The Supafest Music Festival hit Australia this weekend with performers such as Snoop Dogg, Fat Joe, Busta Rhymes, Bow Wow, Ciara, Nelly, Keri Hilson, T-Pain and more. The kickoff was yesterday in Sydney, Australia and was held at the ANZ stadium. The festival will tour other cities after leaving Sydney. This music festival is the largest urban music festival to hit Australia. The festival has four dates, and will also play in Perth, Brisbane, and Melbourne. Good thing Usher doesn’t need Britney Spears tour money to support his smoothie habit and make sure his kids are straight. Because, according to TMZ , Nicki Minaj beat him to those checks this year. Sources involved in the negotiation tell TMZ … the deal was signed several days ago, and Britney is elated. Everyone involved in the concert is relieved Enrique Iglasias’ ego couldn’t handle opening for Britney and feel Nicki will be infinitely better. Minaj, who is on tour with Lil Wayne until the end of the month, currently has two singles on the Billboard Top 100 — “Moment 4 Life” and “Did It On’em” Everyone connected with the concert series things Nicki will create even more heat for the tour, which kicks off on June 17 in Sacramento, CA. No wonder Nicki’s starting to smell herself these days.

The picketer, who was doling out “get out of hell free” cards, was a bigot with a big gut who seemed to get a kick out of cutting off Gaga mid-sentence: Gagavision – The Lady Confronts The Protester Despite spending hours of time lurking around her concert, the dude tried to act all unimpressed by the fact that he was talking to Lady Freaking Gaga. Trying to find common ground, rather than seem adversarial, Lady Gaga told the guy, “I’m listening. You know we really believe in God at my show.” “Well, your pervert ways don’t quite equate to what God is all about,” he replied. Asked to clarify, he eloquently said he meant “the homo stuff.” When Gaga tried to ask about his “hurtful” word choice, the guy did what any deep thinker would – cut her off before a conversation could begin. “You know the black book, the gold edges, the little ribbon?” he asked.
