Two women in East Texas have been convicted of kidnapping after a jury agreed they abducted a boy when he was eight months old and help him for eight years. Gloria Walker faces life in prison, while daughter Krystle Tanner could spend 20 years behind bars, because they grabbed Miguel Morin in 2004, although both women testified the child’s mother actually sold the baby to them at the time. But prosecutors convinced jury members that Tanner and Walked hid Miguel from authorities over the last eight years, while also denying him basic medical care and keeping him out of school. Tanner babysat Miguel and snatched him from his Houston apartment prior to his first birthday. She and her mother then renamed him Jaquan. “If Ms. Walker and Ms. Tanner had a right to little Miguel, why wasn’t he in school?” San Augustine County District Attorney Kevin Dutton argued, countering the defendents’ claims. “Why didn’t you get the rest of his immunizations? Why didn’t you take him to the dentist? They knew they didn’t have that right. They knew they couldn’t put that baby out in the public eye.” Walker told the jury she was suffering from health problems and had little contact with the boy, but Tanner contradicted this testimony and said Walker lived with the child for extended periods of time. Miguel has been informed of the true identity of his parents and siblings and has been having weekly joint therapy sessions with the family since he was found.

In the trailer for Season 4 of Teen Mom 2, viewers witnessed Kailyn Lowry hitting both husband Javi Morroquin and Jo Rivera, the father of her son. That led Kailyn to apologize and some fans to speculate that Lowry might even be subject to domestic violence charges … but did this even happen? The trailer shows Kailyn pushing Javi, apparently causing him to storm out, but a friend of Lowry’s claims MTV edited the footage to exaggerate it. “She never hit him,” Lex Lopez, who reportedly witnessed the incident, said. “She pushed him out of frustration and was instantly sorry for her actions.” “That day there were 14 people in Kail’s tiny house, including an eight-person camera crew. It was hectic, Kail was very frustrated and she lost it for a minute.” “Javi forgave her that day, even though MTV tries to make it look like he leaves after the incident. In fact, he went outside to go help his parents fix Kail’s car.” Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin just got married, so clearly they worked it out. As for MTV An MTV spokesperson responded to the claim, stating “This is a docu-series and the scenes shown are accurate portrayals of each young woman’s story.” “The trailer includes a confrontation that took place between Kailyn and Javi, and shows her expressing her feelings about it. Viewers will see this event unfold.” The mother of three-year-old Isaac still felt compelled to apologize in advance. “I just want to publicly apologize in advance to my fans,” she said last month. “Even though Javi and I have moved on from it, I want to say I’m sorry again to him and his family for letting my emotions get the best of me.” “I know how humiliating that is for them and I’m humiliated myself.” The newly-married Lowry went on to reveal that she suffers from bipolar disorder, and Lopez insisted that Lowry is now dealing with that condition. “Kail has known she was bipolar for a long time but just wasn’t getting help for it because she didn’t want to believe,” Lopez told The Clicker. “She got another opinion, and is now in counseling and taking medication.” No charges have been filed against Lowry. Evelyn tells Celebuzz regarding Rihanna and Chris Brown : “Their incident happened years ago and he’s [Chris] been though a lot because of it as well.” “If he’s changed and gotten the help he was supposed to get, I don’t see anything wrong with it,” adds the Basketball Wives star and friend of Rihanna. Evelyn certainly knows where Rihanna is coming from, given that she ended her own marriage last summer after Chad Johnson head-butted her . She continued: “I feel like if it works for you, then great. If he’s changed then even better. That’s her life and I feel like that’s another reason why I love and respect Rihanna. “I hope he’s [Chris] changed and he respects her and loves her and obviously will never go down that path again. I think he’s learned his lesson.” “She doesn’t fall into what she thinks that she do for the people. She lives her life,” she added . “It’s hard to do that when so many people have an opinion.” “We don’t know what they deal with, what goes on behind closed doors.” Evelyn Lozada went on to heap more praise on Rihanna personally. “The misconceptions are that she’s wild and crazy because that’s all people get to see. She wasn’t badly injured, Gaga style, but Rihanna suffered a gash on her knee while partying in London the other night, and a bottle-throwing goon may be to blame. Rihanna, who was in town for London Fashion Week, was hurt when someone threw a bottle in the star’s direction and screamed things at her about Chris Brown. She was departing a club called The Box when someone threw a bottle of Lucozade (a UK energy drink) in her direction. The bottle itself didn’t connect, fortunately. Rihanna scraped her knee during the commotion, however, when she looked to hasten her getaway from the scene and brushed up against a metal grate. Her boyfriend(s) know a thing or two about flying bottles. Speaking of, it was an interesting week for Rihanna and Chris Brown , to say the least. After their Grammy Awards love-fest, they appeared to be back on and stronger than ever. Or … not so fast.
