Okay. Let the record show that The Game denies a recent tabloid report that the rapper has been putting it to Khloe Kardashian on the down-low. Pics surfaced today showing Game and Khloe hugging it out in L.A.’s Runyon Canyon Park, where Game’s been doing a “60 Days of Fitness” program. Khloe and Rob Kardashian are also doing the program, Game says. They hang out. That’s it. “The pictures that they see of us out together are because she is a part of my 60DaysofFitness team,” Game says. “Khloe is my friend. She is like a sister .” “[Khloe and I] have never and will never be sleeping together. Lamar is my homie and her husband and I wish people wouldn’t spread such false rumors.” The Game. Lover of life. Respecter of marriages. Just not 40 Glocc or celebrity gossip .
Is Rihanna cheating on Chris Brown with Dane Cook? That’s the allegation of The National Enquirer (we know, must be a pretty slow gossip week), which says she’s doing that to make her man jealous. “Rihanna has found a way to get back at two-timing bad-boy beau Chris Brown ,” a source tells the publication. “By hooking up with comedian Dane Cook!” Rih and Dane “have been pals for years, but their friendship has heated up in recent months since Rihanna wants to show Chris she’s still a hot commodity.” By hooking up with Dane Cook? Wouldn’t this be more believable if she were linked to an actual comedian? OHHH, DANE COOK BURN. We so went there. The tabloid goes on to allege that Rihanna met the comedian after attending one of his shows at the L.A. Laugh Factory comedy club, quoting a purported “insider.” “They hang out in Dane’s dressing room and sometimes he goes back to her Pacific Palisades home to party,” said the source, who is awfully specific with L.A. geography. “They flirt like crazy, and Dane regularly sends Rihanna flowers and gushy emails. Rihanna’s friend think they’re carrying on a romance, but she’s very secretive.” “She wants to keep everyone guessing, including Chris.” Wait, wasn’t the point to make Chris jealous? How can it be that secretive them. We quit , National Enquirer. You’ve straight up confused us with your gossip. From all accounts, Chris and Rihanna are together and happy. He’s gushed about her numerous times of late, calling her the most beautiful girl in the world. Love ’em or hate ’em together … they totally are. Your thoughts on Breezy and RiRi as an item? Good for them! Love Rihanna and Chris together! I’m skeptical, but it’s their decision. Pathetic and just wrong! View Poll »

His personal life often overshadows his career accomplishments and side pursuits, but Chris Brown is an talented artist in more ways than one. In addition to being a Grammy-winning R&B star, he’s also a clothing designer who dabbles in painting and has even held a number of art shows. On the latter front, Breezy joined forces with famous graffiti artist Slick (real name Richard Wyrgatsch II) on Friday, tagging up a wall for a good cause: Chris Brown helped raise funds for the Best Buddies International foundation. The star tweeted, “Painting today with ‘Slick’. An Amazing artist.” “Gonna be a big collaboration for charity. Do what u love!” Slick also tweeted back, “@chrisbrown charity is a beautiful thang…… Lets do this,” and posted a photo with the singer “in the lab” on his Instagram. And that wasn’t even the end of Brown’s artsy weekend. Chris continued expressing his creativity by painting a huge St. Patrick’s Day-inspired mural yesterday, and sharing a photo of the finished product on Twitter. Check out the singer’s Irish-themed effort out right here: In January, Brown posted a painting of Jesus on the cross, flanked by two prisoners who were crucified with Christ … and likening himself to Jesus . “Painting the way I feel today. Focus on what matters!” he said, in the wake of the Frank Ocean parking lot melee that caused quite an uproar. He did not compare himself to the fella above in this case.

