I never stole a necklace or got a DUI. Never cheated on my wife like that golfer guy. So what you can see a little boob from the side? I’m sorry I’m not perfect. So sang Miley Cyrus during her Saturday Night Live monologue last night, as the controversial 18-year old defended various actions against critics by comparing herself to Lindsay Lohan, Tiger Woods and others. She then went on to impersonate Fergie and Justin Bieber , saying of the latter after the show: “It’s all about the crotch grabbing.” Did you watch Miley as SNL host? What did you think? Lindsay Lohan Refuses Plea Deal Involving Jail

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer is doing all she can to negotiate the best possible plea deal for a client who, in legal parlance, is up s— creek without a paddle. The troubled star has other ideas about how to proceed, however. Lindsay doesn’t care what Shawn Chapman Holley is trying to work out with the D.A., and is still steadfastly refusing to plea bargain if it involves jail time. DENIAL : The writing is on the wall, but LiLo won’t read it . Facing felony grand theft charges for allegedly pilfering a $2,500 from a jewelry store, and already on probation for her 2007 DUI case, she’s up against it. Nevertheless, Lohan insists on going to trial in the hopes she will win and clear her name. Apparently the train wreck is unaware of how probation works. Holley, D.A. Danette Myers and Judge Keith Schwartz will meet week to get a feel for how much time Lindsay Lohan will be sentenced to with a guilty plea.

Britney Spears Femme Fatale Tour to Kick Off in Early Summer

Britney Spears will tour this summer to support her new album Femme Fatale, the singer confirmed today in an interview with Ryan Seacrest. “Yes, I’m supposed to be going on tour, early summer U.S.,” Spears said on his KIIS-FM radio show. Her first live show to support the album? A special concert for Good Morning America on March 29, the same day Femme Fatale drops. Mark that on your sexy lip-synching calendar! The tour announcement shows that Spears is bouncing back both personally and professionally after a nearly two-year hiatus from the spotlight. Her 2009 album release and Circus tour themselves followed a dark period for Spears, following the demise of her marriage and sanity in 2006. It’s all good nowadays, though. Spears also opened up about her relationship with boyfriend Jason Trawick , who has helped turn her life around.

American Idol Male Semifinalists: Best of the Rest

After one night of men performing on American Idol , three favorites have emerged in our eyes: Jacob Lusk James Durbin Casey Abrams Earlier today, we posted each of their semifinalist performances, which can be viewed HERE , HERE and HERE . But other top 12 contenders also stood out. Brett Loewenstern surprised us with an attempt to rock out to The Doors. Paul McDonald showcased a unique style/voice. Robbie Rosen went with a lovely ballad and Clint Jun Gamboa tried to prove that karaoke isn’t always a four-letter word. Sit back and taken in a slew of auditions from last week below. Matthew Rutler Mug Shot, Christina Aguilera Arrest Details: Released!

New details have emerged on Christina Aguilera’s recent arrest , and they don’t make the singer or boyfriend Matthew Rutler look very good. Sources tell TMZ that Christina and her man dined in a private room at posh Los Angeles restaurant Osteria Mozza until well past midnight. Deep into a couple bottles of wine, a fellow patron reportedly recognized Aguilera, asked the waiter to send her a drink and was told: “She’s already drinking a bottle of wine… or two.” Hilarious. Meanwhile, both Rutler and Aguilera have been released from jail. They are allegedly holing up in her Beverly Hills home. Pulled over by police for swerving on the road, Rutler blew a .09 on the breathalyzer, according to Radar Online. The legal limit in California is .08. He doesn’t look too broken up about it in the mug shove above, does he? As for Christina, L.A. County Sheriff Office spokesperson Steve Whitmore says Aguilera was a complete mess when she and Rutler were pulled over: “When she got out of the car, she couldn’t stand. We had to help her stand. She didn’t know where she was and she didn’t know her own address. We took her into custody for her own protection.”

It’s a lot more than National Pancake Day, folks. In case you hadn’t heard, it’s also Justin Bieber’s birthday, as the young icon turns 17 years old . As you might expect, one of the fans who has sent out best wishes to the star is his mentor, Usher. But the hip hop artist did a lot more than merely Tweet out ““Happy Birthday Lil Bro…I love you and hope you are enjoyin’ your BIG 17th” this afternoon. He also posted a special birthday remix (below) and asked fans to donate to a worthy cause. Justin Birthday Birthday Tribute “Fight cancer & donate $10 to ACS in honor of JB’s bday,” Usuer wrote. “Text BDAY to 20222.” Bieber himself has sent out a link to his Charity: Water page , as he attempts to raise $17,000 for clean water in developing nations. You really have to applaud both these stars for taking advantage of their celebrity in a worthwhile way, don’t you?

Actress Jane Russell, a controversial Hollywood sex symbol best known for Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and other works, has died at the age of 89. The voluptuous star of 1940s and 1950s movies, a pinup girl in an age before pinup girls, died of respiratory failure at home in Santa Maria, Calif. While she carried many films , she was arguably at her best in comedies that, subtly or not, spoofed her sexpot image and focused on her figure. She could also carry a tune, as this vintage clip attests … Jane Russell – Lookin’ For Trouble It was eccentric billionaire Howard Hughes who discovered Russell and put her in a movie, The Outlaw .
