On Wednesday, August 15, Alaskan Bush People star Noah Brown married Rhain in a heartwarming wedding ceremony. Some “fans” of the show and the family have never liked Rhain, and rumors began to surface that Rhain wasn’t allowed to take Noah’s last name. Noah has come forward to clear things up, once and for all. Noah Brown spoke to RadarOnline to lay this rumor to rest. “Rhain is my wife,” Noah affirmed. Not that there was any doubt — but, especially for newlyweds, that statement can feel powerful. “And,” Noah continued. “She is my wife for life.” Noah then makes it clear: “and of course she will be taking my last name.” Noah cannot help but gush about his new life. “It feels wonderful to be married,” Noah shares. He mentions that his wedding date was a long time coming. “Rhain and I were engaged for over a year,” he reminds fans, before repeating: “And we are finally married.” He really loves saying it. That is so cute. He says that the feeling of being married has really improved his life. “It is like this huge weight has been lifted,” Noah says. They’re no longer engaged and deciding when and where to get married or trying to work out any of those details. Noah concludes: “We can finally focus on being husband and wife.” Good for them! Obviously, not ever woman who marries a man then goes and changes her last name to match his. Some hyphenate. Some simply leave their names as they are. It depends on many factors, but ultimately comes down to personal preference. Changing a name can be a troublesome and time-consuming and expensive process. It was probably a lot simpler a century ago when few women were gainfully employed or owned property. Sometimes, it can take a new bride some time to change her name — remember, you have to change things like deeds and bank accounts in the process. Just because someone hasn’t raced to do so instead of going on her honeymoon doesn’t mean that she’s never changing her name. We shouldn’t jump to conclusions. Noah has been something of a black sheep in his family, which is probably why he gets more grief from fans and viewers than Bam Bam does. Both sons fell in love and moved on with their lives, but Noah was always a little weird (yes, even weirder than his siblings). The kid who’s a little goth isn’t going to thrive out in the wilderness, folks. He’s a grown man and he’s allowed to live his wife. Some fans turned their ire on Rhain, even accusing her of “copying” Noah’s sister Rain’s name, because Rhain’s birth name is Ruth. Folks, people can change their names any time that they like. We’re not sure why people think that Rhain would want to copy her now-husband’s sister’s name. Noah dragged Rain on Instagram just a couple of months ago. Also, Rain Brown’s full name is Merry Christmas Kathryn Raindrop Brown . How would you even begin to “copy” that? We’re so glad that Noah and Rhain found each other and we hope that they continue to enjoy their wedded bliss. Fans (and so-called “fans”) will continue to say whatever they like about Noah and Rhain, but the further removed from reality television that Noah is, the less that these haters can touch them. Fans were shocked and appalled when they saw Kourtney and Kim’s feud blow up on a Keeping Up With The Kardashians sneak peek in which Kourtney called Kim an “evil being.” Well, now Kim is trying to totally downplay their exchange as if that were normal sibling squabbling. The way that Kim sees it, it’s normal for siblings who supposedly love each other to be vicious and antagonistic towards each other. Yikes. When Kim saw a fan’s response to her exchange with Kourtney, she couldn’t help but respond. “What Kim doesn’t seem to understand,” the fan tweeted. “Is that Kourtney is done living this Kardashian life.” The fan continued to speak for Kourtney, writing: “She’s sick and tired of being forced to stay relevant.” The tweet continued, saying that Kourtneyw as worn out “by working herself off just to remain relevant.” “Kourtney just wants to be present in her children’s lives,” the tweet concluded. “Oh word,” Kim replied, quoting the fan’s tweet. “Did Kourt tell you this?” “She sure wanna live that Kardashian life though,” Kim wrote, referring to the opulence, lucrative product endorsement opportunities, and fame. “And BTW,” Kim added. “This photo shoot was our Christmas card.” She is reminding fans that the footage we’re seeing from KUWTK was filmed late in 2017. Kim refers to the heated exchange as “family memories we were creating.” “Just tune in,” Kim concluded. “Before you start acting like you know things.” Another fan struck a very different tone and tweeted: “@kourtneykardash crying over @KimKardashian saying she’s not even interesting to look at is brilliant.” “Siblings say dumb s–t to get a reaction,” this second fan continued. Their narrative continues with: “the receiving sibling cries.” “It’s over in a few days,” the fan concluded, adding the tag: ” # RealLifeS–t” Astoundingly, Kim Kardashian quoted that tweet and replied: “Exactly!!!” Compared to Kim’s vicious words towards Kourtney and Kourtney’s reply, Khloe asking Kourtney what’s up her ass sounds almost healthy. But, in reality, none of this sounds healthy for siblings. Or anyone else, for that matter. The dynamic described in that second tweet, in a sentiment clearly shared by Kim, sounds almost appropriate between siblings who are elementary school aged. We are talking about two