Levi Johnston and Kathy Griffin back together again!

Griffin is going to film some reality TV with Levi while she is up here to perform her comedy act at the Atwood Concert Hall, on March 5 . Sources confirmed she arrived with her film crew just last night. I do not know if this is for her show ” My Life on the D-List ” or for some other reality show, but I do know that they are scouting locations in both Anchorage and Wasilla. Perhaps some of my Alaskan visitors can keep an eye out and let me know if they spot the couple in and around Anchorage or Wasilla. However if you do, please be respectful and don’t do anything to disrupt the filming. I particularly worry about Levi in Wasilla as I have heard that there are still some Palin-bots who are pissed at him. In fact I recently learned that whenever his mother Sherry goes to the store in Wasilla, which the terms of her house arrest allow to do, that various people will call and report her to her parole officer in an attempt to get her thrown back into jail. Can you believe these people? By the way, speaking of “these people”, apparently things in the Palin compound are not as super duper wonderful as Sarah has described it to the media. (Shocked? Yeah me too!) In fact apparently the brood is currently at least one Palin short. Yep, eldest daughter, and abstinence “after the fact” spokeswoman, Bristol has made a break for it and now has a place in Anchorage. At least one source reported that she purchased the place, but I am not sure if that is correct or whether she is simply renting a condo. If Bristol is going to school here in town this makes sense, though I do wonder who is watching Tripp during the day without Sarah’s entourage around to take up the slack. Levi is not living in town currently but I have little doubt he would drop everything and drive in to take care of his boy. And since we are on the subject of the Palin tribe in Anchorage, I have also heard a rumor that Track was staying in town around December/January and that he was seen by more than one person flashing large amounts of cash. Interesting no? Silly me I was not under the impression that a Private in the Army made that much scratch. It looks like Momma-bear is being quite generous with her wealth. Perhaps making sure her kids have enough money to resist any offers by the tabloids to tell a few unsavory tales?

Whitney Houston Humiliates Herself in Concert

Remember when Whitney Houston was an incredible singer with a slew of number-one hits? If were born after 1992, the answer is probably: Whitney who?!? The crooner is attempting a comeback this year, performing a number of concerts in Australia. Following a stop in Brisbane this week, however, the tour is off to a worse start than last week’s Tiger Woods’ press conference . Thousands of fans walked out in the middle of the show, after Houston humilated herself with the following version of “I Will Always Love You.” In between coughing fits and flat notes, a back up singer actually sung the high parts. Amazing. Depressing… Whitney Houston in Concert How does Andrew McManus, Whitney’s tour manager, defend his client, who has an entire European tour ahead of her this spring? By admitting she’s totally washed up, but trying really, really hard. “[She] is now up on stage, warts and all, presenting herself like an open book for the world to see,” McManus said. “If they expected to hear the Whitney of 20 years ago, go buy a CD. If they want to see a true professional artist give 100%, come along and enjoy the ride of an amazing talent, on stage, letting her heart and soul out.” She’s also letting a lot of phlegm out in the clip above. Houston should probably get that checked out.

Black Eyed Peas Turn Up The Energy In NYC With Ludacris, LMFAO

David Guetta joins BEP as a special guest during Madison Square Garden show. By Jayson Rodriguez Will.I.Am and Fergie perform at Madison Square Garden Wednesday Photo: Bryan Bedder/ Getty Images Earlier this month, Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.I.Am told MTV News the collective’s The E.N.D. world tour would deliver “things flying and the stage transforming.” Well, the Grammy-winning group’s show came through New York’s Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night (February 24), and the futuristic performance lived up to the hype. From the onset, when the four-person crew entered via platforms underneath the stage, to midway through the set when Will.I.Am freestyled rhymes based on text messages, the Peas put on a concert that was every bit as energetic as their pulsing tracks. As the booming bass of “Let’s Get It Started” drummed up, Apl.de.Ap was the first BEP member to pop up onstage. He was soon followed by Taboo and Fergie. A billowing cloud of smoke enshrouded the stage as Will.I.Am joined his mates, complete with a “Phantom of the Opera”-like mask. “Let’s get it started,” Fergie sang, as lights radiated from the stage into the crowd. “Let’s get it started in here.” The onetime Eazy-E prot

John Mayer Chokes Up Onstage Over Playboy Interview

‘In the quest to be clever, I completely forgot about the people that I love,’ Mayer tells Nashville crowd. By MTV News staff John Mayer Photo: Mat Szwajkos/ Getty Images Following the publication of inflammatory remarks in a recent Playboy interview , John Mayer unleashed a barrage of apologies on his Twitter account. But that wasn’t the end of it for the 32-year-old rocker. On Wednesday, at the Sommet Center in Nashville, Mayer interrupted his live set to apologize further and attempt to give insight into his previous way of thinking about fame and the media, according to video of the concert. “In the quest to be clever, I completely forgot about the people that I love and the people that love me,” he said. During the Playboy interview, Mayer uttered the N-word several times, spoke of his lack of attraction to black women and bragged about “why black people love me.” As his bandmates, some of whom are African-American, played backup music at Wednesday’s show, Mayer blamed both himself and the media for his ill-advised comments. “I went, as I have begun to do, into a wormhole of selfishness and greed and arrogance,” he said, “thinking that if I would just continue to be speedy and witty and pull together as many fast words and phrases as I could, I could be clever enough to buy myself another day without anybody pinning me down and saying, ‘You’re a creep.’ “I think it’s important that you know that everybody on this stage is here playing with me, not because they condone what I say in any given interview,” he continued. “They’re on this stage because they support [me] as a possible future grownup.” As the crowd roared its approval, Mayer seemed to fight off tears as he declared that the fallout from the interview had made him change his ways. “It’s just not worth being clever,” he said. “I just can’t. I quit the sound-bite game. I quit the media game. I’m out. I’m done. I just want to play my guitar to whoever is around.” What do you think about John Mayer’s apologies? Sound off in the comments!
