Pot Meet Kettle: Struggle Bird Kenya Moore Goes In On Porsha For Hinting That Kordell Is A Downlow Brutha

Isn’t this the same chick who accused Walter of liking the man meat ? Kenya Slams Porsha For Questioning Kordell’s Sexuality Kenya is one to talk. At least Porsha was in a real relationship. According to Kenya’s Bravo TV Blog: I can only speak for myself and I can honestly say I am not surprised. Porsha and I have had our differences, but I never want to see anyone go through pain or hardship. Even though Porsha has never apologized to me for anything she has said or done to me, including laughing, often taunting me with the fact that I wasn’t married or that my ex didn’t propose to me and reveling in my struggle, I still reached out to her when I heard the news of her divorce and wished her well. With that said, I find it quite disturbing that Porsha and her family go on and on about the fact that Kordell may be gay. After all, she told the world she had a “picture perfect life” and married the “man of her dreams.” Cut to Porsha sitting with the attorney agreeing to take him back if he abided by a “list.” Well, a thinking person with a brain would ask the question that if the main problem was that he is possibly gay, why would you want him back? I don’t think Porsha is telling the whole truth. That’s always been my opinion of her and it remains the same after listening to her recall the “facts” about their marriage. Now… twirl, twirl, twirl. In White Folks News: Piff Puffin’ Miley Cyrus’ Smoking Controversy Being Investigated By Dutch Police

Miley smoking a joint on stage was an attention slorin’ move, but is it worthy of a police investigation? Miley Cyrus’ Smoking Controversy Being Investigated Taxpayer dollars hard at work. According Agence France-Presse: Dutch authorities have launched an investigation into whether a smoking ban was violated after US pop star Miley Cyrus lit up what appeared to be a joint on stage during the MTV music awards in Amsterdam. “We received complaints about smoking which was also seen on television. We have to investigate,” Tjitte Mastenbroek of the National Food and Consumer Authority (NVWA) told AFP on Tuesday. “We will shortly be meeting the Ziggo Dome’s management to check what exactly happened there,” he said, referring to the venue. Publicity-seeking Cyrus, 20, lit up what appeared to be a sticky icky cigarette on stage during Sunday night’s MTV European Music Awards live show at the Ziggo Dome after accepting the Best Video award for her hit single “Wrecking Ball.” Cyrus took what seemed to be a half-smoked joint out of her Chanel bag and lit it up inside the venue which can hold up to 17,000 people. The incident was cut by MTV when it rebroadcast the show in the United States, preferring to show a wide-angle crowd shot. Although sticky icky is technically still illegal in the Netherlands, the country in 1976 decriminalised possession of less than five grammes (around a sixth of an ounce). Mastenbroek said the consumer watchdog was investigating why Cyrus lit up in a smoke-free area. “There is a smoking ban in public places in the Netherlands. Employees have the right to a smoke-free environment and this includes camera and sound personnel,” he said. “After meeting the Ziggo Dome’s management we will decide whether possible steps will be taken,” Mastenbroek added. Ziggo Dome spokesman Danni Damman said the venue had a strict non-smoking policy and security personnel would ask any smoker not in a designated area to put out a cigarette at once. Cyrus’ lighting up “caught us by surprise. It’s not easy to interfere in a moment like that,” he told AFP. He said the venue had not yet received word from the NVWA. “Once they have contacted us we’ll be able to say more,” he said. The MTV Europe Awards are held each year in a different European city and will be hosted next year in Glasgow, Scotland. Aw Nawl, Hell Nawl! New Report Shows Airlines Made $27 Billion Off Of Consumer Travel Fees In 2012

