Ty, that’s one hell of a misunderstanding. Ty Lawson And Girlfriend Say Arrest Was A Misunderstanding According to TMZ Denver Nuggets player Ty Lawson and his girlfriend say their domestic violence arrests this past weekend were a GIANT misunderstanding — and they’re still together. Ty and “Bad Girls Club” star Ashley King spent 3 days in jail after being arrested Saturday morning for domestic violence, stemming from a fight at Ty’s Denver home. Now sources close to the couple tell TMZ … they simply had a bad night and the arrest was a misunderstanding. They are back at home, still together and focused on moving forward. Ty and Ashley are due back in court Friday for their arraignment — when they’re hoping to put the entire case behind them. Sorry, ya’ll need more people.

Brutality: Three People Beat Man Who Photobombed Their Picture So Bad He Suffers Permanent Blindness In His Right Eye And Internal Bleeding

There has to be more to the story. Three People Assault Man That Photobombed Picture According to The NY Daily News Watch where you step or you might walk into a photobomb beat down. Three people in Denver face charges for beating a man unconscious after he stepped into frame for one of their photos, authorities said. The unidentified victim, 30, suffered facial damage, intracranial hemorrhaging and permanent blindness in his right eye, reported The Denver Channel. In the early morning hours of May 11, that man accidentally stepped into the shot outside a bar and infuriated Bryanna Warren, 25, who started arguing with and pushing the man, according to an arrest affidavit. He pushed back to get Warren off him and walked away. But Warren and Lindsye Newton, 25, allegedly trailed him and continued to lob insults. The man eventually pushed them both away, at which point Terrell Moore, 27, allegedly punched him unconscious. A police officer says he witnessed the blow and tried to protect the sprawled out man, but Newton kept pummeling him with her purse, even though he was already out cold, The Denver Channel said. Moore is charged with second-degree assault causing serious bodily injury. Newton and Warren are each charged with third-degree assault on an at-risk adult “for allegedly continuing to assault the victim while he was lying unconscious on the ground,” the district attorney’s office said in a news release. Moore’s bond was set at $10,000, Newton’s was set at $5,000 and Warren’s was set at $2,000. They are scheduled to appear in Denver County Courtroom Aug. 22 and 23. So the man photobombed your picture….was it really worth almost beating the man to death?

Fantasy Football Draft 2013: Let’s Run Em Back!

In the first of our fantasy football draft guides , THG tackled the position of quarterback. There’s basically Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees… and then everyone else. Running back, meanwhile, follows a similar pattern. A year after nearly breaking the all-time mark for yards in a season, Adrian Peterson is the most obvious top pick in some time. But filling out the rest of the Top 10 gets a bit tricky… Adrian Peterson : He will not reach his goal this year of 2,500 yards. But, barring injury, he may very well threaten the record once again, while crossing the end zone well over 10 times. The guy is Minnesota’s entire offense. Ray Rice : More about consistency than anything else. You don’t want to bungle a first round pick and Rice rarely get injured, while producing year in and year out. Arian Foster : More potential for a huge year than Rice, but injury prone. We’d be shocked if he played 16 games. Marshawn Lynch : The Beast! An injury to new wide receiver Percy Harvin simply means more carries per game for a back finally getting his due. Jamaal Charles : Does your league give extra points for touchdowns of 40 years or more? Then this is your man. Will break a long one every other game and is an able pass catcher as well. Stevan Ridley : This may be a bit high. But who is Tom Brady gonna throw to this season? Ridley scored at least 13 points (basic ESPN League scoring) in 9 of 16 games last season and that was before Wes Welker went to Denver and Aaron Hernandez probably killed someone. Doug Martin : Over 1,400 yards and 11 scores last year. He’s young and only on his way up. LeSean McCoy : With Chip Kelly running the offense, look for the Eagles to average more plays than any team in the league. And that means A LOT of touches for McCoy. Trent Richardson : Probably the best candidate to have a breakout season. But can’t put anyone on Cleveland in our top 5 until we see it. Alfred Morris : Possible sophomore slump alert, but with Washington likely to ease RGIII back into things, safe to assume they’ll be running the ball often.

