During an appearance on Kathy Griffin’s new Bravo talk show “Kathy” Thursday night, the silver-haired news anchor recalled a story about his recent run-in with a sneaky fan during a 6 a.m. flight this week. Cooper, 45, said he was trying to get some rest aboard the New York-to-Los Angeles flight when he noticed the man seated in front of him trying to snap some photos of Cooper using his iPhone’s front-facing camera. “I’m sitting there incredulous that he thinks I don’t see him … and he’s still taking the pictures,” Cooper said. “Normally I would just be like, ‘We’re not going to win this one,’ but I’ve lately become emboldened.” In a surprising twist, Cooper said Olympic figure skating champion Johnny Weir was coincidently sitting next to him on the flight. “I grab the guy on the shoulder, and I said something to the effect of, ‘B—h, what the f— are you doing?’” Cooper said to a shocked Griffin. Despite his burst of boldness, the CNN anchor seemed embarrassed by his surprising reaction. “It was one of those things, as soon as I said it, I was like, ‘I can’t believe I said this to this guy,’” he concluded. Jessica Simpson Posts Twitpic Of Her Cleavage On June 22, the new mom, 31, uploaded a new picture that puts her engorged breasts front and center. “Just taking a walk around the block,” Simpson, who welcomed daughter Maxwell Drew on May 1, wrote. “Street legal?” Simpson has been heavily focused on her appearance since becoming a first-time mom seven weeks ago. Her main incentive: slimming down as a part of a $4 million Weight Watchers deal. “The cool thing about the program is that it focuses on healthy habits for the long-term (and I can still indulge in my guilty pleasures every now and then, too),” Simpson explained on her official Facebook page. “I have actually gotten a group of friends together who are going to be doing it with me.” Simpson, who is still engaged to Maxwell’s dad, Eric Johnson, 32, has also given up fast food. “She’s breast-feeding Max and wants her to get the best nutrition,” a source recently told Us Weekly of the singer, whose pregnancy snacks included butter, Pop-Tarts and Kraft mac ‘n’ cheese. “She has to cut down on fast food. Toddler’s Fingertip Bitten Off By Pet Pirhana Might be a good idea to stick to goldfish. They don’t each much finger food. An 18-month-old girl in Illinois had her fingertip bitten off by one of her family’s pet piranhas. The toddler’s horrified mother initially blamed the family’s pet pitbull after making the shocking discovery Tuesday, the Pioneer Press reported. She had heard her daughter crying and noticed the girl’s finger was bleeding. After Cook County Sheriff’s police were called to the house in Maine Township, officers determined the wound was actually from a piranha. The family kept piranhas in a fish tank near where the child had been playing. The toddler’s father immediately cut open one of the predatory fish — revealing the missing fingertip. The child was rushed to the hospital, but a spokeswoman could not say whether the fingertip had been successfully reattached. Source

Danica McKellar of The Wonder Years fame has filed for divorce from her husband of three years, composer Mike Verta, citing irreconcilable differences. Court documents were filed June 4. They have a 1 1/2-year-old son, Draco, of whom the 37-year-old actress is asking for joint custody with Verta. She and Verta tied the knot in La Jolla, Calif., in 2009, after already spending eight years together as a couple. She lists a separation date of June 1. McKellar may be best known as Fred Savage’s crush from ages ago, but she isn’t just a pretty face. She has a degree in mathematics from UCLA! Not only that, she gained an entirely new level of fame by co-authoring a paper as a student that resulted in the “Chayes–McKellar–Winn theorem.” She also voiced a main character on the animated series Young Justice and she’s had guest spots on How I Met Your Mother and The Big Bang Theory . Her request for President Obama to fire the cop who arrested her will likely fall upon deaf Twitter ears, but Amanda Bynes pleaded not guilty to DUI. She entered the plea Wednesday after being charged in an April incident in which she allegedly struck an L.A. County Sheriff’s Department vehicle. The not guilty plea was entered in court by her attorney. The troubled Bynes, 26, was arrested about 3 a.m. on April 6 in West Hollywood, Calif. Authorities said her black BMW struck the rear corner of the sheriff’s car. Bynes was arrested for DUI , but denied the allegations on Twitter: “I can’t help but laugh at all of you writing fake stories about me,” she tweeted May 27. “I was not in any hit and runs. I don’t drink so the DUI is false.” Tuesday, she tweeted again … to the Prez: “Hey @BarackObama…I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.” Bynes is also charged with refusing a breathalyzer or blood-alcohol test at the scene, which could make her sentence worse if she is in fact convicted.
