Baby Lisa Disappearance: Deborah Bradley Video Raises Questions

The man seen on a surveillance tape shopping with the missing Baby Lisa Irwin’s mother has been identified as the woman’s brother, according to a news report. Deborah Bradley and her brother were purchasing wine for a family event at the Festival Foods near her home in Kansas City, Mo., family members tell KCTV5. Bradley was seen in the video around 5 p.m. October 3, the same night she said she last saw her baby. Her brother was seen shopping alongside her on tape. According to the station, local police have interviewed the brother and determined that he wasn’t involved in the shocking disappearance of 10-month-old Lisa. The little girl went missing just hours after the shopping trip, triggering an investigation that has led nowhere and already taken several bizarre twists. Bradley was interviewed by authorities and fears she’ll be arrested “any moment,” a relative says, but so far no charges have been filed against anyone. Bradley and baby Lisa’s father, Jeremy Irwin, reported her missing about 4 a.m. Oct. 4. Bradley said she last checked on her daughter about 10:30 p.m. The couple says Lisa was kidnapped from her crib while she was sleeping. Meanwhile, officials are questioning the credibility of Bill Stanton, a private investigator who said someone brought him on to conduct an investigation. Area licensed private investigators say they have filed a complaint with the state licensing board since Stanton is not licensed to work in Missouri.

Casey Anthony Deposed, Pleads the Fifth in Zanny the Nanny Lawsuit

Disguised and appearing via video link, Casey Anthony was deposed Saturday morning in a defamation suit filed against her by Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez. Gonzalez claims she is unemployed and ostracized because Anthony originally told police that a woman with the same name kidnapped her daughter, Caylee. Investigators proved that Gonzalez had nothing whatsoever to do with the case and that Casey fabricated Zanny the Nanny , but the damage was done. So claims Gonzalez, who is suing her for defamation. In this weekend’s deposition, Casey Anthony answered few questions and her attorney repeatedly invoked her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. Attorney John Morgan , who represents Gonzalez, said Casey wore a Philadelphia Philllies cap, “gigantic sunglasses” and what appeared to be a long, dark wig. “She clearly did not want to be there,” Morgan said in response to a question about the acquitted murder suspect’s mood, but was “composed” and “courteous.” Casey Anthony’s location was not revealed . Anthony answered general questions, such as whether she was present during her trial and whether she was in court for her attorney’s opening statement. But more specific questions, predictably, were shut down and met with the Fifth Amendment assertion by Casey’s Orlando-based attorney, Charles Greene. “Deep breathing, nostrils flaring,” Morgan said of her demeanor. The questioning lasted about 45 minutes. “We didn’t want to turn this into a 2-hour circus.” “We asked enough questions and got her to invoke the Fifth enough times that we feel we can file a motion to a judge to compel her to answer [more].” “We didn’t want to go bit by bit through [all the Anthony case details such as] the trunk and the chloroform; that would have served no purpose.” Morgan plans to file said motion in the next week. She is in Florida serving probation in a check fraud case. Other than that, little is known about Anthony’s whereabouts, or what she’s been up to lately. We know she’s not working or in school .

Six Things You May Have Done That You Will Regret

In life we’re expected to live and learn. You can’t grow if you don’t make mistakes. While mistakes are needed for us to learn about life and even about ourselves, there are things we should and should not do to ensure we don’t have a life full of regrets. Yeah, yeah, yeah the saying goes ‘No regrets. Just lessons learned’ but that saying can’t be applied to everything in our lives. And the truth is how many people do you know who consider everything in their lives phenomenal lessons and have never uttered the words “I wish I wouldn’t have…”? Don’t worry I’ll wait. Some hasty decisions made in the spur of the moment can make for some story-telling, regretful decisions later down the line. Yet at the time ‘down the line’ is the last thing on our minds. If only we would have known then, what we know now, the story may have played out differently. Check out 6 things that you will probably regret later at MadameNoire.com

Get Your Life Together: Three Months After Skating On Murder Charges, Casey Anthony Is Unemployed And Back In A Courtroom

