Christina Aguilera Hides Her Front Meat

Here’s Christina Aguilera out the other day in her sexy jeans and a t-shirt with some sort of cult symbol on it that is distracting me from her boobs. I don’t like it. Maybe she’s been in a cult for years and this is the first we’re hearing of it, that would explain the constant wearing of clown makeup and the marriage to the creepy little hairy guy. He’s probably a grand wizard and gets his pick of the new recruits. I knew there had to be some explanation for this crap. more pictures of Christina Aguilera here

Why People Aren’t Going to Concerts Anymore [Music]

Ticket sales for all the concerts in the country combined has dropped to a new low, and many big-name acts are under-performing. How could this happen? Maybe because all the bands are old and no one wants to see them. More

Eminem? Drake? Fans Name Their Best Albums Of The Year (So Far)

Fans also rep for Christina Aguilera, Jonelle Monae. By James Montgomery Drake Photo: Tim Mosenfelder/ Getty Images Last week we had reached the midway point of 2010, and I wrote my annual “Best Albums of the Year (So Far)” list . And, much like every other year, there were a whole lot of people who had different opinions. It seems that no matter how many albums I choose to highlight (23 this time around), there are always some that I miss … and more often than not, at least one of those albums is by Eminem. Last year, I left Relapse off of my list , and, boy, did the Em fans let me know about it. This year, his Recovery disc failed to make the cut, and once again, the fans were out in full force, voicing their displeasure and calling me all sorts of nasty things. While we could live without the catcalls, we want to know your picks for the best albums of the year so far, and lots of people have written in with theirs (Drake, B.o.B., Christina Aguilera). Oh, and a few folks out there actually agreed with my list, so, hey, let’s hear from them, too — and let us know what your picks are! “What about Eminem’s Recovery? SEVEN of his songs are on the Top 100 Billboard list,” reader Keith wrote. “And also, what about Drake’s Thank Me Later? The numbers show clearly for these guys.” Reader Ian had similar feelings — “Where is B.o.B’s album The Adventures of Bobby Ray? That was incredible.” — as did ConcertConfessions.com — “Dude, you forgot Deftones’ Diamond Eyes. Oh, and I am trying, but just not feeling the new Against Me! Some songs I love, some songs I want to smack them for.” — and Stomp17 (“Where is Gorillaz’ Plastic Beach? That album should at least be number 10 or 9 on the Best of 2010 list [note: It made the list as an ‘Honorable Mention’].” Several people had a lot to say about their picks. MclintM sounded off about Christina Aguilera’s Bionic : “I don’t understand all the backlash and unnecessary criticism with [ Bionic ]. If you give it repeat listens — the whole 24 tracks as it was meant to be … can’t stand label’s deluxe editions now — and have heard previous efforts it all makes sense in her trajectory. Really plays with her voice and is some of the most downright club-worthy stuff she’s ever laid down.” Others drilled down into my picks, singling out Janelle Monae in particular. “Great article!,” reader Mike wrote. “Kudos on a lot of your choices. A couple comments: 1) I think you should check out Foxy Shazam. Their self-titled album came out in April and it is fantastic. They have an incredible amount of energy and talent. 2) I think Robyn deserves higher on the list. Even at eight tracks, the album is really great. She really has a knack for writing great quality pop songs. 3) Others that I think you should consider for your list are Sia’s We Are Born and Motion City Soundtrack’s My Dinosaur Life. I also think Janelle Monae should be #1 on your list. Her album is fantastic and innovative. I really think she is the future of music.” “I heard Janelle Monae’s CD and I must say, pure epic,” Cwilson10 wrote. “I was hearing all kinds of stuff, I thought I was tripping for a second. To tell you the truth I didn’t know her CD was going to be that much fun. It felt like I was in a movie theater when the CD was over and Janelle was my date. I’m not lying, she puts everything into a story!!” And, of course, a few readers shared their disappointment in certain releases. “Sorry, but the new LCD Soundsystem is the biggest disappointment of the year,” Theboogieman631 wrote. “Time to get off Mr. Murphy’s n–s.” And Yoprince sounded off about several albums: “Glad to hear I’m not the only The Hold Steady fan who was a bit disappointed, which is to say a lot disappointed since they’re like my favorite American band. Damn Craig for thinking it was time to start harmonizing. I still haven’t been able to get all the way through that Gorillaz record. Janelle Monae, Yeasayer, Sleigh Bells FTW! And yes, I like the Drake record, which seems to be an unpopular opinion outside of teenagers and some very defensive blog writers. No Eminem? Fine with me. Too many tracks and Em fans won’t admit it but some of those punchlines were more miss than hit.” So what are your favorite albums of the year so far? Sound off in the comments below! Jersey Shore’s Vinny Guadagnino on Miami, Suspicious Girls, and Firing Rumors

