This chick just-couldn’t-get-enough of this kid: A former Holyoke middle school teacher who pleaded guilty to having sex with an underage student has been charged with probation violation after the now-18-year-old boy was found in her closet. Lisa Lavoie, 26, appeared Monday in Hampden Superior Court and was ordered held on $25,000 cash bail. Lavoie was sentenced last year to five years’ probation on a 2009 statutory rape charge over her relationship with the then-15-year-old, and ordered to have no contact with him. The Springfield Republican reports Lavoie’s attorney said the youth came to her apartment saying he was homeless. David Hoose acknowledged Lavoie should have called police, but wasn’t able to turn him away. A probation officer making a spot check found the youth Friday. Hoose asked that Lavoie be allowed to finish probation under electronic monitoring.