This heifer… You would think after all those months in jail and the loss of her daughter, and arguably being given a second chance at life that she shouldn’t have gotten, Casey Anthony would be doing her best to live right, right? Nope. Casey Anthony showed up to her monthly probation meeting yesterday evening and is living a typical American life: She has no money, no job, and she’s been drinking, according to the Florida Department of Corrections. As we’ve mentioned before, Anthony’s terms of probation allow her to drink alcohol, but she’s not allowed to “consume alcoholic beverages to the extent that your normal faculties are impaired.” According to the DOC, Anthony “says she did not drink to excess” and didn’t do any illegal drugs either. Although Anthony’s terms of probation stipulate that she must “work diligently at a lawful occupation,” she’s not, even though she’s been offered $500,000 to work for Larry Flynt. The DOC says she’s not attending vocational or educational classes either, so exactly WTF she’s doing is anyone’s guess. “Currently, no violations have been noted,” the DOC says. “Her probation officer continues to supervise her based on the conditions set forth by the court.” And her money problems are probably about to get worse: Casey is currently being sued by the woman who’s life has been destroyed by Casey’s lying. Disguised in sunglasses and a baseball cap, Casey Anthony was deposed Saturday for a civil lawsuit that accuses her of ruining another woman’s reputation. Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez used videoconferencing to question Anthony, who was at an undisclosed location in Florida. John Morgan, who is representing Gonzalez, said he asked Anthony about the disappearance of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. Anthony told detectives in 2008 that Caylee had been kidnapped by a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez. Detectives said no such baby sitter existed. Morgan’s client, who has the same name as the fictional baby sitter, has sued Anthony, claiming her reputation was ruined. Anthony answered few questions and her attorney, Charles Greene, repeatedly invoked the Fifth Amendment, Morgan said. The Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects witnesses from being forced to incriminate themselves. “I think there were times where some of the questions irritated her,” Morgan said, pointing to questions about her mother and father, and her brother’s testimony. Morgan said Anthony tried to disguise herself by wearing a Philadelphia Phillies baseball cap and long, thick black hair that appeared to be from a wig. She also wore a large pair of Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses, Morgan said. He described her as “not happy to be there.” She couldn’t even make up a fake name that wasn’t going to f*** her life up? Get it together, Casey. Source 1 Source 2

It’s A Dirty, Dirty World: 10 Countries Where Humans Are Speeding Up The End Of Days With Pollution

We’ve seen enough crazy weather in the last 12 months to no longer have to question whether or not global warming exists. But contrary to what some would have you believe, the US didn’t single-handedly destroy the environment with our love of S.U.V.s and penchant for waste. The World Health Organization just conducted a study to see who the biggest polluters are across the globe. The WHO study looked at air quality in 91 countries, measured by the amount of PM10 particles per cubic meter. PM10 particles are particles of 10 micrometers or less that can cause diseases and infections. According to the WHO, PM10 levels above 20 micrograms per cubic meter can cause health risks. The top ten most polluted countries have PM10 levels from six times to 14 times that level. Dayum! Which countries managed to hit those levels? And where does the U.S. fall in all of this? Flip through to find out.

The Side-Eye: Bethenny Frankel’s Mom Talks Some Yang About Her And Says She’ll Be Getting Divorced Soon?!?!

If you know anything about Bethenny , you know her mom is a prime candidate for “Epitome Of A Bad Mother!” Instead of wishing her success now that she is ballin’ out of control, Bethenny’s mom has been talking yang about her saying how “Skinnygirl Margarita” was her idea and how her daughter is headed for inevitable divorce. SMH. According to Radar Online reports: Not only is Bethenny Frankel headed for a divorce, according to her estranged mother, but she also told Star magazine that the Skinnygirl Margarita concept was her idea! Bethenny married Jason Hoppy a year and a half ago and the two had their first child just two months later, but Bethenny’s mother, Bernadette Birk, thinks the relationship will crumble when her daughter can’t gain anything else from it. “Right now, he is a good father, but soon she won’t need him and she will dump him,” Bernadette exclusively told Star in their issue on newsstands now. “Her husband seems like a really nice guy, but it won’t last. He is really too weak for her.” And thanks to Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Margarita mix, the former Real Housewives of New York star snagged the #3 spot on Forbes’ list of Hollywood’s Highest-Earning Women with an income of $55 million — but Bernadette claims Bethenny stole the mix idea from her. “When she was young, her godmother, Eleanor Mogavero, would come and visit, and her drink of choice was a margarita. She was overweight, so I’d make her really low-fat ones,” said Bernadette. “But [Bethenny] would never give anyone credit, it goes against her narcissistic point of view.” Bernadette told Star that she’s only spoken to her daughter twice in the last 10 years and that Bethenny puts money and her success before everything else. “She sells everything because money and power is No. 1 for her, and there is never enough,” says Bernadette. “She only puts herself around people who can do something for her. It is amazing how she turned out just like her father.” SMH damn… what is that smell??? Is that hate in the air? Bethenny’s mom is a straight wankster. And we have three words for her. Ho. Sit. Down.