Vinny Gaudagnino is the self-touted family man of MTV’ s reality juggernaut Jersey Shore , the ever-pinchable voice of reason who declares the “GTL” lifestyle a little ridiculous and who tames JWOWW after she punches The Situation in the chest. He’s a party guy whose fist-pimping prowess is second to none, though his vainglorious co-stars tend to dwarf him when it comes to rambunctious spectacle and occasional insanity. Luckily, with the premiere of season two less than a month away, Vinny’s just as torqued as Snooki or DJ Pauly D for the debauchery to begin anew. But did he thrive away from Seaside Heights in the new ecosystem of Miami? Movieline wanted answers. We phoned Vinny earlier this week to discuss season two, his artistic (and political!) ambitions, and the rumors that he won’t be on board for season three.

Why Wearing Glasses is the Best Thing Stanley Tucci Ever Did

Yesterday, a whole bunch of stills were released for the upcoming Christina Aguilera/Cher strip-musical Burlesque , and while they’re interesting in a “perhaps this isn’t quite the best time to launch Christina Aguilera as a major movie star” kind of way, there was only one thing I really wanted to know: does Stanley Tucci wear glasses in it? As you can see, he does , and admit it… didn’t your interest just go up a notch? Here are three reasons why a glasses-wearing Stanley Tucci is the best kind of Stanley Tucci:

NBA Finals Game 7 Live Blog: Lakers Pound Glass, But Celtics Lead Early

-There’s superstition, and then there’s letting Christina Aguilera sing the national anthem for the second night in a row. On the one hand, she kind of sucks at singing. On the other hand, the Lakers’ crowd was louder than I’ve ever heard it in Game 6, and they’ll probably have to be just as loud tonight.

