All is peaceful once again between Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif. For now, at least. A 90-day settlement has been reached between The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and her ex-husband, who have been exchanging vitriol in court over the last few weeks. Maloof, for example, has accused Nassif of choking the couple’s son. Now, though, sources tell TMZ that Adrienne will have custody of her three kids on weekdays and every other weekend, with Nassif watching over them on the other weekends. Both sides are reportedly content with the arrangement, though it will be revisited in 90 days, at which time a permanent schedule is expected to be enacted.

According to The Denver Channel: A gay couple from New Jersey is suing a group that used their engagement photo in an attack mailer against a Republican Colorado state lawmaker who supported civil unions this year. Brian Edwards and Tom Privitere, and their attorneys, talked about the lawsuit Wednesday outside federal court in Denver. “It brought back feelings of bullying in my childhood, which was startling to us,” Edward said. “Tom and I both cringe now when we see our engagement photo, a photo which will forever live on the Internet as a message of hate.” The Southern Poverty Law Center is filing the lawsuit on behalf of the couple against the Virginia-based Public Advocate of the United States. The couple was originally photographed kissing with a New York City skyline as a backdrop. The couple shared the engagement photo with family and friends through Edwards’ blog, along with photos of the couple’s wedding ceremony. The photo was altered and the couple was superimposed against a snowy backdrop with the words “State Senator Jean White’s Idea Of ‘Family Values?’” The photo was used in mailers in a June primary election involving Republicans Jean White of Hayden and Jeff Hare of Greeley. White was one of a handful of Republicans who supported a civil union bill that was blocked in the state House. “I cringe every time I look at what once was one of our favorite photos,” Edwards said. “All I see now is the defiled image used to attack our family and our community. All we want is justice for the pain that Public Advocate has caused us.” “This case is about the defilement of a beautiful moment by a group known for demonizing the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community,” said Christine P. Sun, SPLC deputy legal director. “This was just a cheap way for Public Advocate to avoid having to pay for a stock photo to use in their hateful anti-gay attack ad. It was nothing short of theft.” The SPLC has labeled Public Advocate as a hate group. SMH.

You owe a TON of money to the bank this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ : “Martin” star Tisha Campbell and her husband Duane Martin have been sued by City National Bank for more than $430k … over a stupid home equity loan the couple took out in 2008 … right when the housing bubble was bursting. According to legal docs obtained by TMZ … Tisha and Duane (an actor who starred in the ill-fated “Paul Reiser Show”) took out a $625k home equity loan on a slick waterfront property in Lake Arrowhead, CA . However, at the time of the loan the couple still owed more than $730,000 on their mortgage to ANOTHER financial institution — Aurora Bank. Long story short — Tisha and Duane allegedly defaulted on BOTH loans. Earlier this year, Aurora foreclosed on the home … and according to the docs, the bank sold it at auction for $925k. Aurora got paid first … and sent the remaining $192k to CNS to partially satisfy the home equity loan, which had already ballooned to $633,119.52. City National is now going after Tisha and Duane for the balance … plus interest. But Tisha and Duane are PISSED — a rep for the couple tells TMZ … CNS is just trying to “bully” them for money they shouldn’t have to pay. The rep points out that CNS received a $400 million government subsidy in 2009 to help people like the Tisha and Duane through the mortgage crisis … and says, “In this case City National refused to share the significant benefit that they received with the Martins.” The Martins are now threatening legal action against the bank — claiming the bank discriminated against them. When asked about the nature of the alleged discrimination, the rep would not elaborate. Pay yo bills girl! Anyone who can afford a house that expensive should not qualify for any loans. Maybe those “Martin” checks have stopped coming in?
