Donna Summer’s funeral in Tennessee has brought together musical legends from across the world, including famed record producer David Foster. In addition to Summer, he worked with Michael Jackson, the Bee Gees and many other big name acts from the 1970s to the present day. Giorgio Moroder is also present at the funeral, having produced several disco hits with Summer, including “Love to Love You Baby” and “I Feel Love.” Donna Summer died last week at the age of 63. The late singer’s entire family is also at the ceremony, a private event taking place in Nashville (private, though up to 1,000 people are attending). The Queen of Disco will be greatly missed. You don’t see this every day: Anderson Cooper rather abruptly pulled the plug on his own interview with Sarah Burge, a.k.a. Human Barbie, almost as soon as it began. Calling her “dreadful” and nearly at a loss for words, AC couldn’t hide his disdain for Burge, the Guinness World Record holder for most plastic surgeries. We know … we thought Heidi Montag held that too. As she tried to explain, he said, “I gotta be honest … just stop. I’m sorry. I try to be really polite to all my guests, but I just think you’re dreadful.” He added, “I honestly don’t want to talk to you anymore.” Anderson later released a video statement saying he regrets the way things ended and his decision to have her on the show in the first place. The Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons reveals that he is gay and in a long-term relationship in a recent interview with the New York Times . The Times , interviewing Parsons about his Broadway career, mentioned that he is gay and in a 10-year relationship, but did not elaborate. The news is not exactly a surprise: Parsons thanked his presumed partner, Todd Spiewak, at the 2010 Emmys when he won for lead actor. Mostly, the actor spoke about his role Elwood P. Dowd in Broadway’s Harvey . While best known for Sheldon’s classic Big Bang Theory quotes , Parsons praised Dowd as a character desiring to “connect with other people.” Parsons, 39, continued, saying, “The jump-out-of-bed happiness I feel transcends any nerves about taking on a history-laden role.” Elwood P. After the Dancing With the Stars results show Tuesday night, it’s been confirmed that the first-ever all-star edition of the hit show will premiere this fall. Who should compete among the best of the best? Or at least the most talked about? The possibilities over the past 14 seasons are nearly limitless. “We can’t talk about the casting yet, but I’d love to see some of the fan favorites from past seasons,” ABC’s entertainment president Paul Lee said. On last night’s episode, during which Maria Menounos was eliminated, host Tom Bergeron hinted that past DWTS champs would be invited back. TV Guide reported that former contestants Mario Lopez, Gilles Marini, and Mel B could be back. Lopez even admitted he’s in talks with DWTS for it. Season 7 Dancing With the Stars champion and current host Brooke Burke Charvet wouldn’t mind putting her dancing shoes back on, either. “I haven’t danced ballroom since I left that season… I would love to [return],” Burke Charvet confided to Rachael Ray in a recent interview. “And being on the show, it just makes me want to dance again.” Who would you like to see compete among the Dancing With the Stars All-Stars?
