Sean Lowe: The Virgin Bachelor?!

Is The Bachelor star Sean Lowe a virgin? A new tabloid cover insinuates this, but it’s not totally accurate. The more appropriate way to put it is that the 29-year-old Texan is a “born-again” virgin. Basically, he “no longer believes” in premarital sex, even though he has had it before, and is waiting until his wedding night to get his freak on again. The Bachelor spoilers totally didn’t mention that, although we did hear that he will forego overnight dates in the fantasy suite because of his beliefs. Apparently he takes this seriously and it will be addressed as The Bachelor winds down the home stretch of its 17th iteration, Chris Harrison says. “Sean doesn’t want to have sex until he’s married. It’s very important to him,” says a source, who adds that his future bride is respectful of this, too. Sean Lowe is engaged to one of the final four women from this season, but they are waiting until walking down the aisle before they go down that road. Who is it? Follow the above link to find out, but the lucky final rose recipient, who will remain nameless in this post, is reportedly having a hard time waiting. No wonder they’re allegedly planning to wed this summer. “She wasn’t celibate going in to The Bachelor , so it’s a big change,” adds the source of Sean and future Mrs. Sean. “She’s dying to do it. Waiting is tough!” Indeed. The final contestants vying for Lowe’s love are Catherine Giudici, 26, AshLee Frazier, 32, Desiree Hartsock, 26, and Lindsay Yenter, 24. Who do you think he should pick?   Catherine Giudici Desiree Hartsock AshLee Frazier Lindsay Yenter View Poll »

Peter Dinklage Cast in X-Men: Days of Future Past

Just when you thought you could not get any more excited for X-Men: Days of Future Past … Peter Dinklage – the Emmy-winning actor who has sky-rocketed to fame as Tyrion Lannister on HBO’s Game of Thrones – has joined the cast of this wildly anticipated blockbuster. Details on the star’s role are unknown (we presume mutant dwarf Puck), but director Bryan Singer verified the news himself yesterday via Twitter: “Officially like to welcome #PeterDinklage from #GameOfThrones to #XMEN #DaysofFuturePast Very very excited!” The movie will bring back favorites from past installments – such as James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page and Shawn Ashmore – and will reportedly alternate between the 20th and 21st centuries. On the small screen, meanwhile, Dinklage and company return for Game of Thrones Season 3 on March 31.

Chris Brown and Drake: Suing Each Other Over NYC Nightclub Brawl!

Chris Brown and Drake are involved in another brawl … this time legally. They’re suing one another over their nightclub fight last year, when the music stars and their posses got into an all-out MELEE at W.i.P. nightclub in NYC. How does that work, exactly? Well, a French model named Romain Julien is filing suit against Brown, Drake and the club for injuries he says he sustained. In response, both Drake and Chris Brown have filed legal documents basically denying blame for what happened and pointing the guilty finger at the other. No one knows exactly what happened in the Chris Brown-Drake fight , but they each claim they were not to blame for it and say they should not pay damages. Each is asking a judge to formally pin blame on the other guy. Chris and Drake have both been linked to Rihanna, and it is widely believed she played an indirect role in the bottle-throwing insanity that broke out. In addition to tables and broken glass, rumors have been flying about what started it, but it’s hard to say for sure when neither has spoken out about it. This is the first time they’ve gone after each other in court. Interestingly, NBA star Tony Parker is also suing W.i.P. for the eye injury he sustained in the fight, claiming the club was negligent by letting that thug inside . Parker says Brown’s history of violence with Rihanna , Frank Ocean and a Good Morning America window prove W.i.P. should have known better. Oksana Baiul Sues NBC For $5 Million

Oksana Baiul is suing NBC and a skating program producer for $5 million for using her name and likeness to promote two shows that never ended up airing. The 1994 Olympic figure skating gold medalist claims that Disson Skating LLC offered her a deal to perform in two shows that were to air on NBC. Baiul declined, never receiving a contract or signing a promotional deal. Nevertheless, she says her name and likeness were used to advertise the show on two radio websites, and she also was named in a press release. The skater says her reputation was damaged because the incorrect publicity resulted in her being labeled a “no show,” making it harder to get work. That’s where the lawsuit arises. She’s seeking $5 million in damages from NBC Universal and the producer, both of which declined to comment.

Lady Gaga F-Bombs Former Assistant

Lady Gaga’s got gall! In an official video deposition from last August that was uncovered by the New York Post , Lady Gaga went off about her former assistant. The assistant, named Jennifer O’Neill, is suing Gaga over supposed unpaid overtime. How much overtime? 7,168, to the tune of $393,000 plus damages! Yikes! Not that that money means much to Gaga. But apparently she doesn’t like being taken advantage of. “This whole case is bulls–t and you know it,” she said in the video, claiming that O’Neill was a “f–king hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn’t earn.” Gaga was so upset, and so ademant that the suit was bull, that she even offered to pay the money. Just not to O’Neill! “I’m going to give all the money that she wants to my employees that work hard for me now that deserve it.”

Storage Wars Lawsuit: A&E Denies Show is Rigged

The network behind reality series Storage Wars, A&E, is responding to a recent lawsuit filed by star David Hester alleging that the popular show is rigged. A&E is vouching for its show ‘s authenticity as well as questioning Hester’s motives, accusing him of “a transparent attempt to distract from the issues.” Those issues include a dispute between the network and Hester over “improper use of AETN trademarks,” such as catchphrases like “storage warrior.” Yes, really. Also at issue is Hester’s reported attempt to get a new contract; A&E claims he is masquerading as a “crusading whistleblower” to stir up drama. In his Storage Wars lawsuit filed last month, Hester alleged that A&E committed fraud by planting valuable items and memorabilia seen on the show. He also claimed that when he confronted producers about this matter, which he took very seriously, he was unceremoniously fired from the show. David Hester is suing for wrongful termination, breach of contract and unfair business practices, and is seeking $750,000 in damages for his trouble. It doesn’t look like A&E is in a giving mood. This is war, indeed.

Same-Sex Army Wife Banned from Spousal Club at Fort Bragg

A real-life controversy is giving Lifetime’s Army Wives a run for its scandalous money. Ashley Broadway and wife Heather Mack – a lieutenant colonel stationed at Fort Bragg – were married in November, a few months after the repeal of “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell.” But Broadway has been denied membership in a base club for officers’ spouses, with many believing this ban is solely due to her sexual preference. Broadway was told by a representative from the Association of Bragg Officers’ Spouses last week that her application was turned down because she does not possess a military spouse identification card. HOWEVER, this is a brand new rule, according to Babette Maxwell, founder and executive director of Military Spouse Magazine . It was only enacted after Broadway asked to join the club. The club’s bylaws, obtained by NBC News, make it clear this organization accepts “spouses of all commissioned and warrant officers,” even mentioning that the group “will not seek to deprive individuals of their civil rights.” There is no reference in the bylaws to an identification card. Said a tear-filled Broadway of the rejection: “I was really hurt by the denial. Living for years under ‘Don’t Ask Don’t Tell,’ I couldn’t be a part of the military family. After ‘Don’t Ask Don’t Tell,’ I thought, wow, I can finally be part of something, finally give back to the military community in ways other than just writing a check. So it was a blow. A real blow. Here, I thought things were progressing. I was knocked back down.” Broadway and Mack have a two-year old son and the latter is eight months pregnant with their second child. Yesterday, the spouse club wrote on its website: “Our constitution and Bylaws are currently being reviewed. Thank you for your patience during this process. We will have them posted as soon as possible.”
