Terence Crutcher, a 40-year old Oklahoma resident, was shot and killed by police officers in Tulsa on Friday. The tragic incident is now creating headlines around the country because dashboard footage has been released to the public that appears to depict an unarmed Crutcher with his arms in the air, just prior to losing his life. We’ve shared the graphic video below: Terence Crutcher: Shot and Killed by Police The encounter took place around 7:40 p.m. on September 16 after four officers responded to reports of an abandoned vehicle on a road. As you can see above, the cops converge on Crutcher quickly, walking him toward the car in question. He’s wearing a white t-shirt and his hands are in the air. He is then Tasered by one officer (later identified as Tyler Turnbough) and fatally shot by Betty Shelby, the Tulsa Police Department has confirmed. The view from both a dashboard camera and a helicopter camera is obstructed in the moments before those actions. But you can see Crutcher fall to the ground at one point. Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan said at a news conference Monday that Crutcher was unarmed; he did not have a weapon in his vehicle, either. Shane Tuell, a police spokesman, said Officer Shelby gave a statement to homicide detectives on Monday morning and is now on paid administrative leave. “I’m going to tell you right now that there was no gun on the suspect or in the suspect’s vehicle,” Jordan told reporters, adding: “I want to assure our community and I want to assure all of you and people across the nation who are going to be looking at this: we will achieve justice.” As part of their own press conference, Crutcher’s family and attorney said they have seen this video and cannot comprehend the justification for shooting their relative. “We ask for facts, we ask for answers, and we clearly got it through the video and we are devastated,” said Crutcher’s twin sister, Tiffany Crutcher. “The entire family is devastated.” In an interview, Officer Shelby’s lawyer, Scott Wood, said his client had believed that Crutcher had a gun. Wood added that Crutcher was acting erratically and refusing to comply with several officer orders, attempting to put his hand in his pocket and reaching inside his car window before he was shot. However, a second video (filmed from a helicopter) has also emerged. Terence Crutcher Helicopter Video: What Happened? It depicts the same scene as the dashboard camera above and you can hear an officer in this video saying of Crutcher: “He’s got his hands up there for her now. This guy is still walking and following commands.” Responds another officer, speculating that the man below is about to be Tasered: “That looks like a bad dude, too.” Incidents of white police officers shooting and killing African-American citizens have been prevalent for several months now. That big bad dude loved God.”

It’s clear she’s a great mother to both of her kids. There’s even reports they like Murray, too. It’s kind of a win-win situation. It’s great that things are going great from them and that wedding bells are ringing. Josh has been one of the more popular contestants on the franchise in recent years, so there’s a good chance that the two of them could get their own spin-off. Florida Woman Asked Hitman To Kill Ex-Husband Or Sell Him Into Sex Slavery Florida , the state that never ceases to amaze us… Via NYDailyNews A 34-year-old Florida woman charged with offering $5,000 to kill her ex-husband asked if he could be “made into a sex slave” instead, police said. Rachael Natalie Leahy was arrested Thursday at her final meeting with an undercover detective at a Bradenton intersection after paying half the fee and exploring options in prior sessions, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by the Bradenton Herald. Sheriff’s Deputies in Manatee County, which is across Tampa Bay from St. Petersburg, said Leahy wanted to get custody of the three children she shares with her ex. Investigators said they contacted her after receiving a tip that she wanted him dead. On Aug. 29, she told the undercover officer, whom she thought was a hitman, that one possible approach would be to have him kidnapped, taken to another country and forced in sex slavery, according to the affidavit. Donald Glover’s Atlanta Is The Most-Watched Original Comedy Series Premiere Donald Glover’s new comedy ‘Atlanta’ is a certified hit for FX according to the latest press release from the network: Atlanta, the acclaimed new comedy series created by and starring Donald Glover, scored the best audience of any basic cable primetime scripted comedy in over three years in the key 18-49 demographic. On a Live+3 basis, the total audience delivery for the series premiere telecast and encore airings was 3 million Total Viewers and 1.9 million Adults 18-49. The premiere telecast (Tuesday, September 6, 2016; 10PM-10:35PM) was basic cable’s most-watched scripted primetime comedy debut in Adults 18-49 (1.2 million) since the April 2013 series premiere of Inside Amy Schumer (Comedy Central). In Total Viewers, Atlanta was basic cable’s second most-watched scripted primetime comedy series premiere in the last two years (1.8 million), behind only Wrecked (TBS) earlier this year. The premiere telecast was followed immediately by the second episode, which held 90% of Total Viewers (1.6 million) and 92% of Adults 18-49 (1.1 million). Among FX Networks series, Atlanta is FX’s most-watched original comedy series premiere in both Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers since Wilfred’s premiere in June 2011. Drake purchased the larger property, a seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom sprawling mansion, back in 2012 for $7.7 million. But he must have decided that scooping up the house next door was a wise business decision — or he needed a massive new guesthouse (with its own guesthouse, naturally) — because last June, he spent $2.85 million to own it. Broncos Linebacker Brandon Marshall Loses Credit Union Endorsement Over Anthem Protest According to a report in SportsIllustrated , Brandon Marshall ‘s Kaepernick-esque protest of the National Anthem will cost him on of his endorsements… Broncos linebacker Brandon Marshall has lost his endorsement deal with Air Academy Federal Credit Union after kneeling during the national anthem on Thursday night before a win over the Panthers. The Colorado-based credit union serves active and retired members of the United States military. “Although we have enjoyed Brandon Marshall as our spokesperson over the past five months, Air Academy Federal Credit Union (AAFCU) has ended our partnership,” president and CEP Glenn Strebe said in a statement. “AAFCU is a membership-based organization who has proudly served the military community for over 60 years. While we respect Brandon’s right of expression, his actions are not a representation of our organization and membership. We wish Brandon well on his future endeavors.” After the game Marshall explained to the DenverPost exactly what his kneeling was meant to signify: “I’m not against the military. I’m not against the police or America. I’m just against social injustice,” Marshall said after the game. “I’m proud of it. I don’t regret it. I know this is right.” Marshall said he was moved by the wave of police brutality that occurred this summer, including two killings of black men by police officers and a third mass shooting of police officers within a three-day span across the country. He’s following the path of Kaepernick, 49ers safety Eric Reid and Seahawks cornerback Jeremy Lane who have all sat or knelt during the national anthem in the preseason seeking change in what he feels are some of the hidden struggles like racial oppression and police brutality. “I feel like this is the right platform. I feel like this is our only platform to be heard,” Marshall said. “A lot of time people want us to just shut up and entertain them. Shut up and play football. But we have voices as well. We’re actually educated individuals that went to college. Nick Viall struck out for the third time on ABC last night. Following a pair of runner-up finishes on The Bachelorette, it appeared as if Nick had found love on Bachelor in Paradise. He and Jen Saviano woke up on Tuesday night in the Fantasy Suite, with Viall gushing over how it’s “truly amazing what private alone time does for a relationship” and Jen later telling Nick: “I’ve fallen in love with you, and I want to continue to fall if you’re willing to catch me.” How sweet, right?!? How romantic, no?!? How sadly misguided of Jen. Viall responded to this outpouring of emotion by saying he didn’t want to regret a proposal and that Jen deserved better than him anyway. “K,” she replied. And that was that. Here’s a look at Viall (sort of) breaking Jen’s heart in front of millions of viewers on last night’s Bachelor in Paradise finale . Of course, Nick Viall will be The Bachelor this spring. So we already knew he didn’t end up with Jen. Viall did go ahead, however, and try to make the best of the situation, considering he now needs viewers around the country who watch The Bachelor online or on television to root for him on Season 21. “It’s not easy saying goodbye to someone as incredible as @jensav11,” Viall wrote on Instagram as a caption to the above image. He added: “One of the most beautiful, graceful, and intelligent women I’ve ever met. So lucky to have had her in my life. She deserves the world.” On the finale, Viall confessed that Saviano simply wasn’t the right woman for him. “I wanted to say I was in love with you, but something in my heart just said I can’t,” he told her. “Sometimes you wish you could tell your heart what to do, and if I could, I would tell it to choose you. Michael Strahan is ready to tackle a new challenge. A few months after his very awkward and contentious exit from Live! with Kelly and Michael , the former New York Giants defensive star made his debut Tuesday as a full-time anchor on Good Morning America. And while Strahan was basically shown the door in angry fashion by Kelly Ripa back in May, he was welcomed warmly to the morning desk by colleagues George Stephanopoulos and Robin Roberts this morning. You can see the opening few moments for yourself below. Strahan has appeared numerous times before as a GMA correspondent, but he announced this spring that he was leaving Live to pursue that gig full-time. Ripa, according to many sources, was not informed of this decision before the public was made aware of the move. She responded in understandable anger, not showing up for a work for a couple of days out of protest. When she did finally come back, she and Strahan tried to joke around about the career change, but their interactions were nothing but forced and tense until Strahan’s departure on May 13. To wit: Kelly Ripa Just Brought Up Michael Strahan’s Divorce In response to this awkward set-up, Strahan moved his exit date way up. When he originally announced he was leaving Live, Strahan said it would make the switch in September. But producers couldn’t possibly continue with Ripa and Strahan as co-hosts for much longer, resulting in the latter getting the heck out of there four months earlier than initially planned. I’m not dying! I’m still in the family!” he said on air upon making the GMA announcement, adding: “And I’m still available to come back if I’m ever called to co-host so I’m not going anywhere. I’m not gone.” Yeah. We somehow doubt he’ll ever be called upon for that. Ripa is yet to announce a permanent replacement for Strahan, following rumors that the two hated each other away from set . But Strahan is clearly keeping his eyes on the future, not the past. He will co-anchor the ABC morning show each weekday and he recently told People Magazine of accepting the new position: “Can’t wait to be there full-time.
