According to NY Daily News reports, police are questioning her father, who was also injured in the blaze, in her death. Sources say the back doors of the vehicle had been chained from the inside and first responders found two canisters of gas inside the car and a propane tank in the trunk. She was discovered around 8:50 pm Sunday in the back of a burning 2008 Audi Sedan on Baisley Blvd. near 154th St. in Springfield Gardens, just blocks from where she lived with relatives in Rochdale Village. Someone passing the scene spotted Pereira’s father in flames, running into the pond at Baisley Pond Park and brought him a blanket to help him extinguish his burning clothes. Source: Gary Gershoff / Getty Remy Ma In Police Custody For a few weeks now “Love and Hip Hop” star Brittney F. Taylor has been trying to press charges against Remy Ma and she’s finally got her wish. According to TMZ , Remy Ma surrendered to cops Wednesday, accompanied by her attorney. The “All The Way Up” rapper was booked for misdemeanor assault. Taylor alleges that Remy assaulted her during a disagreement while both ladies attended a concert headlined by Fat Joe on April 16th. Reportedly the argument sparked from Remy claiming Taylor had knowledge about an assault on her stepdaughter. Taylor claims Remy punched her in the eye in the attack. After the alleged altercation, Taylor blasted Remy on social media while showing off her bruised eye. She then did an interview with New York Daily News where plead for witnesses to come forward so that she could press charges. So far Remy, who is on curfewed probation , has not made any statements regarding the incident. The story is still developing.

Word is that the Bronx rapper allegedly put hands on her fellow Love & Hip Hop: New York castmate Brittney Taylor at a benefit concert in NYC. According to the New York Daily News , it all went down at the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert at Irving Plaza on Tuesday night (April 16). Reportedly, Remy socked Brittney in the right eye, giving her a slight shiner. We know this because Brittney told the police this is what happened. She also went online to talk it out. “So, here am I on my way to a very important meeting and it’s hard to even focus because of what occurred last night. I didn’t wanna bring it to social media because Its pretty embarrassing and not a good look tbh. I tried my best to cover it up with make up and move on but that still didn’t work. Jinger Duggar may be moving to Los Angeles , but the reality star has made it very clear on Instagram: Her heart will always be in Arkansas. Specifically, it will always be with the two people who raised her and taught her every life lesson: parents Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar. Jinger and husband Jeremy Vuolo, of course, moved away from many of the former’s family members years ago and have been residing in Laredo, Texas. However, they confirmed to People Magazine several days ago that yet another move was on the horizon. “In recent days, God has made it overwhelmingly clear to us that he is leading us out of Laredo,” the couple told this publication in an interview, elaborating as follows: “Through much prayer and counsel, the next step for our family is to relocate to Los Angeles to attend Grace Community Church as Jeremy pursues graduate studies at The Master’s Seminary.” Labeling the decision to relocate as one of the “hardest things we’ve ever done,” the couple asked fans for prayers and said they will become California residents in July. Now, ahead of this major life change, Jinger has taken a moment to look back. She has shared a photo of herself being kissed on the cheeks by Jim Bob and Michelle and published an affiliated caption that showers praise on both her mother and her father. “Dear Dad & Mom, I want to take a moment to express my deep love and gratitude for you,” she writes to open this message, adding: “You two have impacted my life in ways that will forever be imprinted upon my heart. You not only taught us kids what it means to be a Christian but exemplified it by your daily walk with Christ. “Your training was one not merely of words, but of actions.” This note is notable because Jinger has clashed at times with her conservative parents. She has famously worn pants in the past . She waited an entire year after marriage to get pregnant. So it’s safe to assume this open letter is Jinger’s attempt to get back on Jim Bob and Michelle’s good side. Continues the mother of one in it: “Truly there is no greater emphasis that you could’ve instilled in us kids, than that of love for God and others. Your constant care for both our physical and spiritual needs is but a small example of our Heavenly Father’s love and nurturing care for His children.” Neither Jim Bob nor Michelle has spoken on Jinger and Jeremy’s impending move. Beth Chapman has been hospitalized in Hawaii. The wife of Dog “the Bounty Hunter” Chapman, who is a veteran of reality television herself, reportedly has trouble breathing, according to Us Weekly. This tabloid broke the troubling story and quoted an insider who says of Chapman: “Beth Chapman has been rushed to a Hawaii hospital with serious breathing issues. She hasn’t been feeling well of late and Dog is by her side. One thing everyone knows about Beth is that she’s a fighter.” That’s for certain. Anyone who has followed Beth over the past couple years is well aware of her grit and determination. The 51-year old underwent emergency surgery on her throat on November 27, 2018 after discovering the devastating news that her cancer had returned after she had seemingly overcome the illness. Since that time, she had been receiving chemotherapy treatments in Los Angeles, keeping fans and social media followers apprised of her journey throughout. In an emotional interview with DailyMailTV just over a week ago, Duane explained how the love of his life is preparing to die . She has every intention of making the most of every single second she has remaining. “She has told me repeatedly that if these are her last days on earth she wants to spend every moment with me,” he said in late March. Duane went on to say that Beth wants to spend her time “living life to the fullest, enjoying the time we have left together.” What an admirable attitude, right? Beth was first diagnosed with throat cancer in 2017. It returned last fall, with Beth confirming the sad development as follows; “After months of a nagging cough, a routine checkup resulted in a diagnosis of stage II throat cancer I have what is referred to as a T2 Tumor in my throat that is blocking my breathing. “My doctors are suggesting immediate treatment and surgery before the disease progresses.” Earlier this week, Dog posted a photo of his wife decked out in black and sitting in a car as she poked out her tongue for the camera. “Property of DOG,” he captioned the cheeky Instagram snapshot. Here’s a look at that recent image: Back in December, Dog also spoke to Us Weekly about his wife, her diagnosis and the future as he saw it. Or hoped to see it, at least. “I don’t listen to the bad news. I don’t want to hear it. … I pray a lot, anywhere. I cry all the time,” he said, concluding back then: “I’m a sinner. I pray a lot. I have done double that. I constantly ask God to heal my honey and make sure He takes care of it. I’ve been telling Him that I’m going to try and quit smoking and cursing. “I’m a dealmaker, and I’ll do anything.” Heartbreaking stuff. Maryland attorney, Rashad James , says he was mistaken for a suspect and briefly detained by a sheriff’s deputy during a court proceeding earlier this month. Maryland Legal Aid attorney Rashad James says he was detained by a courtroom cop who thought he was a suspect wanted on an outstanding warrant. https://t.co/Oi6aPkWLQT — New York Daily News (@NYDailyNews) March 28, 2019 James told the Baltimore Sun that during his court appearance in Harford County District Court on March 6, deputies mistook him for his client, who is also Black and did not attend the hearing. He continued: “This is actually the first time this has occurred to me, and I do not know of any colleagues who have had a similar experience. In the moment, it was sort of surreal in the sense that I guess it was just one of those unexpected things that I just did not anticipate.” Rashad says he was the only Black attorney in the room, and police began asking him race based questions immediately. After checking the validity of his license multiple times, deputies finally let James go, 10 minutes later. Maryland Legal Aid says they’re “troubled by the deeply disturbing incident. There is no plausible explanation other than racial bias.” James has filed a complaint with Harford County Sheriff’s office, and says he plans to carry business cards with him wherever he goes. SMH.
