The custody battle between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry is growing uglier each day. Throughout this week, sources have claimed that the model often berated the actress in despicable terms ; while Berry replied by treating her child’s father like a sperm bank . At the center of this feud, of course, is two-year old Nahla. It was her reaction to spending time with Aubry in December that reportedly raised concerns for Berry. “She was crying and kicking and screaming. She was hanging onto her mother’s legs so she didn’t have to go,” a insider tells People of a an incident around Christmas when her dad arrived to pick Nahla up. Gabriel allegedly responded by “forcing” his daughter into his car. Ever since, terms of the parents’ relationship have gone from amicable to extremely sour. Meanwhile, TMZ quotes a source who says Aubry grew incensed any time Nahla was referred to as “black.” Whenever the Canadian model would read such a reference, he supposedly demanded Berry contact the publication and ask for a “retraction.” There’s been little said by Berry and Aubry themselves through this ordeal, making it difficult to know what/who to believe. The best we can do is hope that everyone remembers what’s at stake here: the well-being of a little girl.

Justin Bieber was in New York City yesterday for the New York Premiere of ‘Justin Bieber: Never Say Never’ at Regal E-Walk Theater. Justin also found time to catch a basketball game. Justin was courtside at the Knicks-Mavericks game at Madison Square Garden. Now when you attend these events it sometimes happens that the Jumbotron catches ya and puts your pic up. So low and behold Justin’s picture was shown on the Jumbotron for all to see. Now what would you expect to happen? Not what happened! A chorus of boos rang out around the MSG. The announcer felt the need to say “That is the men booing, not the ladies” The big smile on Justin’s face disappeared for a bit. But it soon returned and he seemed like a good sport about it. A Justin Bieber death hoax may have been untrue, but sounds like CSI will be killing off Bieber’s character! Looks like Justin Bieber’s death is a done deal – his character, Jason McCann, I mean – according to CSI co-star George Eads. Justin Bieber’s CSI episode (his second) is set to air in February and Eads reveals, “He’s a cool kid. He’s in the eye of a hurricane and I think he handles himself really well … We had a lot of intense scenes together. We got along really well. I really respect the kid.” As for that whole killing off Bieber’s character thing, Eads shares, “One of my crew guys goes, ‘Man you’re going to split the country down the middle — half of them are going to hate you and half of them are going to love you.’ In the context of the story, he deserved it. I think in a way I was also at fault for killing Taylor Swift, too. Man, I’m going to have to stay away from a lot of people. Tell Miley Cyrus not to come on our show.”

It doesn’t look like Justin Bieber’s character on “CSI” will live to see another day, according to co-star George Eads. Bieber shot his second episode of the show, scheduled to air in February, earlier this month. “He’s a cool kid,” Eads told E! Online . “He’s in the eye of a hurricane and I think he handles himself really well … We had a lot of intense scenes together. We got along really well. I really respect the kid.” Eads goes on to tease that Bieber’s character meets his fate at his hand. “One of my crew guys goes, ‘Man you’re going to split the country down the middle — half of them are going to hate you and half of them are going to love you,’ ” Eads said. “In the context of the story, he deserved it. I think in a way I was also at fault for killing Taylor Swift, too. Man, I’m going to have to stay away from a lot of people. Tell Miley Cyrus not to come on our show.” So, what did Eads think of Bieber’s thespian skills? “I think he has a lot to learn, but he was just fine for what he was doing there,” Eads explained. “You know, it’s not ‘Gone With the Wind.’ It’s ‘CSI’! It’s four or fives lines. I mean, it’s not a Rubik’s cube.” Bieber first appeared on the show in September as the tricky Jason McCann, a teen who may have a homicidal side. At the time, the show’s executive producer Carol Mendelsohn told MTV News that Bieber impressed her with his acting. “It’s hard for any accomplished, mature actor to come on the set and fall right into character and do your work, so kudos to Justin,” she said, adding that he did a “really good job.” Bieber’s 3-D movie “Never Say Never” comes out February 11. Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber , 16, and Ozzy Osbourne , 62, will be appearing in a Best Buy ad at the Super Bowl . What a brilliant move on the part Best Buy. Justin Bieber is every teen girl’s fantasy so with him appearing on an ad for Best Buy on the Super Bowl you know they are all going to be tuning in too see it. According to Drew Panayiotu, Best Buy’s senior vice president of U.S. marketing, the Osbourne-Bieber commercial will “showcase creativity and humour,” and that the two will go beyond viewer expectations by adding “a whole new dimension of fun” to the ad. The Biebs tweeted to his followers: “Can’t really say what I’m up to today but when u guys find out its gonna be funny as heck,” later adding, “#todaywasepic.” Then on Wednesday, he spilled the beans a bit, admitting to filming a “pretty funny commercial” with Osbourne, 62.
