Jesse James’ marital problems grow as a third woman, Brigitte Daguerre has come forward claiming she had an affair with the West Coast Choppers owner while he was married to Sandra Bullock. A day earlier, a second woman, Melissa Smith, told Star magazine she had an two-year affair with James. Details of a sexual harassment case James settled with a former employee have also emerged.

The marital trouble between Sandra Bullock and Jesse James is even getting hotter as days passed by. Some people reported that Bullock and James were not looking for divorce lawyers, which is contrary to some of online reports. It hasn’t been determined yet if they were really seeking for any divorce attorneys. Jesse James has released statements asking forgiveness for all the troubles he had caused his wife and children. Although he was hoping for reconciliation with the actress, he’s once again facing new allegations, including claims of a second affair and a report of sexual harassment. The recent accusation comes from Melissa Smith, a 35-year-old stripper, whose body is also heavily tattooed just like of that of the first accuser, Michelle McGee. Some details in her story have similarities with those of McGee. Smith alleged the affairs had lasted for several months while James was married to Bullock. Melissa Smith lives in Huntington Beach, California not far distant from the home of James and Bullock. Smith had an interview with the Star regarding the details of their affair. In a couple of months, she would visit James at his West Coast Choppers headquarters in Long Beach, California, where they would intimately spend time together. She also said that the last time he saw James was in 2009. Smith revealed her story and also presented evidence, which is a photo of her with James, to various media outlets. Another report came out from TMZ, which states that James paid a female executive at West Coast Choppers for $700,000 in 2007, just after she threatened to file a case of sexual harassment against him. That’s the conclusion of Us Weekly, who cites a source claiming McGee is “just the first person who has gone public,” and that “this is not an isolated incident.” His rationale? “When Sandra is away, he gets bored.” Makes sense. The report says James’ infidelity has been an open secret at his West Coast Choppers bike shop in Long Beach, Calif.: “Everybody knew,” one source states. Looks like Michelle McGee was just his type, too. One employee says James would post Internet ads looking for “hot, tattooed biker chicks with big boobs.” Sandra is shattered by Jesse cheating on her. More than once, possibly. A source told that he was very quiet and seems very upset all throughout the day. In spite the fact that he’s experiencing a great storm in his life right now, he still appeared happy to be back at work. The source also said that everyone is just trying to be understanding and supportive. James had already expressed his great remorse and that all the allegations claimed by tattoo model Michelle McGee were untrue and has no basis. The business at West Coast Choppers has even picked up after the reports of accusations of Jame’s infidelity to his wife which came out on Wednesday.
