Get ya tissues ready… 3-Year-Old Boy Is The Lone Survivor After His Entire Family Dies In Fatal Car Crash Via ABCNews A high speed chase outside of Mission, Texas, turned deadly when the driver behind the wheel of a stolen pickup truck slammed into three other vehicles, killing four young children and their mother and father in an SUV, authorities said. Alton Police Department Chief Enrique Soleto told ABCNews.com that the suspect, identified as Hector Ramirez, 18, of Roma, Texas, smashed into a Chevrolet Suburban with a family of seven inside, as well as two other vehicles, at an intersection in a rural area near Mission, on Monday afternoon. Six of the seven family members inside the SUV were killed on impact, Soleto said. A 3-year-old boy was the only passenger in the car to survive the crash. The boy was airlifted by helicopter from the scene, Soleto said, but he did not know where he was transported. Passengers in the other vehicles involved in the crash were taken to area hospitals with minor injuries, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. The family members killed in the SUV were identified as Jose Luis Ortiz, 55; Olga Lidia Morales-Cardoza, 35; Elias Ortiz, 1; Fernanda Ortiz, 3; Ricardo Ortiz, 5; and Jose Ortiz, 6; all from Penitas, Texas. The survivor was 3-year-old Jesus Ortiz. The accident occurred after a Texas Highway patrol sergeant engaged in a high-speed pursuit of stolen truck on Monday afternoon, the Texas Department of Public Safety said. Sad news Girlfriend Of NBA Player Ryan Anderson Dies Following Suicide Attempt A former Maxim model and past contestant on ABC’s “The Bachelor” has reportedly died following a suicide attempt. Gia Allemand, who was dating NBA Hornets Pelicans player Ryan Anderson, passed away as a result of severe brain damage and failed organ functions after being placed on life support following her suicide attempt. via ABC News Former “Bachelor” contestant Gia Allemand has died in an apparent suicide. “While in her residency in New Orleans on Monday night, Ms. Allemand was found by her boyfriend, NBA basketball player Ryan Anderson, following an apparent suicide attempt,” her family said in a statement. Anderson called 911 and Allemand, 29, was taken to University Hospital in New Orleans and put on life support, according to the statement. “Due to a critical loss of brain and organ function, life support was withdrawn today,” the statement continued. “Ms. Allemand passed away peacefully with her mother, boyfriend, and other life-long friends by her side. As a practicing Christian, Gia did receive the sacrament of last rites.” Allemand, a Maxim model, was best known for appearing on ABC reality shows “The Bachelor” and “Bachelor Pad” in 2010. We have an update on the tragic death of Gia Allemand . According to a family statement, the former Bachelor contestant was taken off life support this afternoon due to “critical loss of brain and organ function,” which was the result of a suicide attempt on Monday. It remains unknown just how Gia took her own life, but insiders say she had been distraught recently over the state of her relationship with boyfriend Ryan Anderson, who was at her bedside (along with Allemand’s mother) when the 29-year old passed away. Allemand competed for the affection of Jake Pavelka on Season 14 of The Bachelor . She also took part in the first two seasons of ABC’s quasi spinoff, Bachelor Pad . The statement confirms that Anderson discovered Allemand’s body and called 911. It also reads: “Ms. Allemand passed away peacefully with her mother, boyfriend, and other lifelong friends by her side. With word of the Teresa Giudice fraud case spreading around the nation, many cast members involved with the Real Housewives franchise are concerned about this mother of four. “She may need some help raising those children,” Lea Black (Miami) tells People . “The consequences may be bigger than anyone would think.” During the 39-charge indictment and subsequent court hearing last week, it came out that Joe Giudice is not an American citizen and could face deportation if found guilty over certain crimes. “I feel really bad because I really like Teresa,” Jill Zarin (New York) also tells the magazine. “She is a sweet girl and a good mother. I only want the best for her and her family.” Late last week, Bethenny Frankel took the opposite approach. She said that Teresa did something dumb and did it on television and she therefore has no sympathy for the reality star. But Black can’t help but have a sensitive spot for what’s taking place. “It’s a bad situation for them to be in,” she says . “You don’t kick someone when they’re down. They’ve got four kids, they’re in a lot of trouble and they’re trying to survive.”
