Colin Kaepernick is changing the game once again. His ambassador role at Nike has proven to be a wise move for the sporting goods giant. As spotted on Hypebeast the former NFL quarterback’s Nike campaign won an Emmy award for “Outstanding Commercial” at the 2019 Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Titled “Dream Crazy” the advertisement featured the Milwaukee native voicing the aspirations of different athletes throughout various sports including a young legless Olympic wrestler and female wheelchair basketball player. Kaep even pointed to his own personal story with “Believe in something, even if it means sacrificing everything” included in the voiceover. Even though many Americans took offense to his inclusion, the powerful two-minute clip resonated with millions across the world due to its potent message about chasing your goals regardless if you are outnumbered by your naysayers. “Dream Crazy” was apart of Nike’s 30th anniversary of their iconic “Just Do It” signature motto. According to a most recent report, the rapper and husband of Cardi B is said to owe $210,000 on a 2017 tax bill. The Blast reports : According to documents obtained by The Blast, the Georgia Department of Revenue claims Offset (real name: Kiari Cephus) owes $210,228.91 in back taxes. A state tax lien was filed against Offset over the 2017 debt. The original amount owed on the bill was $146,845.83. The amount grew with interest ($15,645.42), penalties ($18,318.49) and collection costs ($29,369.17). The address listed on the lien goes back to one of the properties he bought with his wife, Cardi B. The lien warns Offset if the debt isn’t paid quickly, they will begin seizing his assets. The worst kept secret on television was confirmed as official news on ABC last night. It’s tragically true, Mike Johnson fans and supporters: Peter Weber will be the next The Bachelor. This long-awaited announcement was made on the Tuesday night season finale of Bachelor in Paradise. “It’s still hitting me right now, and I feel so grateful right now just to have this opportunity in front of me,” Weber told Chris Harrison at the end of the reunion special. He added: “I feel emotional right now. This is crazy. This is life-changing. I have truly, my entire life, looked forward to finding my girl, and that first person that I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with… “I have all the faith in the world that this can work for me, and I know it’s going to.” Weber, of course, advanced to the final three on Hannah Brown’s most recent season of The Bachelorette. He became well-known and very respected for having slept with the former beauty queen a show record four times while they stayed overnight in a windmill . He seems perfectly nice and harmless and, yes, white… so it’s no real surprise that executives chose Weber. Thanks to a bunch of recent The Bachelor spoilers , we all saw this confirmation coming weeks ago, too. Asked what he learned from his relationship with Brown, the pilot replied on air: “From night one with that first toast to the very end when I said goodbye to her, she was 100 percent unapologetically herself, and I love that. And that’s something that I definitely want to carry forward with my journey now.” Sounds like he’s gone to ABC Cliche School and graduated with honors, huh? Other frontrunners for the job were Brown’s former suitors Mike Johnson and Tyler Cameron, plus Bachelor in Paradise favorite Derek Peth. The RHOA star and Marc Daly sat down with the talk show host for a segment centered around IVF. Tamron, 49, recently welcomed her first child, her son Miles via IVF, so she invited celebs who also had similar journeys. Kenya and Marc sat down with Tamron to discuss their journey to welcome their daughter Brooklyn Daly back in November 2018. Marc told Tamron that while he didn’t inject Kenya with IVF needles while they were trying to conceive, he was there for moral support. “Just being there, being supportive, being hopeful, being positive. Just being behind her is what it is all about,” said Marc. “I hate needles, so I didn’t do that.” Tamron and Kenya bonded over their IVF stories and Tamron revealed that a friend of hers drove hours to inject her. According to MetroUK Sonya Wadsworth called Varun Ditta a “Paki” at a dollar store in Wythenshawe, Manchester while screaming “Haha you can’t do anything to me. My dog will bite you, p**i. Go home,” and “what are you doing here? Go back to your own country.” The woman tried to argue that the dog was “acting in self-defense”, but Ditta believes she taught the dog to do her harm. ‘She had a dog which was tied to a pole outside the shop and she unleashed it. The dog was definitely trained and she was holding the lead of the dog and using it as a weapon. ‘This was a dangerous dog and it was making me and Max feel that it was about to attack. Sonya was laughing and encouraging the dog to bite me. ‘I think the dog was trained and letting it go and then pulling it back by the lead then letting it go again meant “go and bite him”.’ Let Sonya tell it, none of that is true. ‘I got my dog from outside and it was getting increasingly defensive. I mean, he’s just seen his mummy assaulted but Max picked up a washing basket and raised it above his head and they booted my dog hard twice. ‘I didn’t use racist language at all. I never would and I did not tell my dog to attack on command. The dog was using self-defense. I’m a diplomatic person. Very politically correct. Very polite. Very intelligent. They are all liars.