Two Steubenville (Oh.) High School football players accused of raping an allegedly drunk 16-year-old girl were found guilty by an Ohio judge on Sunday. Judge Thomas Lipps announced his decision after reviewing evidence against Trent Mays, 17, and Ma’lik Richmond, 16, who were tried as juveniles. The victim was not in the courtroom when the ruling was read. Steubenville High School Students Joke About Rape (Leaked) Mays and Richmond were tried before Lipps, a visiting judge, without a jury. Mays was also found guilty of disseminating a nude photo of a minor. “Human compassion is not taught by a teacher, a coach or a parent. It is a God-given gift instilled in all of us,” the victim’s mother said after court. “You displayed not only a lack of compassion, but a lack of any moral code.” The woman said her daughter will persevere and move on, adding that she has pity for Mays and Richmond, who will both face tough sentences. Mays was sentenced to a minimum of two years in a juvenile correctional facility. Richmond was sentenced to a minimum of one year. Both could stay there until age 21. The Department of Youth services will rule whether the two boys will be detained longer, Lipps said, adding it will depend on their behavior and rehabilitation. Mays and Richmond will be credited for time served before the trial. The ruling brings an end to a trial that has gained national attention for its lurid text messages, cell phone pictures and videos, and social media posts. A scandalous YouTube video in which Steubenvlle students joked about the rape of the girl (above) also gained national attention last summer. According to prosecutors, each of them penetrated the victim’s vagina with his fingers, an act that constitutes rape under Ohio law if it is not consensual. Attorneys for the two boys had said they were not guilty. At the heart of the case was the question of whether the victim was too drunk to understand what was happening to her and to consent to the acts. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said more charges in the case could be forthcoming. He intends to call a grand jury to hear more evidence. “We cannot bring finality to this case without convening a grand jury,” he said, noting that there were 16 people who had refused to talk to investigators. He said the accuser was also re-victimized through social media. During closing statements on Saturday, attorneys for the two boys argued the state failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that their clients raped the girl. They also said that an avalanche of cell pictures and videos and social media posts, as well as national media coverage ahead of the trial, tainted testimony. The judge evidently disagreed. The girl testified Saturday that she remembered drinking at a big party that night and then holding Mays’ hand as she left with him, Richmond and others. The next thing she remembers, she told the court, is waking up naked on a couch in an unfamiliar house, unable to find her clothes or belongings. The girl told the court she had a flashback memory of throwing up in a street somewhere sometime after she left the first party. The victim was the 28th and final witness in a trial that has shone an unwelcome spotlight on Steubenville H.S. and its “Big Red” football program. Critics have accused community leaders and players themselves of trying to paper over rampant misconduct by members of the highly regarded team. The case has attracted the attention of bloggers and even the hacking group Anonymous, but the lead prosecutor dismissed all of the hype, saying: “This case is about a 16-year-old girl who was taken advantage of, toyed with and humiliated. And it’s time people who did this to her are held responsible.”
Joseph Corlett, a 57-year old former Oakland University student, filed a federal lawsuit Friday against the school because he believes his right to free speech was infringed upon after a journal essay submitted for class resulted in a suspension. Corlett was banned from campus for a paper he handed in titled “Hot for Teacher,” named for the 1984 Van Halen single. Van Halen – “Hot for Teacher” (Live) In the 2011 essay – which the university labeled as a form of “intimidation” – Corlett referred to his professor as “tall, blond, stacked, skirt, heels, fingernails, smart, articulate, smile.” Along with a three-semester suspension, Corlett was forced to undergo sensitivity training. He was also refunded his tuition for the duration of the suspension. Corlett, who insists his instructor told him no topic was off-limits, told The Detroit News from his home in Florida: “This is all about civil rights. I can’t, as an American in good conscience, stand by while such outrageous and egregious violations of civil rights transpire in higher education. I couldn’t sleep at night.” We’re guessing the $2 million might help with that. “He’s filing this suit on his behalf of himself and on the behalf of students who attend Oakland and possibly will attend Oakland University in the future to ensure that their free speech rights are upheld,” said his Detroit-based attorney, Alari K. Adams.
Troubled star Lindsay Lohan missed her scheduled flight to Los Angeles last night, despite a court date she is required to attend looming Monday a.m. She must be there in person or a bench warrant will be issued. The actress was supposed to fly back at 9 p.m. EST last night but skipped it, opting to stay at a club in New York to see a band called City of the Sun. She is now scrambling to get a flight to L.A. later today. Let’s just say that her track record with flights is about as good as her history behind the wheel, or with guys, or with movies ever since Mean Girls . It’s not a sign of her taking the court date seriously, even as she faces eight months in jail at least if convicted of lying to police and/or violating probation. Then again, would you expect anything better with her?
The owners of the New York nightclub where Chris Brown and Drake threw down last year are adamant that the two music stars should pay any damages. This is an issue because NBA star Tony Parker is suing the club for $20 million, claiming W.i.P. is liable for even letting Brown in the door that night. Parker contends that Chris Brown is a thug with a history of violent behavior and that W.i.P. should know better. The club says it’s all the stars’ fault. The W.i.P. owners (who are facing several lawsuits) filed court documents last week reiterating that Tony Parker’s beef should be with Breezy and Drizzy. According to the club, Drake and Chris “contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged” in the melee … and they’re not exactly Biggie and 2Pac. The club wants any and all damages awarded to Parker to come from Brown and Drake … who are also suing each other in a bid to deny responsibility. All over Rihanna too, supposedly. Boys will be boys … The case is still pending, and should be for awhile.