According to former football great Willie McGinest, Justin Bieber is a great neighbor . And according to our very own eyeballs, Justin Bieber has an amazing six-pack. Hot damn! The singer posted a pair of shirtless photos on Instagram yesterday, following a stop on his Believe tour in Denver, not bothering to include a caption with either because… come on. What is there to say about a body such as this? No wonder Bieber’s fans will stick with him through thick, thin and parking in handicapped spots . “Thank you Denver! One of the best shows of the tour. Crowd was LOUD tonight. Thank u #blessed #believetour,” Bieber posted on his Twitter page after the show. He then left for Oklahoma City, where he planned to give back to victims of the devastating May tornado . “we got OKC tonight,” he wrote on Twitter. “held 200 tickets for students from some of the schools recently destroyed. hope they enjoy the show.” We have no doubt they did. She’s signed to Wilhelmina Denver, which in the event you don’t know, is not a major agency, despite Denver being the fashion center of the fucking world…. So these pictures of her in her bathing suit, should really be her in New York working for free for some trendy photographer’s personal collection, because that’s how trendy photographers get laid, it’s not the fact that they make millions on the corporate jobs, but rather the eagerness of young hot girls with a dream. I guess this Colorado chick, is just a little more Christian than that, at least for now…but I predict, as I do with all models, and that I am right about with all models, making it hardly a prediction and more a waiting out the inevitable, that we will see this girl’s nipples soon enough…and in the mean time here she is wet…

Kanye West Spazzes On Photographer The Kardashians may think Kanye’s tantrums are cute now, but when he pulls a Chris Brown and starts busting Kimmy Cakes’ head down to the white meat, they will stop at nothing to ruin his career. You know those Kardashians are ruthless. According to TMZ Looking like a Sith lord, Kanye West spent some quality 1-on-1 time with his baby’s mama’s mama Kris Jenner in Los Angeles today … and shocker, he wasn’t in a very friendly mood! Kanye made it clear he didn’t wanna talk right from the start … and Kris, obviously aware of Kanye’s explosive temper, playfully (or nervously) signaled to the photo to back off before K blew his top. Thankfully, the photog took Kris’ warning … and no one was hurt in the making of this clip. It’s the first time we’ve seen Kanye out in public since the birth of his daughter North. It’s a wrap! Aaron Hernandez Denied Bail, Charged With Murder And 5 Gun-Related Charges According to TMZ reports : NFL star and murder suspect Aaron Hernandez has just been denied bail … meaning he’ll rot behind bars until his trial … and that could take forever. Hernandez was present in court today for a bail review hearing, where his lawyer begged the judge to release Hernandez from custody while he awaits trial. But the judge wasn’t moved by his arguments — that Hernandez is an upstanding citizen and family man with no flight risk — claiming the prosecution already had very strong evidence that Hernandez had committed the crime. As for the evidence … the prosecutor went through the entire timeline leading up to the murder of Odin Lloyd earlier this month, including matching shell casings found at the murder scene and inside Hernandez’ rental car. He also mentioned the photo TMZ posted last night — showing Hernandez brandishing a glock in the mirror 4 years ago — claiming it’s possible the murder weapon was also a glock. The prosecutor said they’d be seeking the max sentence for Hernandez … life without parole. Hernandez’ fiancee — who was also present in court — was inconsolable when the judge issued her decision to keep the NFL star behind bars. As we reported, Hernandez was remanded into custody yesterday following his arraignment and was ordered to be held WITHOUT bail. Hernandez has been charged with murder in the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd. He’s also been hit with 5 gun-related charges. It could be months — even a year — before Hernandez gets his trial. Welp, there you have it. Peace, playa, it’s been real.

Father Runs Over His 2 Yr Old Flees The Scene of Accident No License Child with Severe Head Injuries.Danielle Hernandez-Woodall says she can’t understand how the father of her four children could leave, after running over their almost 2-year-old son Friday. “The whole thing was an accident, but the choice that he made afterwards to leave was not okay. He didn’t know if he was alive or dead,” Hernandez-Woodall said. Denver, Colorado police arrested Ross Bobby McCoy over the weekend. He is now facing child abuse charges. The 24-year-old mother of 7-year-old twins, a 4-year-old boy and almost 2-year-old Zayden said that doctors expected her son to be OK. “He says ‘awi’ and he holds his head, and he holds his neck,” she said. “He wants to be outside all the time, now that they allowed us to be outside.” youtube
