SMH: Bail was set at $10 million this morning for a woman arrested by Philadelphia police and charged with injecting another woman with silicone in an illegal buttocks enhancing procedure. Padge Victoria Windslowe, 42, who has been linked to a death of a British woman following a similar procedure a year ago, also must surrender her passport, the District Attorney’s Office said. Windslowe must post $1 million to get released on bail. A transgender “gothic hip-hop artist” known as the “Black Madam,” Windslowe was arrested Wednesday night at an East Germantown home where she was to host a “pumping party,” police said. When will the baby daddy drama end? Gabriel Aubry wants his 3-year-old daughter Nahla to live in surroundings to which she has become accustomed BUT he wants Halle to pay dearly for it. Via TMZ reports : TMZ has learned what Gabriel wants in the way of $$$ — and it’s a lot. We’ve learned Aubry has filed legal docs asking the family law judge to force Halle to give him $15,000 – $20,000 a month for a proper home. Gabriel has also asked for a laundry list of other things from Halle, including what we’re told is a “very large” amount of money for the little girl’s clothing, as well as money to take the child to Canada to visit his family. We’re told Halle is fighting Gabriel tooth and nail on his request. The hearing on the money issues was scheduled for Monday, but it’s now been put off until April 9, in part because the family law judge wants to see what the dependency judge does to Gabriel. If the dependency judge takes away some of Gabriel’s custody rights, it would have an impact on any child support Halle would have to fork over. It’s a good thing he has that internal ambition, because according to Bryant, he’s gone through his 16-year career without a true rival on the exterior to push him to succeed. “I didn’t have one,” Bryant said after scoring 38 points in the Lakers’ 115-107 win over the Sacramento Kings on Friday. Despite Bryant’s acknowledging that it’s not just another game, he wouldn’t characterize his relationship with LeBron James as a rivalry. “Not for me,” Bryant said. “I get up for everybody just the same, to be honest. It’s hard for me to turn my meter up any higher than it normally is.” OK, Bryant was asked, how about Dwyane Wade? After all, Wade plays shooting guard just as Bryant does, Wade has one Finals MVP trophy to Bryant’s two, and Wade has to be close to as competitive as Bryant or else he wouldn’t have given Bryant that hard foul across the face in the All-Star Game. “He’s too young,” Bryant said. “He’s too young. When I came into the league, he was in elementary school.” Bryant is three years older than Wade, but was already a seven-year veteran when Wade was drafted in 2003. Bryant said it is “a little late in the game” for him to develop a rivalry with any current NBA player, so instead he is chasing names in the record books rather than in box scores from the 2011-12 season. “At this point my rivals, in terms of what I have left to accomplish in my career, (left the game) when Magic (Johnson) and Michael (Jordan) retired in ’98,” Bryant said, referring to the second of Jordan’s three retirements that came after he won his sixth and final championship with the Chicago Bulls. “That’s it. In terms of what I’m looking to accomplish, that’s about it.” The San Antonio Spurs’ Tim Duncan won four championships to Bryant’s five throughout their shared careers, but Bryant said while the Spurs might have qualified as a team rival to his Lakers, Duncan’s individual rivalry came against Shaquille O’Neal as a fellow big man. “He was never in my position,” Bryant said. “He was more Shaq’s rival than mine. As a team, the Spurs were always a team that we had to go through. So from that standpoint, yes, but in terms of personally, no. I’ve outgrown them all, from A.I. (Allen Iverson) when I first came in to (Tracy) McGrady to Vince Carter and so forth and so on.” Bryant said that he developed the desire to win multiple championships from an early age. “It’s always what I want to accomplish,” Bryant said. “That’s what you set your goals at. Growing up, watching them, they’ve always won multiple championships and that was always something that I felt like must be done. So, my goal originally when I was a kid and so forth, and when I was a teenager, always started from gauging them.” Although he makes a valid point, someone is certainly feelin himself wayyyyy to much. According to our sources, Tami Roman and Kesha Nichols got into it last month about halfway through the trip because Tami felt Kesha was talking behind the other girls’ backs. We’re told the two had it out over dinner and Kesha stormed out … leaving her purse behind. Our sources say Tami took the purse and held on to it, hoping Kesha would come retrieve it and they could finish their conversation. But when Kesha found out Tami had retreated back to her hotel room with the purse, we’re told Kesha got hotel security involved. After grabbing the phone of a snap-happy fan , Chris Brown is being called in by 5-0 for a little chat… According to RadarOnline reports : “The Florida State’s Attorney’s Office has asked Chris’ attorney, Mark Geragos, for the opportunity to formally interview Chris,” a source tells RadarOnline.com. “At this point it appears that won’t happen, which isn’t uncommon. The prosecutor handling the case is working with the cops in interviewing the alleged victim and the witnesses. Chris has an attorney for a reason, and Mark is in constant communications with the DA in Miami, it’s not as if Brown has gone on radio silence.” Meanwhile, Brown has told his close friends that he is innocent and has done nothing wrong. “Chris is telling friends that he has done nothing wrong,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. “He is hopeful that the evidence and the true facts of the case will result in no charges being made against him. “Chris is letting his lawyer, Mark Geragos, deal with the Florida State’s Attorney’s Office. He will do whatever his attorney asks him to do. He is no longer in Miami, but if he needs to return for any reason, he certainly will. Chris has nothing to hide.” If Brown is charged, it would be extremely likely that the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office will seek to revoke his probation. “Chris wouldn’t need to be convicted in the Miami case to cause problems with his probation, just charged,” the source tells RadarOnline.com. “The conditions of his felony probation are very, very strict. Chris must obey all laws and not be arrested for any other crimes. This could be a huge nightmare for his probation if he is arrested and charged.
