Between doing some serious damage to her feet and having to travel back and forth from NYC to LA almost daily for practice, Wendy Williams clearly sacrificed plenty for Dancing With The Stars. That didn’t make her a winner though: Wendy became the second contestant to be sent home from this season. Which didn’t really seem to surprise her too much. “Despite the stereotypes, this is one black girl who can’t even do the running man,” Wendy said during her post elimination interview. She’s not too upset about the elimination either. “[I’m] relieved,” Williams added. “I’m getting on a jet plane and going back to everything that’s near and dear to me that I’ve neglected personally for this six-week journey. I have a 10-year-old son and any parent knows that 5th grade and being 10 is a child on the brink! I have a 12-year marriage and a talk show that demands my attention, too.” So now there are two and a half Black people left on the show: Sugar Ray Leonard, Not-So-Little Romeo and Hines Ward. Monday’s Dancing With the Stars brought emotional routines and notable moments, such as Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Kirstie Alley taking a spill, but rising again. As far as scoring was concerned, talk show host Wendy Williams earned the night’s lowest scores – just 15 points out of 30 – for a stiff fox trot with Tony Dovolani. She was well back of the field, but was there a chance voters could propel her past another low flier, like Chris Jericho, to survive another week on DWTS? Follow the jump to see who was eliminated on the results show … Wendy Williams was in fact was eliminated on the results show. While she dubiously (and probably jokingly) was later quoted as saying “we were robbed,” she exited the ballroom gracefully and with trademark humor. There was also an element of relief in this for her. “I’m probably the busiest person in terms of flying back and forth. In addition to that, I have a marriage and a child and a litany of other things,” she said. Silver lining found. Williams thanked the judges and her partner, Tony Dovolani, “for teaching me how to dance,” implying that he accomplished a lot. “Despite stereotypes, this is one black girl who can’t do the running man.” So far, the first two results show have gone according to plan as far as scoring is concerned. On a Personal Story Night that featured a touching dedication by Hines Ward and the fall and rise of Kirstie and Maks , Wendy wasn’t able to inspire quite as well. Her foxtrot to “Last Night a DJ Saved My Life” was subdued, lacking emotion and not particularly smooth, despite how hard she worked. She’s busy Dancing with the Stars. But Kendra Wilkinson has taken time to be angry at the old man. The large-boobed reality star tells E! News she’s ” pissed off ” because she hasn’t received a Save the Date yet for his June 18 wedding to Crystal Harris. “I’m not joking,” Kendra says. “If I don’t get a save the date, I have another wedding to attend that same day… I’m getting kind of antsy because I need to pick which wedding to go to.” Is Hugh Hefner giving Kendra Wilkinson the kiss-off? Kendra is directing her anger at Hef’s bride-to-be more than the senior citizen himself. She says: “Crystal that does the wedding planning. She’s the girl! If she doesn’t give me a save the date soon, I’m going to have to put in my save the date with the other wedding.” It’s a good thing this other wedding is an imaginary threat. Imagine how snubbed the couple being used as a back-up plan would feel otherwise.
