Before Miley, 19, and Liam, 22, walk down the aisle, let’s take a moment to walk down memory lane and remember their ups, downs and everything in between. Summer 2009 : Cyrus met “The Hunger Games” star on the set of “The Last Song.” They began dating shortly after she ended a nine-month relationship with model Justin Gaston and briefly reconciled with Nick Jonas . October 2009 : Soon after beginning their romance, Hemsworth was reportedly the catalyst behind Cyrus leaving Twitter . November 2009 : Though they kept the romance quiet for as long as they could, it wasn’t until November that Cyrus, then 16, addressed their relationship. “It sucks when your personal life becomes public,” she told Seventeen magazine . “So I’m finding ways to make my personal and private life more of my life — which is one of the reasons why I deleted my Twitter. We’ve decided that any type of relationship that we have, we will always just keep it very DL. First and foremost, we are best friends, so that’s what I tell people all the time.” March 2010 : Miley opened up a lot more about the Aussie actor while she was out promoting “The Last Song,” telling Ellen DeGeneres she fell for him pretty quickly. She later added in an interview with Teen Vogue, “I think we’re both deeper than normal people — what they think and how they feel. He’s very grateful for what he has, but he doesn’t let it go to his head. I’m like that too.” June 2010 : Cyrus sat down with MTV News and opened up about the influence Hemsworth had over her album Can’t Be Tamed, which she released that month. “There are a lot of songs that are about Liam,” she said, later adding, “All of them are about him in a way, but it’s also about past relationships that you gotta get over and move on and just about freeing yourself from anything that you feel holds you back. Just let go of anything that’s not going to help you in your future and … always keep going forward.” August 2010 : While they went strong for about a year, Cyrus and Hemsworth broke-up for the first time — but they reportedly reconciled one month later. And even back then, Cyrus was denying rumors that they were engaged . November 2010 : Cyrus and Hemsworth split again a few months later. April 2011 : After some time apart (and Cyrus’ controversial bong video , in which she thought she saw Hemsworth at a party, in December 2010), the couple couldn’t stay away from each other for very long and reunited. February 2012 : In an interview with Details magazine in February 2012, Hemsworth opened up about falling for his lady love. “What happened happened, and we’ve been together ever since,” he said of filming “The Last Song.” “She makes me really happy. When you start, you want to be professional, but when you’re filming those scenes with someone and pretending to love them, you’re not human if you don’t feel something.” March 2012 : This isn’t the first time this year that engagement rumors have followed the couple. Cyrus and Hemsworth denied similar reports earlier this year. “I’m not engaged,” Cyrus said. “I’ve worn this same ring on this finger since November! People just wanna find something to [talk] about! It’s a topaz, people!” June 2012 : Now that they are engaged — for real this time — it might be a while before the big day. They are each busy with their respective careers. He’s stacking up several film projects, including “Empire State,” which he’s currently shooting in New Orleans. He will also film the thriller “Paranoia” with Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman and then work begins on the second “Hunger Games” flick. Meanwhile, Miley is working on a new album. All that work doesn’t seem to make her less excited for this new chapter in their relationship. “I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam,” she said in a statement about their May 31 engagement. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have each put their Los Angeles-area residences up for sale as they seemingly make plans to move in together. According to TMZ , both stars are selling their homes as “pocket listings,” meaning all parties agree the listings will remain private and won’t be advertised. Kardashian is reportedly asking $5 million for her Beverly Hills residence; no word on how much Yeezy wants for his house. But the couple apparently want to rent in a gated area where they can have privacy. An Usmagazine.com source reported similar news on Thursday (May 31): “Kim is selling her home privately. Kanye and Kim are thinking about moving in together.” Kardashian and West began dating formally earlier this spring after being “friends for years,” a magazine source said. Deion Sanders Charged For Trying To Destroy Evidence C’mon now Primetime!!! You should know better! Police sought a second charge against former football star Deion Sanders on Thursday stemming from an altercation with his estranged wife and her friend at the couple’s home in a Dallas suburb last month. Police officials in Prosper, Texas, said they had asked the Collin County District Attorney’s office to consider filing a charge of misdemeanor criminal mischief against the 44-year-old Hall of Famer. Sanders had previously been charged with simple assault in connection with the April 23 incident. “This is a result of our continuing investigation,” Prosper police said in a brief written statement. “At this time, no arrest has been made.” Sanders told police following the incident that his estranged wife, Pilar, and her friend Diana Boswell attacked him in the bedroom of the Prosper mansion that the divorcing couple still shares. Police arrested Pilar, 38, on suspicion of misdemeanor family assault. Further investigation lead to charges of simple assault against Sanders and Boswell. An attorney for Pilar Sanders, Peter Schulte, said the new charge is connected to Sanders’ attempt to destroy a cell phone Boswell was using to record the altercation. “We believe that he destroyed the property of another to conceal the evidence,” Schulte said, adding that the phone’s memory card was recovered and turned over to authorities for further investigation. An attorney for Deion Sanders could not be reached for comment. Both Deion and Pilar Sanders are seeking protective orders that would bar the other from the house as well as custody of the couple’s three children, ages 12, 10 and 8.