All of a sudden, the bus isn’t looking so bad…. Report Shows Airlines Made $27 Billion In Customer Fees In 2012 Ever wonder just how much money the airline industry is banking from robbing customers with sky-high baggage, food, booking and other fees? Bet you would have never guessed that the total was $27 billion…. via NBC News From paying for checked luggage and early boarding to extra legroom and on-board snacks, travelers know flying these days means never closing your wallet. Now, there’s more proof. Carriers around the world collected more than $27 billion last year in fees and other non-fare revenue, which has become “a crucial component of airline income,” a new report finds. The figure represents a 20 percent jump over 2011. “Every year, key numbers are getting larger. The most aggressive airlines easily generate more than 20 percent of their revenue from a la carte fees,” according to the report by IdeaWorks. The study was sponsored by CarTrawler, an Irish company that provides online car rental distribution systems. “Once largely limited to low fare airlines, ancillary revenue has now become a financial necessity for airlines all over the globe.” United Airlines was tops among carriers in the total amount of non-fare revenue collected last year, followed by Delta, American and Southwest, the study found. Ultra-low cost carrier Spirit Airlines collected the most as a percentage of its total income, with fees and other extras making up 38.5 percent of its revenue pie. The report analyzed financial information from 53 airlines that disclose their ancillary revenue, which includes the much-hated fees for services such as checked bags, priority check-in and assigned seats. “This is $27 billion of deception,” said Charlie Leocha, director of the Consumer Travel Alliance, adding all those extra charges are making it harder for fliers to know and compare the true cost of tickets at the time of booking. We already knew these airlines were getting away with murder in terms of how much they charge passengers in fees, but $27 BILLION?!? C’mon son. Shutterstock Continue reading

Sharknado 2 Trailer: Sort of Released!

A Sharknado sequel is clearly on the way, possibly as soon as next month, considering the epic reaction on Twitter last night… … and how quickly Tara Reid would sign up for more work. But even before an official deal or title is in place, the good folks responsible for such Tawainese animation as this re-enactment of the Tiger Woods scandal and Lil Wayne’s near-death experience have compiled their own trailer for a Sharknado sequel. They call it Sharkphoon. Watch now: Sharknado Sequel Trailer Sharkphoon . It’s not bad. But we can do better, THGers! How about… Sharkeezus : Kanye West shows what a god he really is by unleashing a second, more deadly wave of sea creatures upon haters. Sharknader : Consumer advocate and green party candidate Ralph Nader immediately blames the original Sharknado on global warming even though it had nothing to do with the plot. Sharknado 2: Lil Sharks : A second generation of rebellious, angst-ridden, cocky sharks wreak havoc on Calabasas, California. PSYclone : ” Gangnam Style ” and “Gentleman” rapper PSY leads a stylish, yet cheesy uprising against the finned invaders. F Yo Lawsuit: Skateboard P Counter Sues Futuristic Space Ninja Will.I.Am For Fugazi Trademake Infringement Claims

Do unto others as they would do unto you… Pharrell Is Counter Suing Will.I.Am For Copyright Infringement Claims According to TMZ reports : Will.i.am … Will.iam … Pharrell doesn’t like that Will.i.am … and now he’s suing the Black Eyed Peas rapper in what’s becoming a pretty nasty trademark war … which now involves Dr. Seuss, TMZ has learned. Pharrell — who’s featured on TWO mega-hits right now (“Get Lucky” & “Blurred Lines”) — recently launched a YouTube channel called I Am Other … and he’s pissed that Will.i.am is trying to block him from using the name. Why? According to Pharrell, Will has already sent him a cease and desist letter informing P that he owns the rights to all things with an “I Am” element … and warned Pharrell to back down or else. Pharrell didn’t run scared … he ran to court … and SUED Will — in an effort to stop Will from stopping him. In the suit, filed in federal court in NY and obtained by TMZ, Pharrell argues that they are each using “I Am” in completely different ways. Pharrell says Will is using the “I Am” is a Seussian way — as a playfull riff on his own name — and to hammer home his point, he quotes from Green Eggs and Ham: “Sam I am I am Sam I am Sam Sam I am” Pharrell continues in his suit, “In contrast, the I Am Other mark means ‘I am something else,’ leaving what that ‘else’ is to the imagination of the consumer. It certainly does not mean ‘I am Will.’” Sounds like ol’ Willie Will is in for a fight that he probably won’t win. Couldn’t these two just have easily talked this out?
