Sources confirm to Life & Style that the former High School Musical and Hellcats star agreed to marry Christopher French last night after her boyfriend popped life’s most important question in the most moving of ways. “It happened on the 103rd floor at the top of the Empire State Building,” an insider confirms to the tabloid. “It was totally romantic and Ashley’s over the moon, of course!” The 28-year old beauty has been dating French since December – and while she didn’t announce the news exactly yesterday, she did make it pretty clear via the following Tweet: Best night of my life. Chris Brown reportedly suffered a seizure earlier this morning. Details beyond that basic news are unknown at this time. According to TMZ sources, the Los Angeles Fire Department got a call from and went to a recording studio in Hollywood around 1 a.m. local time. However, Brown refused treatment , allegedly, when confronted by emergency technicians… and then also refused transportation to the hospital. We cannot confirm whether the singer really did suffer a seizure, but this is a condition he dealt with as a child. We’ll update this story as news breaks. Brown made headlines earlier this week when he teased that he may quit music following his next album due in part to the ongoing scrutiny he’s under. UPDATE : The Fire Department confirms via a spokesman that it responded to an emergency call, but did not identity the subject of said call. Brown’s on-again-off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran , meanwhile, posted a pair of Tweets that appear to address Brown’s health scare. “Prayers all day,” she wrote: adding, “a lot on my mind today .. I need a hug.”

TMZ has learned … Brown showed up at the Van Nuys jail at around 2 PM. We’re told his lawyer, Mark Geragos, engineered it all and the purpose was to make it happen without any photogs present. Brown was booked and released on his own recognizance — no bail. We’re told the whole thing took around 45 minutes. Now here’s what’s interesting. Just a few hours earlier, there was a gaggle of photogs at the courthouse which is connected to the jail, because 50 Cent made a court appearance. When the cameras were gone, Chris appeared. Chris definitely wants to let his over 12 million fans know exactly why he’s so much happier with Karrueche Tran, than with ex-girlfriend, Rihanna. He posted a very emotional message on Twitter on Aug. 5, filled with question marks, exclamation points and his opinion on what makes a relationship successful. “How do u build a house without a foundation????” Chris tweeted. “Friendship brings the trust and love stronger. You have to like a person to love them!” Wow, this could be one of Chris’ strongest and most heated tweets ever! Is he saying the he has a stronger friendship, trust and love with Karruche, than he ever had with Rihanna? Is he sending Rihanna the message that he loved her but they never built a strong friendship, so they didn’t ‘like’ each other, and that ultimately you must be friends before you’re lovers?
