But now that she's currently in the middle of both a criminal case and a custody case stemming from her alleged assault of Andrew Glennon in July, even more things are coming out about her. The Incident So just in case you forgot, Amber was arrested on the morning of July 5th after assaulting boyfriend Andrew Glennon and allegedly chasing him with a machete while he was holding their son, James. 5. Naturally According to Andrew’s story, she was upset because they weren’t able to go see fireworks the day before, and she’d been raging for hours about it. 6. Yikes She beat him with a shoe, which she admitted to doing, and police have photos of bruises and scratches from that, and he even claimed that she attempted suicide by taking a handful of pills that she later threw up after he threatened to call the police. Source: Delaware Police Dept. / Mugshot Daycare Worker Arrested For Suffocating 4-Month-Old Baby Tragedy has struck a family in Delaware after a Daycare worker was seen allegedly suffocating a child to death on video. 19-year-old Dejoynay Ferguson “placed her hands over the victim’s mouth and nose and intentionally restricted her breathing until she became unresponsive,” Delaware State Police said in a statement Friday. According to Delaware Online , the death occurred at about 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning and there is a surveillance video of the incident. While wearing latex gloves, Ferguson picks up the 4-month-old child by the front of her shirt and place the baby on a changing table, according to court documents. The young woman could then be seen putting her hands on the child’s face for more than three minutes. After she removed her hands, the child was “unresponsive and motionless”. She then took the child and placed her in a crib, police said. 20 minutes after the child became unresponsive, a call to police was made by the daycare owner. Initially, the worker told police that she “grabbed” the child because they became fussy, which was not seen on the video. Dejoynay Ferguson was charged with first-degree murder this week.

On Friday, prosecutors outlined their sentencing recommendations in documents filed in the United States District Court of Massachusetts. This comes months after the actress admitted to paying $15,000 to a college counselor to inflate her daughter’s SAT scores. According to the sentencing memo, prosecutors are shooting for the 56-year-old to serve one month in jail, followed by 12 months of supervised release and a $20,000 fine. They are arguing for jail time while emphasizing that Huffman being confined to her large Hollywood Hills home wouldn’t be too much of a punishment. The former Desperate Housewives star who was previously facing up to four months in jail before pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud earlier this year. In response to prosecutors’ sentencing recommendations, Huffman’s legal team requested one year of probation, 250 hours of community service, and a $20,000 fine. The actress asked for leniency in a letter submitted to the court. Felicity Huffman: “When my daughter looked at me and asked with tears streaming down her face, 'Why didn't you believe in me? Why didn't you think I could do it on my own?' I had no adequate answer for her. I could only say, 'I am sorry. Everybody's watching this segment of The View , and for once, it's not because of something dumb that Meghan McCain said. Wendy Williams showed up to speak about her history of substance abuse and, most significantly, about her ex-husband, Kevin Hunter. She explains that there was only one reason for their split, and it wasn't his infidelity — not exactly. After welcoming Wendy to the table, Sunny Hostin goes over how Wendy filed for divorce in April after nearly 22 years of marriage to Kevin Hunter. Wendy reminds her that she and Kevin were together for 25 years. “Because of his infidelity,” she explains of Wendy's break-up. Wendy has to correct her. “Infidelity is one thing,” Wendy clarifies. “A full baby is a whole other topic.” Joy Behar chimes in: “A baby did it.” “A baby!” Wendy emphasizes. “I'm not changing Pampers. I want to be pampered!” That's a very good line that clearly Wendy said to a friend at some point and has latched onto. Joy points out that surely Wendy would never be asked to change the diapers. This results in a very awkward exchange in which Wendy explains to Joy, a comedian, that it's a joke. “If I don't laugh,” Wendy states. “Then I'll cry.” “I learned from my mother how to make lemons into lemonade,” Wendy states. “What am I supposed to do?” Wendy asks rhetorically. “Stay in the house and cry all day?” Don't judge how I spend my Saturdays, Wendy! (that, too, is