According to a new report by TMZ the rapper’s attorney will not consider a plea deal. “A plea deal is simply off the table, even if the feds offer one” Lance Lazzaro told the gossip site. This announcement comes as a surprise to many as prosecutors have submitted several photos as evidence to the judge. Included are shots of the Brooklyn rapper, his former associate Kifano “Shotti” Jordan and automatic weapons that places them at armed robberies and shootings that took place earlier this year. According to the court documents police confiscated smartphones from Tekashi’s crew. Once inspected the devices synced up exactly with the GPS locations of the armed robbery on April 3 in Brooklyn. The backpack that is alleged to be stolen was found in Tekashi’s home during a raid in September. An AR-15 rifle was also retrieved from the search of the house. Lazzaro is standing firm about his client’s innocence as none of the footage or visuals show him pulling a trigger or receiving any pilfered goods. He added that 6ix9nine “was never part of a conspiracy, plain and simple. Nor did he ever participate in any incidents that the government has alleged.” You can view the photo evidence here . Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Chief Keef Reveals More Kids With More Women In Court Before today, Chief Keef was known to be the father of 5 children–but now, it looks like he’s actually got some more on the low….a lot more. According to court documents obtained by the people over at TMZ , Keef has 4 more children under the age of 5, and they all have different mothers who are all seeking child support. The reveal of these family additions happened while the rapper was in court, making his official kid count a whopping 9. A judge is now ordering that Chief Keef pay each woman $564 in child support per month, starting in January. As TMZ points out, the “I Don’t Like” rapper could practically fill his own daycare at this point following the reveal of these new children, because all 4 of the recently revealed kids are under the age of 5. Keef’s clan now includes 3-year-old Kamiah, 1-year-old Khalo, and 4-year-olds Khalil and Kirsten. Once again, all different mothers. Though $564 a month doesn’t seem like a whole lot for a rapper’s child support–even when multiplied by 4–this might mean that the Chicago native will have to cut back on some of his expenses. Chief claims he’s a self-employed musician making roughly $9k a month with $9k in expenses, but he’ll have to fit that child support in there somewhere.

BAPE) celebrated their 25th anniversary with the BAPE HEADS SHOW starring Kid Cudi , Wiz Khalifa , Big Sean and more. BAPE has a lengthy history of combining fashion and music with their very first BAPE HEADS SHOW going down in 1997. The brand created the concert series as a way to show love to their fans and the artists who support them. Over the years, everyone from Kanye West to N.E.R.D. has hit the BAPE stage. The show on Thursday, December 6 was the first show to be held in New York City and it was produced by LTB Entertainment Inc. and CM Media. Lil Yachty opened up the show and he definitely set the tone right with his high energy songs. Fans across the Hulu Theater were out of their seats, rocking to bops like “NBAYOUNGBOAT” and his infectious hit with DRAM “Broccoli.” Pusha T was next in line and he easily pushed through the seven track off his brief, yet undeniable album Daytona. “ Rap album of the year,” he repeated throughout his set. With a recent Best Rap Album Grammy nomination , you can’t call Push a liar. Once Push’s set was done, it was only right that he transitioned by bringing fellow GOOD Music artist Big Sean on the stage for the tracks “Mercy” and the “I Don’t Like” remix. From there, Pusha T left the stage and Big Sean breezed through hits like “Blessings” and “I Don’t Fu** With You.” In between songs, Sean talked about how BAPE helped jump-start his career by booking him for performances and he encouraged people to follow their dreams. After Sean’s inspirational words, it was all about the buzz and the party when Wiz Khalifa came out. Naturally, he encouraged his fans to light up throughout the show as he performed party tracks like “Gin & Drugs.” Then when it came to inspirational songs like “See You Again,” he encouraged his fans to sing along. “Ya sound good,” he said to the crowd as they swayed back and forth. The highlight of the night probably came from the show’s closer Kid Cudi . The 34-year-old hasn’t had an easy time in the spotlight, especially after revealing he suffered from depression back in 2016. But now, after finding joy through the sadness , Cudi was all smiles as he performed to adoring fans at MSG. This was evident when he closed out with the song “Reborn” from his collaborative album with Kanye West Kids See Ghosts. Cudi seemed to be a new man as he jumped into the crowd to sign posters and to show his fans love. All of this was the perfect way to celebrate BAPE’s 25th anniversary and the brand isn’t done celebrating. James Fields committed first-degree murder in addition to five counts of aggravated malicious wounding, three counts of malicious wounding, and one count of failing to stop at an accident involving a death. He’s gonna sit down for a LONG time. A nine-man seven-woman jury, which only comprised of one person of color, decided Field’s fate. His defense lawyers’ arguments on his behalf were pretty gross: Field’s defense lawyers, John Hill and Denise Lunsford and former Albemarle County commonwealth’s attorney, on the other hand, evoked a simple defense: the 21-year-old was acting out of self-defense. “You’re here to decide why this event took place,” Hill told the jury in his opening statement. “Was Mr. Fields in fear of serious bodily injury or death?” That’s right, they argued that HE, the killer, was in fear for his life. One package was addressed to Hilary Clinton in New York and the other was addressed to Barack Obama in Washington D.C. CNN reports : Neither Obama nor Clinton received the packages or were at risk of receiving them, the Secret Service said. They were discovered during “routine mail screening procedures as potential explosive devices and were appropriately handled as such.” The FBI said the package intended for Clinton was found in the vicinity of her residence in Chappaqua, New York, but offered no additional comment, citing the ongoing investigation. Representatives for the Clintons referred press inquiries to the Secret Service, and a spokeswoman for Obama did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Both packages were sent at the same time and are being investigated.
