Can justice be served in this sad case? Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster’s 11-year-old son Kile Glover died tragically after being held on life support for two weeks following a jet ski accident. However, his untimely death may bring more serious charges to the man responsible. Usher’s stepson Kile Glover died on Saturday July 21 after being hit by a jet ski, driven by family friend Jeffrey Hubbard, on July 7. Jeffrey may face serious charges now that Kile, 11, has died. An investigation into the accident is moving forward at this point, according to TMZ . The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division says they will take into account Kile’s death when they make their recommendation to the District Attorney. The report is allegedly still coming together and there is no foreseeable timetable on when the investigation will be complete. It isn’t yet known when the investigation will be completed. ‘I’m as excited about this script as I was about the ‘Casino Royale’ script,’ he tells MTV News. By Eric Ditzian Daniel Craig Photo: Ian Gavan/ Getty Images This summer in Montana, while Daniel Craig was promoting “Cowboys & Aliens,” the actor steered clear of any casting news relating to “Bond 23,” declining to confirm to MTV News long-standing rumors that Ralph Fiennes and Javier Bardem were getting set to join the action flick. A few months later, while promoting “The Adventures of Tintin,” Craig was in more of a giving mood, letting us know that he’s keeping his fingers crossed that Fiennes and Bardem are on set when production on “Bond 23” kicks off in early October. “I hope so,” he said about the two actors. “I hope so.” Bardem confirmed back in February that he was in talks to play a villain in the flick, while rumors have been floating since early in the year that Fiennes was looking to take on an unspecified role. In July, MTV News shot down reports that “Amazing Spider-Man” villain Rhys Ifans had also signed up for “Bond 23,” with the actor telling us, “No, I just have a license to kill.” According to Craig, the way “Bond 23” is coming together has him the most excited about the franchise since he took on the iconic spy role years ago. “We’ve got a great script this time,” he told us. “I’m as excited about this script as I was about the ‘Casino Royale’ script. I think in Sam [Mendes] we’ve got the perfect director. The cast is coming together now. ‘Somebody shows up randomly,’ she tells MTV News about new VH1 show. By Jocelyn Vena Audrina Photo: MTV News Last week, fans got to know a bit more about Audrina Patridge and her zany family when her VH1 reality show “Audrina” debuted. And if you thought her family dynamic was surprising, then you’ll have to see what she has in store this week. “Yes, the second episode! And mind you, every episode is so exciting there’s never a dull moment,” she teased to MTV News. “That’s what’s so amazing. But the second episode … my parents’ 26th wedding anniversary was coming up, so it’s gonna be about that and us coming together to throw them a party. And there’s a surprise at the end of the episode.” What kind of a surprise? “It’s a person surprise, so somebody surprises me,” she added. “At the end of the second episode, there is a surprise; somebody shows up randomly.” The episode will be surprising to fans who think they really know the star. You see there’s more to Audrina than “The Hills” could have ever showed. “I really think on ‘The Hills,’ it was more about the friends, my Hollywood friends,” she said. “It was about a group of people who were living in Hollywood and ran in the same crowd and we were all dating each other and fighting [and] just going back and forth. “And now it’s more about everything that people didn’t get to see,” she continued. “I’m really letting them see, especially my life and my point of view and my family and the career side of it.” Who do you think surprises Audrina?
