My Bieber experience started on June 22nd 2011. I knew the whole week before that Justin would be in NYC so he could have his fragrance launch. I spent the whole week stressing over how I might not be able to see him because nobody knew where the launch actually was! On Tuesday night, I found out that you had to go to Macy’s on Wednesday morning at 10am, be one of the first 325 people to buy Someday and then get wristbands to come back on Thursday and meet him! I REALLY wanted to go, but I knew my mom would say no and that if I did go, I had to go very early. I begged and cried for like an hour straight until she finally gave in and said I could miss school. She would bring me into the city at 3:30am on Wednesday morning. The line was already down 1 whole block! They let me on line and I waited for 6 hours until it was finally 10am. They started giving out passes, I was number 151 out of 325! I bought my perfume and got two meet and greet passes. It didn’t really hit me until Thursday morning. I was freaking out and I had no idea what to wear or what I was gonna say to him! I was in the middle of the line and Justin didn’t show up until around 4:30. Then the line started to move. I was finally getting close to the front of the line. I was doing well, not crying or anything until I got into the room where I actually saw him. I started hysterical crying and hyperventilating. I couldn’t help it! I only had a minute to pull myself together because I was 3 people away from going up to Justin and humiliating myself. I walked up to Kenny and by then I managed to stop crying and calm down. I walked up to Justin and I had no idea what to do. I walked to his opposite side so I would be on the left in the picture. I fixed my hair and then he put his arm around me for the picture and his fingers went through my hair!! I looked at him and he looked at me and I like..LOST IT. In Guetta’s video for “Gettin’ Over You,” fans might remember a back-alley dance-off with Fergie, LMFAO and the Jabbawockeez crew in which the music emanating from a studio session unites the neighborhood in the spirit of house music and Guetta’s “one love” mantra. With his video for “Where Them Girls At,” Guetta means to have a more dramatic effect: spreading his unifying gospel not just to one neighborhood, but across the entire city of Los Angeles. The video features the French producer perched high on top of a roof emitting enormous bubbles across L.A. Passersby on the streets watch curiously as the bubbles float about them, but rapper Flo Rida is the first to observe a sunbathing poolside beauty come in physical contact with one: Immediately, as if puppeteered by Guetta himself, she begins to dance frantically. I feel so blessed to be writing yet another MBE but this time it features Selena! As some of you may know I met Justin last week at his Macy’s fragrance launch. My new MBE happened exactly one week after that. It all started when I heard Selena was in the city for press for her new movie ‘Monte Carlo’! I begged my dad to let me go one day out of the week she was going to be in NYC. Then I heard that Justin was with her! I didn’t want to get my hopes up but I was going to give it a shot and try my best. I knew where Justin and Selena were staying because my friend met them the day before and she was kind enough to tell me! I was the first one there and I was alone for about 10 minutes before I saw my friend @followcher. I stayed with her the rest of the day! About 5 more people showed up and there was only 7 of us. A few hours passed and my friend spotted Kenny walking out the door. I walked over and saw Justin! I said, “Justin can I please get a picture with you” really nicely. He looked over so at the point I didn’t think he was gonna say no and he said “Sure”. (By the way, as I was having my moment with Justin, Selena was by the car dancing because there was music playing out of the car haha she’s so adorable.) I went up to Justin said ‘hey’ and stood next to him. I tried to give my camera to someone to take the picture but no one was paying attention so Justin grabbed my camera and handed it to Kenny! He took the picture and then I said, “I love you, can I have a hug?” He said, “Haha aw love you too” and shook his head yes! So then I gave him a hug and I died. As the other girls where taking pics and what not, I turn to Kenny said, “Sup Kenny, I like your braces!!” He goes, “Hey thanks!” Hahahahahha Kenny is the best. Then I went over to Selena and said, “I love your new album!” she was like, “AW thanks for the support”! then I said, “I’m seeing you on your tour this summer and I can’t wait” She said, “AW THAT’S GREAT!!” I said “I’m so so so excited, it’s gonna be so fun” She said, “YAY!! See ya there” I was literally shaking for Selena. I asked her for a picture and she said sure. But GO FIGURE. Justin was walked by as the picture was being taken! Judging by his face, I think he knew he was about to get in the way hahahaha! I didn’t even notice until the girl who took the picture, handed me the camera, and they had already gotten in the car. I wish the girl who took the picture would have noticed and said something, but its all good! At least it was a funny picture and you can see my bag strap under Justin’s chin! Before I uploaded it, I marked it with my name and this was the only version I put up! I have been seeing it all over tumblr, the internet, fansites some claiming it’s theres, I don’t know how people took off my name though! I just wanted to clear that up cause a lot of people wanted to know the story behind the picture! Justin & Selena are honestly the nicest people ever, I am beyond grateful for my experience with them. It was really chill & we got to spend alone time with them talking. I just wanted to say they both really love their