Timbaland Blows Off Flint Charity Performance Over Booze Grammy winning producer Timbaland failed to fulfill contacted obligations to perform at a Detroit night club when the club failed to cough up a bottle of Ace Of Spades according to The Daily News . The club provided over 15 bottles of liquor to Timbo and his crew, including two bottles of Patron, three bottles of Ciroc, two bottles of D’usse and one bottle of Disaronno Originale Italian Liqueur, but the artist was allegedly in a hissy over Ace Of Spades. The club owner described the interaction with Tim and his entourage a “disaster”. After they still drank the 15 bottles of liquor and champagne, Tim refused to get behind the DJ booth and perform, he just stood and looked at the crowd with out even getting on the mic. Despite Timberland’s uncooperative behavior the club was still able to raise $3,000 to help Flint residents. What’s this dudes problem? FYI, Timberland still got paid for the gig!

The New York Daily News Publishes Powerful Cosby Cover Finally Cosby’s imagery fits his actions. The New York Daily News made a powerful attempt to depict the facts in Cosby’s case and the accusations held against him. Many who still cape for Bill Cosby as “America’s Dad” may feel let down but, don’t kill the messenger. There have been over 50 women that say that Mr. Cosby has committed similar crimes against them. Could they ALL be in cahoots? We don’t know. We understand that it’s “innocent until proven guilty”, but facts are facts. This is more than just a “he said, she said” case, when there are over 50 “she’s” in question. R.I.P. J. Capri Dies Dancehall fans are reeling over the death of an artist. J. Capri, a 23-year-old songstress, passed away this week after suffering complications from a car crash. The Jamaican Observer: Sources have confirmed that singjay J Capri, who was hospitalised for more than a week following a motor vehicle crash, has died. The entertainer reportedly succumbed to her injuries this morning at the University Hospital of the West Indies in St Andrew. Social media users on Twitter and Instagram are seemingly in disbelief as they await confirmation while others, including beauty queen Yendi Phillipps, have already started expressing condolences. https://instagram.com/p/9S4tSgLUaX/?taken-by=jcapri_hcr The 23-year-old, whose full name is Jordan Phillips, was on November 23 rushed to the University Hospital of the West Indies and reportedly underwent surgery after suffering from what is said to be a fractured skull as well as brain damage. Victims Of San Bernadino Mass Shooting Revealed It was revealed today that Tashfeen Malik, wife of Syed Farook, the San Bernadino county employee who alongside his wife slaughtered 12 of his colleagues during the department’s holiday party, pledged allegiance to ISIS. A troubling discovery, but we want to make sure to remember the importance of the lives that were lost Wednesday December 2, 2015. The victims identities were released today via NY Daily News : Facebook Robert Adams 40 Survived by his wife Summer and daughter Savannah. Facebook Bennetta Bet-Bedal 46 Inspector for the San Bernadino County Health Department. She immigrated to the U.S. from Iran at 18 to escape Islamic extremism. Video Shows Moment When Convicted White Man Punches An Elderly Black Man In Texas   Conrad Barret, the offender in the above clip was sentenced to 6 years in prison last month for attacking Roy Coleman, 79. Feds were ordered to release video of the incident just this week. According to the NY Daily News , Barret filmed other clips that day that show him saying the n-word and commenting that black people “haven’t fully experienced the blessing of evolution.” SMH, this incident took place Thanksgiving weekend 2013. Stop…wearing… blackface ! High School Teacher Apologizes For Blackface Costume An Alabama teacher has gone viral for his Halloween costume. Heath Morrow dressed as Kanye West complete with a “Kanye For Prez 2020” sign and black makeup smeared across his face and hands. The New York Daily News reports: The Alabama teacher who posed with his wife in a controversial blackface Halloween photo apologized for his “error in judgement,” but both maintain they did not intend any malice. Heath Morrow and his wife Shannon were under fire after posting a photo on Facebook of the couple dressed as Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. In the photo, Heath Morrow can be seen in blackface while wearing Kanye’s signature glasses and holding the sign “Kanye for Prez 2020.” The couple posted the photo on Facebook, but took it down following an uproar. “I didn’t know dressing up as a celebrity couple would cause so much controversy,” Shannon Morrow wrote in a message to the Daily News on Monday. “There was no malicious intent in this costume. It’s for HALLOWEEN, the one time a year it is okay.” “Some of my husband’s best friends are black,” she continued. “There was no racial intent whatsoever.” “I didn’t know dressing up as a celebrity couple would cause so much controversy,” Shannon said. The Alabama couple posted the blackface photo, and then took it down. Morrow has since released an apology via a written statement. U.S. Stops Mexican Man With American Children From Returning Over “Gang” Tattoos Ruben Zamora, a Mexican man who lived in the U.S. since he was 8 years-old, left the country last summer and has yet to return because of a tattoo he got in his teens. The American Consulate said he has gang tattoos — and, therefore, was part of a criminal enterprise according to The NY Daily News . Zamora, who has an American wife and 2 children thought he was doing the right thing by going to Mexico and applying for a visa but his plan backfired, SMH. Here is what Zamora’s wife, Vanessa Ruiz had to say to The NY Daily News about it: Ruiz said her husband was being condemned because of a youthful mistake. Zamora got the tattoos when he was a teen living in Queens — and the symbols weren’t gang-related back then. “He and his friends . . . thought that tattoo looked cool and they got it,” said Carr. The group later got involved in gang activity, but Zamora was no longer hanging with them, the lawyer said. “The fact is there’s no flexibility to actually look at his record and say, ‘Look, there’s been no arrests in the United States for him being in gangs,” she said. “There’s no flexibility in the law.” For Ruiz, the thought of life without her husband is devastating — financially and emotionally. “He was very responsible. He used to pay all the bills . . . I (am) so frustrated because I had to pay all these bills. I was going to lose my apartment. I had to go to welfare to see if they could help in some way,” said Ruiz, who works part-time in the call center at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx.   Dang, we hope they let him prove his innocence.
