If you read my previous post…you will know that I hate endorsing these Victoria’s Secret girls….only because I know that I am feeding into their marketing scam that makes them billions….but the problem is seeing pics of Maryna Linchuk on set having her bikini bottoms eaten by her ass…is just too exciting for the average, simple, pervert like me to ignore….there’s this thing called pussy that rules over me…that controls my decision making…and that makes me do really stupid things…and I guess Victoria’s Secret gets that….cuz they bring the pussy right….motherfuckers. Nadya Suleman is in rehab . That much is certain. But how did she end up there? Did Michael Lohan really play a role in her decision to seek help? The Octomom released a statement to E! News today clarifying the move and who was behind it. “I chose to seek treatment after consulting with my manager regarding my recent use of Xanax, which was prescribed by my physician for panic attacks,” Suleman said . “There were no other people involved with me entering treatment other than my manager and myself. “There was no intervention that took place. I am working in therapy every day with my doctors and therapists regarding the origin of these attacks so as not to have to rely on medications to handle it. I am paying for my own treatment; I am finding my voice here.” Let’s hope so. The woman does have 14 kids to take care of.

And to think that Condé Nast didn’t even employ African-Americans back in the day! Big steps were made when Keija Minor was named the Editor-in-Chief of Brides magazine. This makes her The First person of color to ever hold the title at a Condé Nast Publications mag. How’s that for slow progress?! In case you didn’t know, Condé Nast Publications is privately owned and produces 18 magazines including Vogue, Glamour, Vanity Fair and GQ. It’s been printing publications since 1909 and Thank God…it only took them 103 years to get a black Editor-In-Chief! We’re thankful Kieja (the former EIC at Uptown mag) didn’t get side-stepped in the decision to promote her at the magazine after the EIC spot was vacant this past month (her former boss, Anne Fulenwider, went over to be the new editor-in-chief of Marie Claire). This is great news but it’s taking a lot longer to get break down the walls in industries like this one. Brides is famous for their overwhelming white covers and we can only hope this move prompts other publications to have a more diverse POV. Images via Brides/Uptown
Andy Roddick announced this afternoon at a press conference that he will retire from professional tennis after this year’s U.S. Open, which is currently underway in New York City. Asked why he’s calling it quits, Roddick simply pointed to a gallery of Brooklyn Decker photos and reminded reporters that stepping away will allow him to spend more time with his wife. Just kidding. “It’s a matter of how I feel, and if I feel I can compete at the highest level,” he actually said of his decision. Roddick owns 32 career titles and won the U.S. Open in 2003 for his only major title. He’s currently ranked No. 22 in the world. The American star has banked $20 million in career prize money and enjoys a host of endorsements. He has also battled knee, ankle, shoulder and back injuries in recent years. And, oh, did we mention he’s married to Brooklyn Decker ? Hard to blame the guy for walking away. The 30-year old plays Bernard Tomic in the second round on Friday night at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Let’s all cheer him on during this final run.

Natalie Wood’s death certificate has been changed to reflect some of the uncertainties and lingering questions surrounding the actress’ drowning. The document was amended earlier this month and shifts her death from an accidental drowning to “drowning and other undetermined factors .” The document states that circumstances of how Wood ended up in the waters off Catalina Island in November 1981 are ” not clearly established .” The changes occur nine months after sheriff’s homicide investigators renewed their inquiry into Wood’s death shortly before its 30th anniversary. Chief of Detectives William McSweeney said the decision to amend the death certificate was made by the coroner’s office. He wouldn’t go into detail. “I would just say undetermined is descriptive,” he said. McSweeney said detectives still have work to do on the case, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that a major shift is coming or necessarily ever will. “We don’t close these cases,” he said. “These cases have active periods and more passive periods. We’re moving toward the end of an active period.” Conflicting versions of what happened to Wood that night have cast suspicion on her actor-husband Robert Wagner , but he is not a suspect.
