My 2 friends and I went into the city on a Monday after Justin tweeted that the music store J&R was giving out more wristbands for his CD signing the next day. We didn’t really expect to get anything because he had tweeted about it and originally you had to go on Friday and pre-order Believe. We got to J&R, and there was legit ONE person there, so we preordered Believe, got wristbands and screamed/cried/went insane. The next day we got on line at like 10:30 even though the signing was supposed to start at 2pm. The line went on FOREVER behind us and we waited for what felt like forever. When I first saw Justin as I first walked in, I almost fainted. He looked so perfect and unreal. He looked like he was glowing and kind of like a vampire but like a good vampire (not one that would kill your family). I saw Kenny and he looked like he’d rather be sleeping lol the usual. I also saw Mike Lerner and Ryan Good . Omg it was so amazing it was so much better than the 1D signing that I went to in March because the security was so nice and you could take a pic with Justin if you were quick and everyone got a little bit of time to talk to him and he is so incredibly nice and FLAWLESS . OMG then we found out that my dad was able to get us into “BieberLive” at MTV (which if you live under a rock was the JB special on MTV) My dad knows people at MTV and we thought we had to be 18 but turns out we were able to get in! We were in the audience and on TV. He sang a song and his voice was perfection. During a commercial I was like, “Justin what’s in your back pocket, can I have it!?!?” talking about the little gold rag/handkerchief thing sticking out of his back pocket (He has a lot of them that match his other outfits and stuff ) Everyone laughed and he was like, “No!!!” in this really funny, cute voice that was like fake-hurt. He was wearing this diamond whistle necklace and my friend goes (during a commercial) “I like your necklace!!” and he turns around and goes, “I like YOU.” We also all got free copies of Believe and free bottles of his new perfume Girlfriend. He was so sweet he said, “Wait before I go I want to take a picture with every section of the room” so he took one and MY SECTION WAS THE ONLY ONE MTV TWEETED AND HE RETWEETED IT! At one point during his performance of “Die in Your Arms,” he stopped singing and let us sing. We were so horrible and off key that he laughed and then started singing again. He was just amazing, sweet, caring and funny. Here are the details, via NYMag : For the launch of Anja Rubik’s new magazine, 25, photographer and director Barnaby Roper teamed up with Kanye West to make a video dedicated to the issue’s theme of eroticism. Rubik knew West from bumping into him at various fashion events over the years, and they became close friends when he started working on his clothing line (she’s since opened both of his runway shows, and he rapped about her in “Way Too Cold”). “He’s like a machine, not only with music but also with fashion and videos,” Rubik told us earlier this week. “He’s a workaholic, and always talking about all these crazy thoughts and images running through his head.” When Rubik was putting together the first issue of 25, she and West discussed how she wanted the magazine to approach sex. “It’s funny. We talked about pornography looks these days, and he agreed with me that there’s no pornography out there that is beautiful aesthetically and integrates fashion to make a beautiful image,” she explained. “We were on the same page about a lot of things.” He agreed to work with Roper in a video that explores some of the sensual imagery from the magazine. “I thought it would be really interesting to make it seem like we were entering Kanye’s head,” Rubik said. “It’s not pornographic, but it’s very sensual.” After taking screenshots of nearly every frame of the video we have to call bullsh!t. Golden State Warriors Coach Victim Of Extortion Scheme Ran By Ex-Stripper Ever wondered what Golden State Warriors head coach Mark Jackson looked like off court and clothes-less? Well, you almost found out. Golden State Warriors coach Mark Jackson has confirmed that he and his family were the targets of an extortion scheme. The Smoking Gun reported that a 28-year-old former stripper possessed nude photographs of the married Warriors coach and wanted money to keep the photos from becoming public. The team confirmed two suspects were arrested earlier this week. The Warriors said in a statement Wednesday that Jackson informed the organization of the extortion plot in April and that the team immediately contacted the FBI. The Warriors say that “although not condoning his previous actions that led to the extortion attempt, the Warriors fully support Coach Jackson during this time.” Jackson was hired last year. He is also an ordained minister, leading a congregation with his wife in the Los Angeles suburb of Van Nuys. My name is RIta, I’m 15 years old, I was born in Portugal but I live in Germany. I finally met the boy who means the world to me on June 8th in Berlin. I met the boy who saved me and helps me so much to get through my life. I finally got the chance to hug him. I got to talk to him and look into his eyes. This was so incredible. I don’t know how can someone be that perfect. Seriously I don’t get it. I’m gonna tell you everything. I woke up at like 9AM to go meet @PerfectlyBieber and some other Beliebers from Denmark. @BieberParade was also there. Almost like 100 Beliebers came to Berlin in a bus from Denmark to see Justin. When I met up with them, we all went to Justin’s hotel and waited for almost 4 hours. Kenny & Moshe came out a few times and Kenny looked so happy, he came around and touched our hands . I told him who I was, he remembered me. After 4 hours waiting, Justin came out. He did not take pictures with fans but he gave autographs. He looked flawless as always. I was starting to shake a lot because Kenny organized all this for me and I had to be at the Bild office at 2:30. I didn’t know how to get there and I started to cry because I was so scared I wouldn’t meet him. @PerfectlyBieber and another Belieber from Denmark were searching for a taxi with me and then when we finally found one. A guy from Universal called me and said he would be standing in front of the Bild office waiting for me. When I got out of the taxi, the guy waved at me and I went over to him. He hugged me and then Kenny said that I should tell him my story and why Justin has inspired me so much. I told Kenny everything and Fredo