a joke) Sonny then congratulates Wendy on her resolution to never speak ill of Kevin in public. “I save that for when I get back to my bachelorette pad,” Wendy half-jokes. Sonny points out that having parents constantly speaking ill of each other can be bad for the children. (Not always! Each divorce is unique, and sometimes one parent or the other is a true monster, and the kids need that affirmed by the good parent) Wendy explains that, while her young adult son Kevin Jr. is a consideration, there's more to it than that. “It's not just about young Kevin,” Wendy explains. “It's about, you know, Kevin's not a bad man — Big Kev.” “But you can't just throw away 25 years and start talking recklessly about the other person,” she reasons. “Otherwise,” Wendy asks. “What does that say about me?” Wendy reveals that the decision to divorce her cheating, lovechild-fathering husband came easily. She didn't have a huge internal debate. She also did not consider marriage counseling to somehow “fix” things. “You do this? Get out!” Wendy expresses as her attitude after Kevin impregnated his mistress. That is a very understandable position to take. No therapist can somehow counter the existence of an extramarital baby. The audience clearly agrees and showers Wendy with applause. Now, notably, Wendy also addresses how she had battled with substance addiction. She says that she was only ever addicted to one substance, and that was cocaine. Wendy also clarifies that this was not recent — that her addiction took place 25 years ago, and that she cleaned up her act when she met Kevin. She claims that her stay at the sober house was more of a break from being in contact with people as she planned her next move. That's … not really what sober houses are for, right?
It’s been barely over a month since Tyler Cameron was spotted on a date with Gigi Hadid , but reports claim that they’re already falling in love . Yolanda Foster’s mother, Ans van den Herik, passed away last month following a very lengthy battle with cancer. That of course makes her Gigi Hadid’s beloved grandmother. Gigi referred to her as Oma. She was heartbroken by her beloved grandmother’s passing. Along with Bella, Anwar, and their mother, she attended the funeral in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. It was a somber event, but it’s good to be surrounded by family and other loved ones as you grieve. Yolanda brought her plus one, Joseph Jingoli. Anwar was also accompanied by his girlfriend, singer Dua Lipa. Though they have only been dating for a matter of weeks, Gigi brought along hunky boyfriend Tyler Cameron. The The Bachelorette alum looked dashing in his black suit as he came to pay his respects to a woman who meant so much to Gigi. He remained by Gigi’s side throughout, giving her emotional support as she said her goodbyes by her grandmother’s casket. Gigi shared the news of her grandmother’s passing on Instagram. “OUR QUEEN ANGEL fought cancer six times in her life with courage, strength, and grace,” Gigi affirmed. She noted that her Oma did so “while being the greatest mother and grandmother.” “She is an honorable guide we will carry with us forever,” Gigi praised. Not everyone is lucky enough to have a close relationship with a grandparent. Those of us lucky enough to have it treasure those memories, always. “We love you more than words,” Gigi’s beautiful Instagram tribute continued. She praised her grandmother as “our beautiful wonderful Oma.” “OMA FOREVER,” Gigi wrote on another post. It’s important to remember that someone’s passing doesn’t mean that you cannot cherish their memory for all time. In another post, Gigi simply wrote: “Rest in Paradise.” Attending a funeral is a big deal. is there a chance that Tyler and Gigi are already way more serious than people realize. People can be divided about funeral invitations and plus ones. Some of us would never in our lives invite someone to attend a funeral with us unless they were a spouse or at least engaged. Most people consider funerals for close friends and for family, not for someone you happen to be dating. However, this doesn’t mean that Gigi and Tyler are rushing into things. Gigi may have asked Tyler along — or he may have volunteered — purely for emotional support. Funerals are complicated. During the viewing beforehand, people sometimes laugh and tell jokes. That happens almost any time save the burial itself. Funerals are for the living, and the living sometimes need a comforting presence who is just there for their sake. Good for Tyler for being there for Gigi when she needed him most. Maybe it’s for the best that Tyler will not be the next Bachelor . Yes, even if it makes Bachelor Nation folks sad.