Eff A Thug: The State Of North Carolina Wants To Murk Shaniya Davis’ Killer!

We don’t generally support the death penalty but in this case we’re opposed for different reasons. We don’t think Shaniya Davis’ murderer deserves a quick clean death, instead we think a “Deliverance” style slow murking at the hands of a cellmate named Bubba with six neck rolls and a red hot sausage might be more appropriate. In any case, the fate of this heartless muhfugga should be decided very soon: A judge has cleared the way for prosecutors to seek the death penalty against the man accused of killing 5-year-old Shaniya Davis in 2009. Prosecutors, however, told Superior Court Judge Jim Ammons in a hearing this afternoon that they do not intend to seek the death penalty for her mother, Antoniette Davis, 27, who is accused of giving up her daughter to pay off a drug debt. Mario Andrette McNeill, 31, and Davis are both charged with first-degree murder in Shaniya’s death. Prosecutors intend to seek the death penalty against McNeill because of two aggravating factors – that he is accused of killing Shaniya during the commission of a rape and kidnapping and that the crime was “especially heinous, atrocious and cruel,” District Attorney Billy West said. West said in court that Antoniette Davis owed McNeill a $200 drug debt and that she was unwilling to have sex with him to pay it off. Instead, she offered her 5-year-old daughter to settle the debt, he said. “This is a case of a rape and/or sex offense against a 5-year-old victim who was helpless to prevent her asphyxiation,” West said. “Her body was left in a ditch after she was asphyxiated and this was done, allegedly, by someone she knew and perhaps even trusted.” McNeill’s lawyers did not contest the prosecutors’ bid to proceed with the case as a capital trial, saying only they did not agree with the prosecution’s position. “We would like the record to show we don’t agree or concur with the DA’s aggravating factors,” defense lawyer Harold “Butch” Pope told the judge. Ammons granted the prosecution’s request to proceed with the case capitally. It sounds like this dude is about to be put to his death, we don’t see how he wouldn’t be convicted, based on the hotel security alone. Shaniya’s mom’s case is a lil more complicated though. Keep reading for details on that.

For Discussion: Does President Obama Owe George Bush And His Administration An Apology??

Former Vice-President Dick Cheney and his daughter Liz seem to think so… Former Vice President Dick Cheney praised the Obama administration Sunday for using a drone strike to kill American-born Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, but said President Barack Obama should now reverse past criticism of former President George W. Bush’s actions against suspected terrorists. Al-Awlaki — an American whose fluency in English and technology made him one of the top terrorist recruiters in the world — was killed Friday in Yemen, according to U.S. and Yemeni government officials. The strike also killed Samir Khan, an American of Pakistani origin, and two others who were in the same vehicle as al-Awlaki, said the U.S. official, who was briefed by the CIA. Khan specialized in computer programming for al Qaeda and authored the terror network’s online magazine, Inspire. “I think it was a very good strike. I think it was justified,” Cheney told CNN’s Candy Crowley on “State of the Union.” But “I’m waiting for the administration to go back and correct something they said two years ago when they criticized us for ‘overreacting’ to the events of 9/11.” To further his argument Chaney and his daughter Liz go on to say: The Obama administration has “clearly … moved in the direction of taking robust action when they feel it is justified,” Cheney said. Cheney’s daughter, Liz Cheney, went a step further, saying Obama “in effect said that we had walked away from (America’s) ideals.” “I think he did tremendous damage,” Liz Cheney said. “I think he slandered the nation and I think he owes an apology to the American people.” What say you? Has Barack Obama proved to be a hypocrite? Source