recorded it. It was awkward at first because I was so nervous and I couldn’t stop shaking but it was worth it. After Fredo recorded me, Kenny went outside and I was in the room alone with Fredo waiting for Justin. Fredo was so nice to me, asking me if I’m excited and asked about my brother in jail. He asked how long he’s in there already and what he did to get there and all that. After about 2 or 3 minutes, I hear, “YOYOYOYOOYYOO.” I stood up and saw Justin coming in. My heart started beating so fast. I was like ” JUSTINNNNNN” I run up to him and hugged him. It felt so good. You cant even imagine how comforting his hug was. I have been waiting for that hug almost 4 years. I can’t believe that today, I finally got the chance to tell him everything in person. He looked at me and smiled. He asked, “How are you?” He asked if I had a camera and wanted to take a picture. I told him I didn’t have my camera because they weren’t aloud. Thankfully Fredo took pictures of us. My name is Megan, I’m from Long Island and I’m 15 years old. My friend Joli and I had always wanted to meet Justin, and since he would be in the city all week we made it a priority that we would at least see him. On Wednesday, June 20th, my dad, my step mom Joli, and I, drove into the city to go to the Z100 studios. We drove around all of NYC for 4 hours looking for the studio. We tried calling, texting, and asking random people on the street if anyone knew where they were and no one knew. We all thought we weren’t ever going to find it. Joli felt the need to call z100 and see if they would answer. As we were about to leave the city, a guy named Trey (@ItsTreyMorgan) answered the phone and gave us directions on how to get to the studio! We finally arrived at the studio at around 11 pm. I was SO happy that we finally made it. My step mom left, and my dad stayed with me and my friend to sleep the night . There were 2 girls in front of us, who we made friends with and we all waited together. We waited up all night, just to hear about Justin Bieber. People inside the studios came out and asked the four of us for pictures because we were such dedicated fans. We couldn’t believe it was only the four of us. Around 2 am, two more girls arrived who we all became friends with. The six of us waited all night, without sleeping, outside of the z100 studios to just catch a glimpse of Justin. When it finally hit around 6 am, a lot more people came who started being rude and obnoxious and made the security guards put up barricades. Finally, it was 7:30am. We all thought that Justin would come early, or take some pictures. But at 7:45, Justin, Kenny, Moshi, Bruce, and some random driver all exited out of one black escalade. Justin smiled, and touched some fans before he rushed into the studios. I was lucky enough to have stuck my arm out enough for him to grab it! After Justin arrived, Alfredo and Allison arrived in a different black escalade. Everyone went crazy for them! After his interview was over, more people started showing up and trying to make up excuses not to stand in the barricades. At around 10:00am all of Justin and his team finally came out. I ended up taking a picture with Bruce (Justin’s grandpa), Kenny, and Alfredo. They are all the sweetest guys in the world. I told Kenny I was obsessed with him, and he laughed at me. Justin took pictures with a lot of fans and I was really nervous he wasn’t going to be able to take mine. He was one the other side of the barricades and I looked at him and begged him to come over to our side. He finally came over and took pictures with a lot of people before me. When he finally got to me the crowd behind him was insane. He looked behind him and his security team almost forced him to go back to the truck. My name is Nicole, I live in New York and I’m 15 years old. One of my best friends, Michaela had asked me if I wanted to go to the Today Show back in November to see Justin. Unfortunately, the plans got cancelled. Ever since then, I’ve been waiting for Justin to come back to the Today Show. He came back on June 15th and we were going to go. Unfortunately, the plans got cancelled again. But this time, we were able to go to something else. She invited me and two other friends to go meet him at the Letterman Show on June 20th. In the city it was me, my three friends, my friend’s older sister and the 4 year old girl her sister babysits. You had to be 18 years old or older to get in so we ended up going early for his rehearsal. There was not that many people there, maybe like 10 or 15. We waited for about an hour and a half then we saw a car. We thought it was Justin, but out came Dan and his dancers. They went inside to rehearse and we heard them playing “Boyfriend” from outside. Then in another 45 minutes or so, Justin showed up with Moshe, Kenny, Alfredo, Scrappy and a few other people. This was the first time I had ever seen him and he was within 5 feet from me. We yelled, “Justin we love you can we get a picture?” And he looked up and smiled and said, “Sure I’ll be right out guys!” Then, we got to inside and watch him rehearse. We saw him dance, sing and just fool around. I cried the whole time inside the studio. Then, his rehearsal was over and we rushed outside to try and catch him leaving. We saw Alfredo first and we all got picture with him. For the time that seemed like forever, he finally came out. We had brought purple flowers to give to him and the little 4 year old girl that was with us gave them to him. Justin came up to her and as she handed out the flowers he said, “Aw are these for me? Thank you so much sweetie.” He had the biggest smile I had ever seen. After that, everyone tried to get pictures with him. Then, it was my turn. I asked for a picture and he smiled and said of course. I put the camera on the front camera instead of the selfie one and he laughed at me and took a better picture. Hello my name is Carla and I’m from NYC. My biggest dream came true! June 19, 2012. This is how my story went. On June 18, 2012 I was on Twitter, checking Justin’s page of course. I saw he tweeted that he was going to be in J&R at the city for a signing. I’ ve been so exited for the album #BELIEVE that I even forgot what day it was. We got to J&R at 9, I went down really fast to see if they were still selling them, they were! I was soooo happy! I got the deluxe album and started doing the line, which wasn’t packed at 9am since the album signing started at 2pm. I was so happy the whole morning. I got to meet some cool beliebers too.
