Kredit Kard Katastrophe: Kardashians Sued for $75 Million

The Kardashians have kause for koncern. Five weeks after they took their debit card off the market because it was associated with dangerously high fees, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kris have been sued by The Revenue Resource Group, LLC. For $75 million . The company claims these sisters breached their contract when they pulled out of the aforementioned deal. It’s the biggest pulling out scandal Kim has been involved in since November 2007 . Following an announcement by the Attorney General of Connecticut, who said he’d consider an investigation into the MasterCard-approved debit card, the siblings dropped out of their deal. But Revenue Resource Group says they signed a two-year contract and their public bashing of the product has affected the company’s bottom line. RRG is seeking $75 million in damages. Perhaps this will teach the family a lesson about attaching their name to any product that comes calling. But, somehow, we doubt it will.

Justin Bieber relies on support of Usher

Justin Bieber calls Usher “all the time”. The 16-year-old pop sensation is grateful for the support of his superstar mentor and knows he can always rely on the ‘OMG’ hitmaker for advice. He said: “I call him all the time. I ask for advice. We hang out. He’s probably the closest person to me in the music business.” Among the topics likely to be discussed by the singers is dating, as the teenage star admits he loves the attention he receives from women. He said in an interview on ‘The Early Show’: “It’s great, you know. I’m 16 and I love girls.” Usher stepped in to help rise Justin to fame when he was discovered on video sharing website YouTube by his now-manager Scooter Braun. Recalling his sudden stardom, Justin said: “I just started posting videos online and then it just got to the point where they wanted to move me out to Atlanta and start recording songs.” However, it’s not always all glamorous for the ‘Baby’ singer, who confessed earlier this month that he had to miss some important phone calls after his mum cancelled his contract after an argument. He said at the time: “We got into an argument about something stupid, and she was like, ‘Give me the phone’ and I was like, ‘No’, so she just went and cancelled it.” “If Usher wants to get in touch with me? Then it’s tough.”

JWoww Nude Photos on the Loose?

Looks like JWoww’s legal fight with her ex is about more than money. The Jersey Shore star is concerned about “derogatory” photos in his possession … pics that leave little to the imagination. We mean nude photos, people. Don’t ask us how pictures of JWoww nude can be derogatory. Look at standard, run-of-the-mill JWoww pictures like these. What you see is what you get: We’d hate for photos to destroy JWoww’s pristine image . Here’s the deal. Before Jenni’s ex-boyfriend/former business manager Thomas Lippolis sued her for allegedly stiffing him on deals, her lawyer sent the guy a letter explaining a “final payment” for his services was in the works. The document could be proof that Lippolis needs to get the $350,000 he demands from the Jersey Shore star as commission on deals he says he got for her. But in the letter, the lawyer added, “It has come to [Jwoww’s] attention that you may be in possession of certain photos of her that may be derogatory to her image.” Not only that, “in violation of her contract with MTV.” Sources connected to the former couple say the photos in question contain some very nude images of the reality star, who’s negotiating for a new season now. JWoww’s attorney demanded the return of the pics ASAP, but nothing has been exchanged thus far. Stay tuned, this could get even uglier … and nakeder.

Ricky Gervais Bids Steve Carell Adieu from The Office

While NBC hasn’t confirmed that Steve Carell plans to make the next season of The Office his last at Dunder-Mifflin, executive producer Ricky Gervais has wasted no time in offering up his farewell. Said Gervais: “It was expected of me, as executive producer, to persuade him to stay on. With syndication in full swing the more successful the show remains, the more billions we all make. It was tempting, but the truth is, I believe he is doing the right thing. He’s fulfilled his contract and more, and is a huge film star now I’d be lying if I said he should do more. He shouldn’t. He should move on, continue to do great work, and buy a new house every time The Office is repeated somewhere.” That sound you heard was Angela Bromstad throwing her morning latte at the wall. Steve Carell Leaving ‘The Office’

‘I just think it’s time,’ he says of his exit after next season. By Katie Byrne Steve Carrell Photo: Getty Images Steve Carell has confirmed that he is leaving NBC’s “The Office” after next season. “I just think it’s time,” he told E! News on the red carpet for “Despicable Me,” the upcoming animated movie he provides a voice for. “I want to fulfill my contract. When I first signed on, I had a contract for seven seasons, and this coming year is my seventh. I just thought it was time for my character to go.” Fans might disagree, but Carell seems to think the show can go on without his clueless boss, Michael Scott. “It doesn’t certainly mean the end of the show,” he said. “I think it’s just a dynamic change to the show, which could be a good thing, actually. Add some new life and some new energy. … I see it as a positive in general for the show.” While Carell was a “Daily Show” correspondent and Will Ferrell’s weatherman sidekick in “Anchorman” prior to the 2005 premiere of the American “Office,” the ad-lib-heavy comedy made him a household name. His breakout movie role in “The 40-Year-Old Virgin” soon followed, and he’s had a string of big-screen work since, from “Little Miss Sunshine” to the upcoming “Dinner for Schmucks” with Paul Rudd . With his exit announcement, Carell expects things to be business as usual for the rest of the gang over at Dunder Mifflin. “I didn’t see it as a huge thing, and I certainly didn’t anticipate any sort of hubbub over it,” he said. “I’m just not going to extend my contract, but I didn’t see it as a huge deal. And the show is great, and the ensemble is so strong, and the writers are great, so it’s just one part of that ensemble drifting off. They’ve incorporated so many new characters and so many new, great story lines that I have no doubt it’ll continue as strong if not stronger than ever.” What do you think of Steve Carell’s exit from “The Office”? Let us know in the comments.