fans. I only wish them the best in their relationship if theres one thing I can tell you is Jelena is not fake. Hello, my name is Saidah Belo-Osagie, and I have been a devoted belieber ever since late summer ‘09. I know a lot of people says this, but I am so happy that there is a website for Bieber experiences, because it has taught me to truly NEVER SAY NEVER. I will admit, before a couple of these experiences I will be sharing in about 3.7 seconds, I said ‘never’ quite a lot. I don’t have that much room to discuss at length about my JB concerts on 10/10/09, and 8/28/10, but they were absolutely amazing! His presence, confidence, and swagger makes him such an driven performer, and I’m so happy I got to be apart of those concerts and see all that work he puts in for his fans. This year, on 1/16/11 at 1:18 am, Justin Bieber RTed me! It was so unexpected, because usually to get his attention, I spam him with like 25 tweets. Since it was really late, and I couldn’t fall asleep, I just tweeted him once and he retweeted. One of the OLLGs was actually the first one to tweet me, and when I went on his page, I basically went cross-eyed; I was in so much disbelief I was crying and freaking out. Now, the most recent. I went to the Today Show on June 23rd . Justin Bieber was promoting his new fragrance, Someday (which by the way smells uh-ma-zing!) I woke up at 4am, so I could take the train there. My parents ended up taking me to the train at 6, so my first thought was,”I’m screwed.” I ended up getting to the city at 6:30. As I was running to the building, I already saw this line that was a block long. I was supposed to meet my friend Haylee (@baconbeacon6, she’s not really a belieber, but she still appreciates him), but she wasn’t there! I just calmly went on line, hoping they would let me in. To my surprise, the line was going by really fast. When I got in, the entire space was surrounded, and there was no place I could stand in that was not reserved or taken. I just stood by these 2 nice grandmas that were so sweet, they said when Justin came out, me and my friend could go in front of them! Unfortunately this lady next to us was being really stubborn and saying how my friend couldn’t stand with me and everything. Ok, I understand there are 40 yr olds that are fans of him, but really? You’re going to get into a fight with a 15 year old girl over a 17 year old boy? Luckily, it worked out, so that me and my friend squeezed ourselves into the front quite comfortably. As we stood for about 2 hours waiting for him to come, a lady who worked at the Today Show went through the crowd and gave me and my friend a sample of the perfume. Then some minutes later, another lady came and gave me a ‘Someday’ shirt, and said I could have it as long as I was wearing it haha, I guess I was apart of the whole promoting tool, which worked out for me because I was on TV more. Afterwards, The last lady was pushing her way till she came to me and asked if I wanted a huge poster to hold up to the camera. I was just like, ‘Omg yes!’ The fact that I was one of the only ones in my section that got this 3 foot cardboard of Justin Bieber’s face with the Someday perfume on it was so exciting, and it’s a great momento to the BEST morning of my life! As we were waiting for Justin Bieber to come, there would always be some random girls screaming, and I would get the biggest panic attack because I always though JB was like right there. Finally, he came out. I had never seen him so close up, so I was screaming like crazy. C’mon he was RIGHT THERE. I was in so much disbelief I thought I was dreaming. He was soon gravitating closer and closer to my side. He basically just went around spraying people’s hands with perfume and saying hi or smiling. He was so beautiful! Then he finally came about a foot away from me , and my heart was pounding. 2 years of preparing what I was going to say to him when I met him, just went out of my head. I was speechless. He came to me, smiled, and said, “Do you want me to spray you with perfume?” He was staring at me and I just went, “OH MY GOSH PLEASE DO!!” He smiled again and held my hand and sprayed my wrist-his hands are so soft omfb!!!! From the video, it looks like he is proposing to me because he is looking down at my hand, and I am gasping like he just asked me to be his wife! Then after that, I was like, “Do you want to take a picture with me?” He said: “Of course!!” Haylee took the picture of me and him. I just turned to look at him, and out of nowhere went, “Thank you so much like omg you don’t understand!!!” He winked at me and said ‘No problem’ and rubbed my shoulder. Right there and then, I could have sworn I died. I had his book in my hand, and I think he expected me to ask him to autograph it, which I was planning on doing, but no words were coming out of my mouth, it was like some Bieber phenomenon! Haylee had to basically hold me up from fainting! The basic moral of this story is that good things happen to those that wait. I did not think I was going to meet JBiebs in the near future at all, and I made countless 11:11 wishes, hoping that SOMEDAY I would meet him. But honestly, the day before I was so sad because my mom wouldn’t let me pay $135-$150 to meet him at Macy’s, and I didn’t win the M&Gs on the radio either. The fact that I got the best experience of my life without paying, and waiting says something. NEVER SAY NEVER!! To pay homage to his home, the newly signed G-Unit rapper released B.H.F. (Bankhead Forever). “They changed the name of my street to Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway, and they tore my projects down, Bowen Homes, which is in Bankhead,” Shawty Lo told MTV News. “But I’m still in the streets. Even though they done did this and they done did that, it’s still B.H.F.: Bankhead Forever.
