Gabriel Aubry stands accused of not merely shoving the nanny of his three-year old daughter, Nahla, but of doing it while the woman was holding the toddler in her arms. But an insider tells Radar Online this allegation is clearly false because, come on, it just isn’t logical. “Why in the world would Gabriel push the nanny causing her to fall while she was holding his daughter?” a source says . “Gabriel is fiercely protective of Nahla. The nanny tripped, and she fell while holding Nahla. Yes, Gabriel and the nanny were arguing, he felt like his parenting skills were under attack again. Gabriel can’t believe how out of control this situation has become.” It all started on Wednesday, January 18, when Alliance Kamdem alleges she asked Aubry why Nahla was not in school. He reacted in anger and that’s when the pushing/tripping incident took place. Kamdem has since resigned her post, had her request for a restraining order against the model denied and a judge will decide on Monday whether or not Aubry can see Nahla while this investigation is ongoing.
Halle Berry’s nanny was denied a restraining order against Halle’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry , reports TMZ. The nanny is claiming that Gabriel pushed in a door while she was holding his daughter Nahla. The nanny, Alliance Kamdem claimed she feared retaliation by Aubry, but the judge called her petition “insufficient and speculative.” In her declaration, Kamdem also cited an incident in which she claims Gabriel violently pushed her out a door. Kamdem claims during a recent trip to Spain where Halle was shooting a movie: Gabriel “would walk over and violently grab/take Nahla away from me.” She also said Gabriel didn’t like her from the moment she began her duties as a nanny last June. She claims Gabriel said: “You are a spy,” and “Nahla doesn’t like you, she doesn’t want you here.” This is going straight to family court, not a good look for Gabriel! Joan Rivers and Chelsea Handler are in a major feud and Howard Stern is caught in the middle, having hosted the women on his radio show in successive days. Yesterday, in the same interview in which she recalled dumping 50 Cent , Handler was reflecting on her ongoing feud with Rivers. Chelsea’s take, in a nutshell: “What the f**k do I care about Joan Rivers? I don’t think about her ever.” Joan Rivers on Howard Stern According to Joan, the discord began which she claims Chelsea ignored her efforts to say hello at an E! function and was outright rude to her and her daughter. Handler claims Rivers started the feud by making harsh remarks about her in a speech for no reason, unprovoked. It’s unclear what she said allegedly. In any case, Joan appeared on Stern’s Sirius XM show Tuesday morning with daughter Melissa Rivers and went off on Handler, calling her unfunny and worse. Specifically, she alluded to Chelsea’s relationship with E! CEO Ted Harbert. “Number one, the girl made it on her back f**king the president, we all know that, of the network. Number two, she’s fine, she’s ordinary,” Rivers told Stern. “She’s not a genius,” Joan said. “She’s an ordinary girl that was f**king somebody high up in the industry and they gave her a break and she’s doing okay.” “Whatever she is, she’s a drunk. Sick of living with his estranged wife at his Dallas, Texas, residence, NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders filed papers last week to have Pilar thrown out of their home, according to TMZ . From Deion’s perspective, his home is his “separate property,” property that he owns independently from Pilar. And with Pilar having signed a pre-nuptial agreement, Deion believes she should not continue to reside at the estate. Pilar has reportedly been trying to get the pre-nup she originally signed thrown out, because, she claims, she was forced to sign it under duress. Still, Deion maintains that Pilar was fully aware of what she was signing and “should be ordered to vacate the residence” immediately. Deion also wants Pilar brought to task on violating their county’s rules of conduct. TMZ reports: [As a resident of Collin County, when divorcing, one cannot]: – Disturb the peace of the children – Make disparaging remarks about the other or their family – Talk about the divorce in front of the kids Deion and Pilar’s divorce has been contentious from the beginning. Chaos broke out after an arraignment Saturday afternoon in downtown Detroit. Words were exchanged between the families of the victim and the defendant as they exited the courthouse. A woman connected to the defendant grabbed a tripod from our sister station WXYZ-TV, slammed it into the cement and ripped one of the legs off. As the argument rolled on, the woman brandished the tripod leg and then made a threat. “Stand back cameraman, because I’m going to kill these [EXPLETIVE]“, the woman said. The wild scene took place minutes after 35-year-old Jacob Wells was arraigned on murder charges. He is accused of shooting and killing 21-year-old nursing student Claudia Benson last weekend outside a Detroit bar and grill. The families of both the victim and the defendant were in court. No punches were thrown, and there were attempts to quell the fighting. Eventually, both sides went their separate ways. Court security would not come outside, telling WXYZ that outside the building is not their responsibility. 911 was called, but the fight had broken up by the time Detroit police arrived. “She attacked us,” said Alecha Benson, Claudia Benson’s mother. “They’re a bunch of maniacs and animals to do this, no remorse at all.” The woman who destroyed the tripod was last seen walking down Madison Street twirling the tripod leg. WXYZ did fill out a police report. “I just want justice,” Benson said. “I want them to throw the book at him for what he did to my daughter.
Gabriel Aubry could be in major trouble with the law. The Canadian model, who shares custody of three-year old Nahla with Halle Berry, is under investigation for allegedly screaming at his nanny last week and shoving her out a door… while the woman cradled the child in her arms. According to a police report published by TMZ, Aubry kept Nahla home from school last Wednesday, unbeknownst to the nanny. When she arrived at Gabriel’s house and asked why the tyke was not in class, Berry’s ex supposedly went off on her: “You’re the f*cking nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f*cking know anything.” He then pushed her out the door. The nanny filed a complaint and authorities are investigating Aubry for misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery. Child services is also looking into the incident. Last week, a report surfaced that in light of the birth of his daughter Blue Ivy Carter , Jay-Z would no longer be referring to women as bitches in his lyrics. The story was met with universal praise. Too bad it was false. Jay-Z personally told the New York Daily News that the story was fake . While he did not formally announce that he will continue to call women bitches, by denying the contrary, implicitly, the message is that he may continue to do so at will. The words attributed to Jay-Z may have been fake, but the response of countless fans to what they thought was his change of direction was still very real. Is it wrong for the new father to continue to use the word “bitch” (among other more choice words)? When Blue’s mom is such a champion of strong girls? Jay is far from the only rapper to face such criticism, of course. Eminem, a father of multiple daughters, has defiantly said that music is art and his lyrics are not a reflection of him as a person or the way he treats women. Still, for a lyrical maestro like Jay, would anyone object if he omitted a few degrading terms? Should he be expected to, considering what his craft is?