grown women who are each mothers of three. In fact, Kim and Kourtney are both old enough to run for President. To hear them speaking to each other that way is … disturbing. Viewers and fans who see these shocking previews should keep a couple of things in mind. First, as Kim reminds everyone, this bickering is from late 2017. Which means that this feuding is from late 2017, also. Secondly, and perhaps even more importantly, they are on a reality show. This isn’t Candid Camera , folks. They know that they’re being filmed. They didn’t build a media empire by not knowing how to act in certain ways on camera. That doesn’t mean that this argument is staged — but it may mean that it was deliberately exaggerated by Kim and by Kourtney for the benefit of the cameras. At least, that is what we would prefer to believe. The alternative — that they speak to each other like this off camera — is almost unthinkable. Last week, we learned that Ashley Jacobs finally left that creep Thomas Ravenel , though the two have not officially broken up. Yet. But fellow Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis has been spending time with her ex and baby daddy. They took their two young children on Thomas’ boat, and with Ashley away, Kathryn and Thomas’ “family time” was drama-free. Both Kathryn and Thomas took to Instagram to share little glimpses of their shared time with their children. Kathryn wrote “Good Vibes Only,” perhaps a subtle plea for her followers to not bash her for spending time around accused rapist Thomas Ravenel . She and Thomas have both made efforts to be there for their young children, Kensie and Saint. Seeing their parents interact with each other in a healthy way is good for their childhood development, even though Kathryn and Thomas are exes. They took their children on Thomas’ boat. A source tells RadarOnline that Kathryn and Thomas had a pleasant time with their two young children. “Thomas and Kathryn had a great time together with the kids,” the insider reveals. Though Kathryn and Thomas can be dramatic people — they’re exes as well as reality stars — none of that flared up during this family outing. “It was,” the source says. “Completely drama free.” And that peace owes itself to one person in particular. “With Ashley out of town,” the insider explains. “There were no conflicts at all.” Thomas Ravenel has been dating Ashley Jacobs for a while. The two met in Santa Barbara, went on maybe five dates, and Ashley packed up her whole life to move across the country to live in Charleston with him. That was … a little sudden. What’s more is that Ashley went on to unleash hellish tirades on Thomas’ Southern Charm cast members. In particular, Ashley clashed with Kathryn to a shocking degree. Also, she flirted with Whitney. (Who does that? Well, as Patricia Altschul says, a gold-digging famewhore would! ) The cast very clearly and vocally cannot tolerate Ashley, but at the reunion special, they expressed their deep concerns for her well-being. Thomas Ravenel was not at the reunion , because multiple women have accused him of sexual assault. Bravo and the Charleston police are investigating. But Ashley was there for part two of the special, and the cast went from irate to concerned. They said that Thomas speaks poorly of her to them, and that she shouldn’t stay with someone who is going to treat her that way. Andy Cohen brought up a sobering accusations — that someone had seen Thomas throw food in Ashley’s direction. Ashley had replied by saying that it was all he fault for being a “brat.” Ashley’s brattiness was not the point — no one gets to throw things at you. And as multiple castmembers pointed out, Ashley blaming herself for Thomas’ alleged outburst is a huge red flag. (Keep in mind that Thomas has not only been accused of sexual assault, but of alarming outbursts of anger and aggression — which has been said by former dates and by his own friends and castmates) The outpouring of concern was so great that Ashley “joked” by asking Andy if this was an intervention. Some may be angry with Kathryn for spending time with Thomas, but they should remember a few things. One, she is not dating Thomas. They are forever linked by their two young children, and she is only spending time with him around them. Two, Kathryn has made it very clear why she’s doing this. She’s captioned family pics with things like: “What matters most? My daughter’s happiness.” She doesn’t have sole custody of her children, so coparenting is not optional. Whatever she believes about Thomas, she has to make the best of a bad situation. She’s a mother, and her kids come first.
