They might call him Breezy, but there’s nothing chill about Chris Brown. Fatherhood changes some people, but even though Chris has been getting introspective Instagram and talking about changing his ways, we know that seething egomaniac we’ve come to know and tolerate will always lurk just beneath the surface. Case in point, Chris recently decided to celebrate Father’s Day a few weeks early by brushing off the haters and giving himself a pat on the back for siring the cutest of all celebrity children: Chris posted the above collage featuring Blue Ivy Carter, North West and his own Royalty (front and center, of course) to Instagram on Friday. He didn’t post any sort of caption with it, so we don’t know if this was a shout-out to his fellow celeb dads or a competitive thing, but when Breezy is involved, we tend to favor the douchiest explanation. We kid! We’re sure Chris’ intentions were good, as evidenced by the fact that he later deleted the collage and replaced it with this one featuring Wiz Khalifa’s son Sebastian and Tyga’s son King. Chris and Tyga have scheduled King-Royalty play dates so we know they’re on good terms, but it does kinda feel like Brown is saying Royalty is more on the Blue-North A-list level, right? Chris Brown has some serious baby mama drama. Nia Guzman is apparently hitting Brown up for more child support for their daughter, Royalty. Brown and Guzman seemed to have a mostly amicable relationship for a while. But when Guzman asked for more child support money, Chris Brown wasn’t entirely pleased. Chris doesn’t have a problem giving more money for Royalty. But he is concerned the extra money will fund Nia and her boyfriend. So Chris thinks it is time Nia gets a j.o.b. An insider told Hollywood Life that “[Chris] knows that she has bills to pay out there in Texas and that’s why he sends her money even when Royalty’s with him.” “What he’s not going to do,” the source continued, “is send his hard earned money to Nia so she can buy clothes and take care of her lazy boyfriend!” Chris was giving Nia $2,500 a month in March. But apparently, Nia demanded more—$13,000 more a month. As in $15,000 a month instead! Since her request, Chris and Nia have been battling it out. “Chris doesn’t feel like he needs to give Nia every cent of the $2,500 when Royalty’s with him and [his mother],” a source said. “To him, that doesn’t make sense. If Chris has her for a month or so, there’s no need to give Nia all that money.” For all of Chris Brown’s many, many flaws, he seems to be a good father. For the past two months, he has been spending “virtually all his time with Royalty,” a source said. He even brought her to the Billboard Music Awards. It doesn’t sound like Chris is paying up the extra money to Nia yet. But he does sound willing to give extra money if it goes toward raising Royalty. But Chris wants Nia to pitch in with “a regular, steady income,” sources claimed. Really, this doesn’t sound unreasonable. Surprisingly, Chris Brown has made some decent decisions as of late. Chris Brown and Tyson Beckford were fighting over Karrueche Tran, but the two have cooled things down. After Tyson and Chris exchanged some heated tweets and photos, Chris took ahold of the situation with an apology. “No drama!” Chris tweeted. “People are really starting to make this s—t an issue. Chris Brown may be building a wonderful relationship with baby daughter Royalty, but it looks like he’s still at odds with his baby mama Nia Guzman. According to Royalty’s mother (sometimes referred to as Nia Amey-Guzman), the R&B star has stopped paying her the $2,500 a month in child support. She is now coming after him for six times the amount. Sources say he had been paying her the $2,500, but stopped doing so because she demanded the $15,000 monthly amount, which he says is absurd. Chris says she’s treating Baby Breezy like a winning lottery ticket; Nia claims the singer is a deadbeat cheapskate and Royalty is paying the price. TMZ reports that Nia’s lawyer, Carl Moore, will file legal papers in the next couple of weeks demanding back child support and a huge monthly increase. There has also been talk of a settlement , however. Things can’t be entirely bad between the two. They are not together, but Chris reportedly wants Nia to move to L.A. so he can keep his baby girl close. Unless he’s faking it for the world’s best PR campaign, and we doubt Chris Brown is not capable of such a thing, he’s been ALL about Royalty lately. He recently posted pics of a playdate with Tyga and King , his bro’s little boy, as well as his mother Joyce Hawkins taking a nap with his adorable girl. Then, at least weekend’s Billboard Music Awards, Brown walked the red carpet with Royalty , showing off the cutie and his pride in being a father. Chris puts in the time and we’re sure he’ll put in money as well. It’s likely just a matter of coming to what he feels is a fair, not forced, arrangement.
