Pretty much everything you see from Teresa Giudice on television is fake. But a new report claims this Real Housewife of New Jersey and her husband, Joe, could be in some serious trouble. Simply put, an insider tells The National Enquirer : “I think Teresa and Joe will lose their kids if they don’t clean up their act.” That act allegedly includes violent outbursts and alcohol-fueled benders. Joe, according to this tabloid, even took a spill and bloodied his mouth recently… while holding young daughter Gia. “If Teresa had any brains at all, she wouldn’t leave her girls alone with Joe when he’s drinking,” said the mole. “It’s an accident waiting to happen. Child Protection Services needs to watch a few episodes and they’d see for themselves that there’s enough evidence to use in a child neglect case.” The couple has four daughters – Gia, 10, Gabriella, 7, Milania, 5 and Audriana, 2 – and has faced multiple legal issues over the last year or so. In January, for instance, Joe had to pay a former business partner $260,000 because he forged his name on a mortgage document. He was also arrested in March .

It’s a great time to be Scotty McCreery. The American Idol champion releases his debut album (“Clear as Day”) in a week and has also just announced that he’ll tour with country superstar Brad Paisley in 2012! Scotty McCreery in Concert Cities, dates and other details will soon be released, but Scotty has Tweeted how “it’s really humbling that somebody like him would invite me to tour w/ him,” adding: “I just hope i’m ready for any pranks he throws my way.” Since he was crowned the season 10 winner in May, McCreery’s exclusive Wal-Mart CD has sold 185,000 copies, and his first single, “ I Love You This Big ,” reached number 15 on Billboard‘s Country Songs chart. Far from shabby for the young artist.

The story goes like this: Kutcher partied with Leal, 23, at a San Diego nightclub on September 23rd. He then slept with her at that city’s Hardrock hotel later that evening. The next day was Ashton and Demi’s six-year wedding anniversary, which the pair spent alone, 3,000 miles apart, because Moore was promoting Five , her Lifetime original movie (above). The actress expressed her own mysterious thoughts on the cheating rumor last week, Tweeting: “When we are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.” Perhaps if these two spent more time actually communicating, and less time speaking randomly to the public via 140 characters or fewer, they wouldn’t be in the predicament. SMH at JCPenney: JCPenney has pulled a controversial shirt from its website that consumers declared “sexist.” The girls’ shirt reads: “I’m too pretty to do homework so my brother has to do it for me.” “We’ve immediately discontinued sales of that T-shirt. It was only online,” Ann Marie Bishop, a spokeswoman for JCPenney, told ABCNews.com. ”We agreed that the shirt does not deliver an appropriate message.” The shirt was being marketed to girls between the ages of 7 and 16, for the price of $9.99. A caption next to photos of the shirt read: “Who has time for homework when there’s a new Justin Bieber album out? She’ll love this tee that’s just as cute and sassy as she is.” Soon after the shirt went online, outraged customers began making noise, and the online petition website Change.org put up a notice with the message: “Stop selling clothing with sexist messages for girls.” How many parents would have actually purchased this shirt for their daughters?? Calling all Warlocks: we know when and where you can party with Charlie Sheen. Following his live show in NYC on April 8, the actor will host a shindig in Carlstadt, New Jersey, a town with a population of around 6,000 that typically employs three police officers per shift. But, as TMZ reports , the police department will be extra careful with the gathering at Dragonfly nightclub. At least 10 officers will be brought in to handle crowd and traffic control. Combing this news with the latest security fears from Denise Richards, at least Sheen’s antics are resulting in extra work around the country. Still, there has to be a safer, less insane way to create jobs, doesn’t there? Meanwhile, if you wish to see Sheen on TV and not in person, circle April 12 on your calendar. On that date, the star will play a role on Drew Carey’s Improv-A-Ganza . It airs on the Game Show Network and the appearance dates back to January, when Charlie joined the show’s cast on stage for a performance at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