‘Harry Potter’ Stars Impressed By Theme Park’s ‘Total Immersion’ Experience

‘It’s not even odd,’ Daniel Radcliffe says of seeing the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. By Terri Schwartz The cast of “Harry Potter” at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter opening Wednesday Photo: Gustavo Caballero/ Getty Images ORLANDO, Florida — Magic was seemingly everywhere on Wednesday night, at Universal Orlando’s grand opening celebration for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter . The theme park doesn’t officially open to the public until June 18, but Universal brought in the stars of the film and conductor/composer John Williams to kick things off with a bang. Though many of the stars of the “Harry Potter” films have come to see the park over the past several months, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Tom Felton, James and Oliver Phelps, Bonnie Wright, Matthew Lewis and Warwick Davis were given a special tour of Wizarding World’s many attractions on Wednesday so they would be primed to speak about them. “It’s not even odd,” Radcliffe said about seeing the world he spent the past decade working on in film represented as a real place in hot and humid Orlando. “It’s absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t be more impressed.” There was some debate amongst them as to which of the three rides in Wizarding World was the best. Radcliffe and Grint said the twin roller coasters in Dragon Challenge were their favorite, while Lewis, Wright and the Phelps loved Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey . And there was an even divide over which was better: regular or frozen Butterbeer . The stars seemed most impressed by the amount of detail making Hogwarts and Hogsmeade come to life, creating an experience they couldn’t even have on the movie set. “It’s just total immersion into the world,” Lewis said. “In 100 years, it’s still going to be here. It’s a little weird for me.” “It’s kind of the beginning and ending. It’s kind of surreal,” Wright said of the park’s opening coinciding with the end of filming of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” earlier this week. “All the little memories we have, now other people can have them as well.” The actors said they loved the rides, which include two roller coasters (Flight of the Hippogriffs and Dragon Challenge) and a visual experience (Forbidden Journey). It was the first roller-coaster ride for Davis. Grint shared that his coaster-riding technique was to hold on for dear life, while Felton said that he keeps his hands in the air, screaming for his life. Radcliffe had a very specific procedure: Make sure the harness is extra tight; try to keep his eyes open for as long as possible, and make the longest, most prolonged scream possible. When he gets off, his experience isn’t complete unless all his hair is swept to one side. Though she did not speak to the press and was kept well hidden at the event, “Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling did make an appearance at the grand opening. Williams conducted the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra in a special presentation of the various themes he had written for the “Harry Potter” film series. In the end, the stars seemed to think Universal had left no magical stone unturned in the creation of the Wizarding World. All of them, that is, except Warwick Davis. When asked what he thinks Universal should add to the park, he responded, “Something involving Professor Flitwick. Or Griphook the goblin, perhaps.” Are you planning to go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter? Tell us what you’re excited to see in the comments. Christina Aguilera To Sing At NBA Finals Tonight

Singer will perform the national anthem for the second time during the NBA basketball championship series. By Mawuse Ziegbe Christina Aguilera performs the national anthem before game six of the NBA finals on Tuesday Photo: Christian Petersen/Getty Images Christina Aguilera is once again using her formidable pipes to grace the NBA finals: The singer will belt out a rendition of “The Star Spangled Banner” at tonight’s seventh and final game of the series. The singer, whose latest album Bionic recently debuted at #3 , on the Billboard albums chart, sang at Game 6 at Los Angeles’ Staples Center on Tuesday (June 15) before the Lakers defeated the Boston Celtics and tied the series. The Lakers — who have lost their last four game-seven matchups to the Celtics — are apparently hoping Aguilera will bring them similar good luck tonight. The singer may be hoping that the Lakers are a good luck charm for her, as she’s had a some rough luck over the past few weeks . Bionic ‘s first-week sales were softer than expected, she recently postponed her tour until next year, and the response to her sexed-up video for the album’s first single, “Not Myself Tonight,” has been mixed. “I don’t know if it’s because she went away for a while, or because she tried to do something different with this project, but it feels a little crass and calculated,” Entertainment Weekly ‘s Leah Greenblatt told MTV News. “From her choice of collaborators [The-Dream, Polow Da Don, Le Tigre] to her first single, it doesn’t feel fully organic. What’s missing so much with her this time out is that, while she can still sing the crap out of her songs, you don’t get a sense of vulnerability, or even really know who she is.” Related Photos The Evolution Of: Christina Aguilera Related Artists Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera Sings NBA Finals National Anthem, Celebs Cheer Lakers to Victory

Her new album failed to land at the top of the charts during its first week of release, but Christina Aguilera still felt like a winner last night. That’s because the singer opened Game Six of the NBA Finals with a rousing rendition of the national anthem and then sat courtside as the Los Angeles Lakers pummeled the Boston Celtics 89-67, setting up a decisive Game Seven for the title tomorrow night. Watch Xtina show off her vocal range now: NBA Finals Anthem Aguilera wasn’t the only celebrity at the game. As usual, the crowd was filled with more famous faces than Katsuya on a Saturday night. The most surprising sighting? Michelle Obama and will.i.am sharing a corporate box. While we try to come up with ways to taunt and jink Mr. Khloe Kardashian before Game Seven, take a look below at who else took in the contest:

The singer says her s-exy image is her way of getting out what she believes is an important message.
