Charlie Sheen Bid For Custody: Rejected!

Charlie Sheen was shot down this afternoon in his legal bid to gain custody of sons Bob and Max away from strung-out ex-wife Brooke Mueller. A judge ordered their custody pact to remain as is. Everything will stay the same, despite Brooke’s recent issues, so the custody agreement Charlie and Brooke recently agreed on won’t change. Brooke Mueller is believed to have fallen off the wagon in a big way last week, turning up at a pawn shop and then going MIA for several days. Because the media was thrown out of the courtroom , it’s unclear why the judge was not inclined to strip Brooke of custody based on her antics. Amazingly, Brooke and Charlie both showed up in person. The judge wanted the media gone from the room due to sensitive “questions of abuse” in the case, but it’s not clear who accused who of what. Lindsay Lohan had yet another appearance at the courthouse yesterday, this time for some crap about stealing a necklace or something. I can’t keep track of all this crap anymore, if it’s not one thing it’s the other, but at least she looked pretty good while doing it. She cleans up rather nicely. I think I’ll send the judge an email stating that I’m willing to take her into my custody, she can spend her house arrest with me here in mother’s basement. I have plenty of cheese slices for the both of us and I need someone to help me clean my crusty socks. That should straighten her up.

Halle Berry isn’t the only one having issues with the father of her child : Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi is headed for a nasty custody battle with the father of her 11-month-old daughter Krishna. Baby daddy Adam Dell filed a suit in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday night in an effort to get more time with his child. A lawyer for Adam — the brother of billionaire Dell Inc. founder Michael Dell — says, “He wants to have an active and substantial role in the upbringing of his daughter… Unfortunately, Ms. Lakshmi has severely limited his time with their daughter and has refused to negotiate a reasonable co-parenting agreement. Mr. Dell has tried his best to avoid going to court, but Ms. Lakshmi has given him no other choice at this time.” Padma’s rep shot back: “It appears to us that Mr. Dell remains more interested in garnering media attention than working out details to see Krishna or in her welfare.” SMH at him doing it to “attention whore” vs. actually wanting to spend time with his child. Oksana Grigorieva: Mel Gibson Beat Me During Sex

We’ll call out Mel Gibson’s anger issues and criticize him for derogatory words about Jews and women, but words don’t mean he actually hit anyone. The claims by Oksana Grigorieva to that effect keep getting more and more absurd, too, rapidly diminishing whatever credibility she once enjoyed. Her latest? An explosive allegation under oath that she never before made – that Mel Gibson beat her during sex, and needed to hit her to … well … SHADY CHARACTERS : Troubled as Mel is, his ex may be lying up a storm . During Oksana’s deposition in her custody war with Mel, she testified that Mel had issues “performing” and the way he got aroused was to beat her. The claim is as odd as it is shocking, since we’re told Oksana never uttered a word about such violence in her multiple interviews with authorities. Oksana claimed that Mel struck her on January 6, but there is no other allegation of physical violence in the court file or with law enforcement. Allow us to call BS on Oksana.
