As much as I love seeing Brooklyn Decker’s big breasts hanging out in a bikini, I doubt I’m the only one, I also like to see them get all dressed up sometime and head out to a fancy party. Here they are at the Academy of Country Music Awards last night looking pretty awesome all stuffed into that tight dress of hers. I don’t normally like dresses that don’t have any cleavage falling out, but this thing is so tight I don’t really need it. The 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards was officially ladies’ night, with Miranda Lambert, Taylor Swift and others taking home the top honors. Lady Antebellum – the co-ed trio Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood – clocked in the most wins, but the evening’s highest honor went to Swift. The singer was crowned entertainer of the year. “I’m just losing my mind,” Swift told the audience after her big win. “The fact that this is from the fans makes its so beautiful.” Lambert, meanwhile, snagged honors for favorite female vocalist, record of the year, video of the year and song of the year for “The House that Built Me.” Lady Antebellum won big, like they did at this year’s Grammy Awards, for their smash single “Need You Now,” scoring album of the year and top vocal group. Hosts Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton, soon-to-be husband of Lambert, kicked off the ceremony with a few words of wisdom. For starters, don’t mess with Swift. “If you make her mad, she’ll write a song about you,” McEntire said. The show included a performance by Rihanna and Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles, plus A-list presenters such as Gossip Girl ‘s Chace Crawford, Celine Dion, and Water for Elephants co-stars Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon. The steamy clip, which features Rihanna caressing a male model in bed, will be endorsed by skincare brand Nivea, who recently hired her as its spokeswoman. Teen Mom stars Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley involved in an altercation that resulted in the cops being called? We can’t imagine a bigger surprise. Sure enough, the troubled mother of Leah called the police and filed a complaint against Gary Shirley, the father of their daughter, yesterday afternoon. The MTV star told police that Gary was harassing her with phone calls and that Gary’s girlfriend Ashley was heard on the phone in the background. TEEN MOM DRAMA : This is an old screen shot. But probably an accurate account of yesterday’s scuffle as well. At least it wouldn’t surprise us. You? Lieutenant Jerry Miller confirmed that police were called Thursday at 5:19 pm. “[ Amber Portwood ] is saying that Gary was harassing her with phone calls and Ashley could be heard in the background,” he said. “A report was taken.” The police incident report says Amber requested cops go check on Gary after they made contact with her, in violation of the No Contact Order in place. Ashley tells Radar Online that it’s all blown out of proportion. “It wasn’t me and I wasn’t even with Gary last night,” Ashley insists. “I haven’t seen him since Sunday. I was out with some girlfriends last night.” “Amber’s the one who’s been harassing me and had (a relative) call me ten times this morning threatening me. I plan on going to file on Amber.” “She’s just looking for attention and wants people to think she’s a victim.” One source reports that Amber says she has been repeatedly harassed and has 28 messages and missed calls from “Gary’s friend” Ashley. “Amber believes Ashley keeps pranking her because she wants to be with Gary,” the source said of the troubled couple. Gorgeous Dancing With the Stars pro-turned country singer Julianne Hough sheds some clothes in the video for her latest single, “Is That So Wrong.” But don’t go clamoring for the music video of Julianne playfully romping around her apartment wearing next to nothing and dancing seductively yet. According to reports – and the singer herself – CMT deemed it too racy! At a recent live show, Julianne Hough said, “This next song – funny story – I shot a music video for it, and apparently Country Music Television banned it. I was taking off too many clothes as I was dancing across my bedroom.” Gulp . CMT denies any ban and says it isn’t playing “Is That So Wrong” because of contract negotiations with Hough and other artists. CMT and parent company MTV are currently in talks with VEVO, which distributes all videos from Hough’s label. As such, don’t look for it on CMT. She’ll play washed-up singer Kelly Canter in the upcoming “Country Strong” and gave a much-discussed live performance at the Country Music Awards last month. So might she be ready to go the way of other actress/singers and record a proper album? MTV News recently caught up with Gwyneth and asked her about that possibility as she promoted her December 22 flick. “I think if I was going to make a country record, it would be like a super-bare, kind of stripped-back kind of country,” Paltrow explained. “Like a little bit of bluegrass-influenced kind of thing.” But Paltrow said that she wouldn’t necessarily limit herself to one genre, saying she also loved singing Cee Lo’s “Forget You” on “Glee.” “I also love singing ’40s standards and stuff like that,” she added. Still, Paltrow said fans shouldn’t look for her to rap on an album after we suggested she might let Jay-Z produce her LP. The Oscar winner said she’d leave that lane to a worthy female MC. “She just has it,” Paltrow said of Nicki Minaj, MTV News’ #5 Woman of the Year . “There’s no need for another. It’s all about Nicki in my life.” Whether she decides to get in the studio remains to be seen, but Paltrow has been getting great feedback. The “Country Strong” star told us she’d heard through the grapevine that Cee Lo had enjoyed her “Glee” cover. “I have heard from Cee Lo through other people,” Paltrow said. “He was incredibly sweet about it.
