The iconic New York City venue shuttered in 2017 following a sale to AEG Presents and Brooklyn Sports and Entertainment. Now, after a comprehensive renovation, Jay-Z will inaugurate the venue with a “B-Sides” set, featuring older songs and deep cuts. I’ll be Hov’s first time performing at Webster Hall. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 19th, at 11 Am with an AmEx presale starting Thursday, April 18th, at 10 AM. The show is set for April 26th This is great news as Jay’s only other upcoming show at the moment was Woodstock 50.

Damn, I hope it’s not time to cancel Daniel Caesar . He has great music. Caesar went on Instagram Live to drunk rant to express his thoughts on Black people, celebrities and more. The rant kicked off with Caesar asking why black people were mean to social influencer YesJulz who was recently involved in a Twitter back and forth with fellow influencer and “ State Of The Culture ” co-host Scottie Beam and Karen Civil. Now the “Best Part” singer did say that anyone that disagrees with him “can stop listening to his music.” Caesar has some dope music so I don’t think he should be canceled. He even says although he doesn’t agree with Budden and Chappelle’s words, he’s not going to cancel him. Towards the end he says he wants Black people to win. Michael Jackson’s Family Suing HBO Over Child Molestation Claims

A new documentary about the alleged sex crimes Michael Jackson made its debut at the Sundance film festival last month. With a runtime of over four hours, Leaving Neverland was only screened once, but despite its small audience, the film quickly became the talk of the festival. Neverland is set to make its broadcast debut on HBO in March, and according to a new report from TMZ, Jackson’s family is doing everything in its power to prevent that from happening. According to court papers obtained by the site, the Jacksons — who have already compared the film to ” a public lynching ” — have filed a $100 million suit against the network. Such a move is not uncommon in cases where a piece of journalism threatens major damage to the reputation of a rich and powerful person — even when that person is no longer living. What’s unusual in this case is that the Jacksons may have a valid case. TMZ reports that the family’s attorneys are not disputing the claims made in the documentary. Rather, they’re arguing that HBO relinquished its right to disparage Jackson in any way when it reached an agreement with the singer nearly 27 years ago. Back in 1992, HBO aired a concert special entitled Michael Jackson Live in Concert in Bucharest: The Dangerous Tour. Jackson’s contract at the time required all major media partners to sign a very specific non-disparagement agreement. “HBO shall not make any disparaging remarks concerning Performer or any of his representatives, agents, or business practices or do any act that may harm or disparage or cause to lower in esteem the reputation or public image of performer,” reads a document reportedly signed by HBO execs. HBO’s lawyers will likely argue that the contract is voided by the fact that Jackson is dead and HBO is a radically different network now than it was in 1992. But no doubt the Jacksons have hired a legal dream team, and if there’s no expiration date on the contract, then they may succeed in burying Leaving Neverland — for now. Unfortunately for the Jackson estate, this is 2019 — an era with a virtually infinite number of media outlets. Which means the film is sure to find an audience one way or another. Kelly following the damning docuseries that publicly indicted him for his decades of *alleged* sexual abuse of women and girls. According to Stormy Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti, his office has possession of a never-before-seen sex tape depicting graphic intercourse between Robert and a 14-year-old girl. In response to press inquiries, attached is a stmt regarding our work on the R. Kelly matter since April, including the discovery of new critical video evidence establishing his guilt. Kelly to report the singers’ sexual abuse of minors. The new recording is said to be a 42-minute-and-45-second VHS tape that CLEARLY shows Robert engaging in multiple sex acts with the teen girl. CNN reported on the tape and confirms that they have seen it in its entirety, the following is a description of what they saw: The newly unearthed footage, which lasts 42 minutes and 45 seconds, is clear and explicit. There are two scenes on the video: one apparently in a living room and another in a bedroom. A naked man who appears to be R. Kelly is seen performing multiple sex acts with the girl. She is heard calling him “daddy” multiple times. Here’s the part that is most telling when it comes to evidence identifying the man in the tape as Robert Kelly: It is impossible to know her age just from the video. They both refer to her “14-year-old p***y.” Six times the girl refers to her genitalia as 14 years old. At one point, the man asks the girl to urinate. After she does, he urinates on her. This is precisely what is seen on the 2002 tape that was front-and-center during the trial where Kelly was acquitted of possessing child pornography. During that trial, a major part of identifying Kelly as the man in the tape was a mole that could be seen in the original sex tape. On the new video, there is said to be a mole to the left of the man’s spine… No word from Robert’s camp about this latest tape. God we hope this is the one that sends him to prison forever.
