Contrary to the allegations of former Betty Ford staffer Dawn Holland, Lindsay Lohan says she was stone cold sober the night of their fight in rehab . According to Lohan’s camp, she met a friend at the Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs, Calif., on December 11 to get her hair done . That’s her excuse. While there, sources say Lindsay knocked back Shirley Temples – the famous non-alcoholic mixed drink – along with an order of fries. That’s it. Was Lindsay Lohan bombed that night? [Photo: Pacific Coast News] Sources claim Lindsay eventually headed back to her sober house, completely sober, at around 1 a.m., and that’s when Holland confronted her. Holland claims she smelled alcohol on Lindsay, who was reportedly out past curfew, and that the train wreck refused to take a breathalyzer. Lohan claims she asked for the test in an attempt to prove her sobriety but was denied it by Holland, who she says has “had it out” for her. The details vary depending on who you believe, but it got physical. Holland alleges Lohan hurt her bad enough for her to go on workers’ comp. Lindsay says Holland came at her first, but admits she pushed back. Lohan was quick to play the victim card in the wake of the incident, which resulted in a call to the police and a battery complaint by the staffer. The chemical dependency technician was fired by Betty Ford for talking to TMZ about this, and by doing so, may have even broken the law . Lohan faces a possible police inquiry if officials believe she may have violated her probation in any way during her latest ridiculous incident.