Forgive us for the very obvious opener here, but… … Charlie Sheen is most decidedly NOT winning these days. Some might say he’s losing even more than the New York Mets, in fact. The 52-year old filed requests to modify his child support payments to ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller yesterday, explaining to the court that he simply cannot afford to continue doling out the previously-agreed-upon sums to these women. The former Two and a Half Men star, who is living with the HIV virus , who shares two daughters with Richards and twin sons with Mueller. He alleges he doesn’t have the necessary cash flow to keep up with his monthly payments because he’s “been unable to find steady work, and [has] been blacklisted from many aspects of the entertainment industry.” This is quite the accusation, of course. Being blacklisted implies that there’s a concerted efforts by a multitude of people in Hollywood to keep Sheen from earning a living. There’s a conspiracy against him, Sheen is claiming. Sort of like how Donald Trump and his associates willfully teamed up with Vladimir Putin and company in 2016, there’s collusion at work here. That’s possible. But it’s maybe more possible that Sheen is simpy unemployable because he’s an accused woman beater who may have lied to sexual partners about his disease and who spent like a year ranting and raving like a mad men . Anyway, though. Per these legal documents, Sheen has been making child support payments to both of his ex wives since the summer of 2016. He was ordered to pay $55,000 a month to Mueller in August of 2016 and $20,000 a month to Richards in June of 2016 and… … wait, what?!?! Sheen has been shelling out $75,000 PER MONTH in child support for two years now?!? We don’t feel sorry for the guy or anything, it’s just… wow. That’s a crap ton of money. Sheen also pays both exes 9.5 percent of his gross annual income from all sources in excess of $2.1 million. Due to his deal with CBS (for Two and a Half Men) and then with FX (for Anger Management), Sheen could pretty easily afford those aforementioned payments, as significant as they may be. Now, though? “I have been unable to find steady work, and have been blacklisted from many aspects of the entertainment industry,” Sheen writes in the documents, adding: “All of this has resulted in a significant reduction in my earnings.” As a result of being out of work, Sheen says he he no longer has “sufficient income” to pay the court-ordered child support amounts. And he’s probably telling the truth. Is he really in “dire financial crisis,” however, as he also claims? Documents show that Sheen made an income of $37,631 last month and that his assets total about $5.8 million. The latter figure would put him in the upper 1%, of course. But remember, he’s paying $75,000 a month and that can add up quickly. Sheen married Richards in 2002 and they separated in 2006. He then married Mueller in 2008, but the two broke up in 2011 after an ugly few years marred with allegations of infidelity and violence. The actor also has a 33-year-old daughter, Cassandra Jade Estevez, from a previous relationship with his high school girlfriend Paula Speert.
Johnny Depp has been in the news a lot lately and — spoiler alert! — it’s not because of his incredible career comeback. Quite the opposite in fact, as Depp’s torturously slow meltdown has made him a major tabloid staple in recent months. The Summer of Johnny Drama began when photos of Depp looking frail and gaunt made their way around social media. From there, we were treated to Depp’s bizarre Rolling Stone interview, in which it was revealed that he spends most of his time padding around a massive London mansion smoking hash and blaring Marilyn Manson, which is the ideal existence if you’re a 15-year-old goth, but is more than a little sad if you’re a 55-year-old dad getting stoned with people who are paid to hang out with you. Of course, the beginning of Depp’s very public downfall was his ugly divorce from Amber Heard . During the split, it was revealed that Depp was often abusive toward Heard, even going so far as to physically attack her in such brutal fashion that she was left bruised and bloody. After the split, Depp and Heard both signed non-disclosure agreements which prohibit them from speaking to the press about their marriage or divorce. Sounds like a net positive for Depp, but for some reason, the actor has decided to open the dark sarcophagus of his past and spill the foul red fluid of his sh-tty behavior all over an unsuspecting populace. Apparently, Johnny was extremely pissed off by a UK tabloid’s account of his marriage, and he’s decided to sue for libel. In doing so, he’s offered his version of events, which leans very heavily on the old “actually, she was the abuser!” narrative. According to court documents obtained by The Daily Mail , Depp claims Heard once humiliated him by drunkenly socking him in the face at her own birthday party. “Ms. Heard, who had been drinking, became aggressive and violent… punching him twice in the face,” Depp’s attorneys write. They go on to claim that Depp “defended himself by grabbing Ms. Heard’s arms to stop her punching again and told her to stop,” adding: “He pushed her away on to the bed and told her he was leaving and that she should not follow him.” Yes, Johnny’s playing the “real victim” card these days, and to the surprise of no one who’s not named Johnny Depp, it’s triggering bullsh-t detectors all over the world. In fact, the response from Amber’s lawyers basically consists of them going, “Look at this guy. You really gonna believe him?” “These allegations are totally false,” their reply reads. “One needs only read the recent Rolling Stone article about Mr. Depp and the lawsuit filed against him by a location manager, among many other recent news stories and lawsuits, to understand his state of mind.” If Depp’s lawyers are smart they’ll just shrug and say touché . Although Briana Renee’s divorce is so acrimonious that she left Little Women: L.A. to keep the court battle from spilling onto people’s television screens, we’re still learning unpleasant details. According to court documents, Briana is still in fear of her disreputable