is that her brother’s there now to “gradually reintroduce” her to the children. Let’s see if Sheen will abide by the gag order now …

And the guy actually won $120,000 as a result. Chinese Man Sues Wife Over Ugly Baby Jian Feng said in court documents that he married his wife “out of love,” but that the couple began having “marital issues” soon after the birth of their daughter. She was ” incredibly ugly ,” Feng said. “To the point where it horrified me.” Feng initially accused his wife of having an affair, only for the truth to eventually come out: She had spent in excess of $100,000 on plastic surgery, duping Feng into believing he had married a natural beauty. Appalled by this instance of false advertising and angry that he did not learn of it until after the couple had procreated, Feng took his wife to court and was awarded $120,000 in a settlement. Equally incredible? The outpouring of support – FOR FENG! – among social media users in China. “When you are in a true relationship, you tell your spouse everything. Past present and future – if not, then you don’t respect them,” one male wrote on Facebook.

Kanye West may be in trouble for allegedly going after a cameraman in July. But when it comes to charges of criminal battery and attempted grand theft, the rapper is firmly standing his ground. West’s attorney, Blair Berk, entered a not guilty plea in court today on behalf of his client, as Kanye is accused of breaking the law when he went after paparazzo Daniel Ramos in July. Watch the video of the altercation in question now: Kanye West Attacks Photographer Ramos is also taking legal action the artist, filing a lawsuit for assault, battery and restriction of free speech following a confrontation he says left him on crutches for two weeks. The reporter is represented by Gloria Allred and is seeking unspecified damages. If convicted of both misdemeanors, Kanye faces a maximum of one year in jail. But there’s a better chance of his marriage to Kim Kardashian actually lasting forever than there is of West spending a second behind bars.

Charlie Sheen is a capable parent, and one might even say a fantastic father who dotes on his kids and is always there for them, says Denise Richards. The actress, Sheen’s ex-wife, says as much in a document submitted to the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services, titled “Visitation Log.” Denise outlines Charlie’s time with their daughters Sam and Lola, and Bob and Max, his twins with Brooke Mueller (and whom Denise is also guardian of). The document, which Denise was required to keep because she was Charlie Sheen’s monitor when he visited, was given to DCFS to prove his case. That case? That he is a quality parent, whereas Brooke is a mess. Some highlights of Sheen’s involvement with the brood of kiddos: Sept. 22: We all had dinner together. Charlie stayed until bedtime. Sept. 25: Visit after school till after dinner. Sept. 29: We all went to watch our daughters ride, petting zoo, and dinner with friends. Oct. 2: Boys and their dad and I took the girls to their dance class after school. Bob and Lola put on a dance show for all of us before bed. Their father stayed until bedtime. Oct. 4: Boys field trip for school. We all went together. Spent the morning until 1:30 p.m. Oct. 6: Charlie was with us for the boys’ drum lesson. Watched them play and went to play ball with boys. His friend and sons met us as well. Oct. 9: I had friends and their kids over for a dinner party. Charlie was with us; left after bedtime. Oct. 16: The kids all came to my set at work. Charlie met us. At my break we all ate together. Oct. 20: Charlie and his chef came over and she made brunch for us. Sam had a big project for school he spent time working on that. And also did art with boys. Oct. 23: Dinner/homework with girls. Read stories to the kids. Oct. 27: Spent late afternoon into evening with us. Oct. 31: Went trick or treating with us, came back to my house to help put everyone to bed. Denise sent the material to DCFS in an attempt to show how it has become impossible to care for Bob and Max because of Brooke Mueller’s interference. Brooke tried to get the judge to strip Denise of guardianship Wednesday but failed. She did, however, get a restraining order against Charlie temporarily. Sheen has made it clear that he is declaring war on Brooke and DCFS, though a judge warned him he will go to jail if he violates the case’s gag order. In short … it’s a mess. But it sounds like the kids are happy!

Brooke Mueller has been denied by a judge in her attempt to secure a restraining order against ex-husband Charlie Sheen for threatening her last week. The troubled Mueller filed the request for a temporary restraining order against the equally mercurial Sheen following his epic anti-Brooke tirade last week. Charlie Sheen Denied Access to Kids With Brooke Mueller According to Charlie, Brooke is an evil whore who’s putting their twins’ lives in danger, and pretty much the worst parent and human being to ever live. Sheen said he would seek custody of sons Bob and Max, but according Mueller, took this way too far. In her petition, Brooke quotes Charlie saying: “[T]here will be a reckoning. There will be a whirlwind. That they will all reap while desperate begging for my forgiveness. You’ve all been warned.” “I will exercise every resource at my disposal. I will, I will, I will, I will empty my entire war chest and if I cannot get it done, I know a guy who can.” Mueller wanted a restraining order based on that perceived threat, but apparently a judge felt it was just Charlie being Charlie and that she isn’t in danger. Still, she insists she’s staying sober, while Charlie is on a mission to sabotage her, though. Brooke says she’s even scared Charlie will plant drugs on her. The judge wasn’t buying it … at least not yet. A hearing is set for next month for Brooke, who currently still has custody of Bob and Max despite her substance abuse issues, to make her case. Meanwhile, Sheen was denied in his initial efforts to wrest his children away from Mueller … and has shown no signs of slowing down in that mission.