ex. And she says that she has good reason to — as he has allegedly taken to carrying a gun with him. RadarOnline reports that, in a supplemental declaration filed last week, Briana admits that she is alarmed by and afraid of Matt Grundhoffer’s gun-toting. There is more to it than that he apparently carries a gun. She says that he has aimed that gun at himself. Given that she accuses him of having threatened to “kill everyone” in the house, himself included, this is very seriously. Specifically, Briana says that he “pretends to aim and look down the barrel of the gun.” The court document alleges that Matt will do this, “and state, ‘I am not afraid of anyone.’” That declaration was filed on July 27. The two were scheduled to appear in Riverside County Superior Court on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018. That appearance was for a hearing on a permanent restraining order against Matt. Records also show that they are both required to return to court for a mandatory settlement conference for their divorce. For a split that started off being described as “amicable,” this has become everything but. Long before Matt was ever allegedly carrying a gun, Briana says, she had reason to fear him. She has accused him of verbal and physical abuse, which she says took place during his drinking binges. “In August 2017,” Briana accuses in court documents. “Respondent (Grundhoffer) threatened to break down our bedroom door while I had it locked it in fear of him.” Terrifying. Briana’s accusation continues: “He stated, ‘I am going to break down this f–king door!” She has also accused him of punching walls. The allegations against Matt extend beyond verbal and physical abuse — though those alone are more than enough cause for alarm. Briana accuses her ex of exchanging messages involving bestiality and talk of an illegal sex act upon minor children, including Matt’s own 12-year-old son from a previous relationship. These alleged sexually explicit messages are too disturbing to joke about. Needless to say, the mentioning of Matt’s own son in these alleged conversations is the most disturbing. Sick fantasies are one thing, but that’s too close to home. This all becomes more alarming when you look at a real-world accusation that has been leveled against Matt. In June, Grundhoffer was accused of having sexually assaulted a minor in 2009. The alleged victim was a patient of his at the Child Study and Treatment Center in the state of Washington, where he worked as a counselor. The suit is aimed at State of Washington, the Department of Social and Health Services, and the Child Study and Treatment Center. Though Grundhoffer is not being sued, the accusation that he carried out the alleged sexual assault may become relevant as Briana seeks a permanent restraining order. But a stunning new report claims the following… … JUSTIN BIEBER AND HAILEY BALDWIN ARE ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!! Before you totally and completely flip out and call everyone you know and scream so loud that you shatter every window in your house, a word of caution: Neither Justin nor Hailey has confirmed this news. Neither has any representative for either star. However, this wild gossip item does not come to us from some unreliable tabloid or even some random anoynmous source just looking for a click or a page view. It comes to us from TMZ, which is not in the business of conjuring up stories just to build traffic. And it also comes to us from a pair of alleged eyewitnesses to the proposal itself. According to the aforementioned website, two women saw Bieber and Baldwin at a resort in the Bahamas on Saturday night. They explain that everyone at this property was having a blast and salsa dancing when the singer’s security team told all in the vicinity to put their phones away because some special was about to take place. And this is when Bieber popped the huge question. TMZ even quotes a third source (“with knowledge of the situation,” it writes) that confirms this same engagement between the artist and the model. If this report is to be believed, we’ll go ahead and speak for all readers by responding as follows: HOLY F-CK BALLS!!!!! We had actually heard late last month that Bieber was begging Baldwin to marry him , but we mostly dismissed that claim as total nonsense. Yes, Bieber and Baldwin had dated back in 2016, but the latter had made a point of saying at the time that it was mostly just a fling full of red hot sex. (“We are not an exclusive couple,” Baldwin said on February of2016, adding: “He’s about to go on tour. Relationships at this age are already complicated, but I don’t really like to talk about it because it’s between me and him.”) Moreover, the pair only got back together about a month ago. Yes, they’ve been inseparable ever since, cuddling up and kissing a ton in public without caring who’s around. But still: An engagement? Already?!? It seems awfully quick, especially when you consider that Bieber only split from Gomez a few months ago and that she was allegedly the love of his douchey life. Heck, Bieber and Baldwin have not even shared any pictures of each other on social media since they got back together. However, Justin’s dad, Jeremy, posted a photo of hisson on Sunday with the following caption: “@justinbieber proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!” Thats’s pretty close to a confirmation, is it not?
