According to NY Magazine: Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are divorcing, they’ve announced in a GOOP post entitled “Conscious Uncoupling.” They write: It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate. We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate. Well, they gave it the old college try. Maybe she can ask BFF Beysus and “Uncle Jay” for some advice on how to put her marriage back together.

SMH… A semi-naked man has been charged with burglary in Calhoun, Georgia. Police received a call around 6 a.m. Monday from a home on Garden Hills Drive. A woman says a partially nude man broke into her home and tried to force his way into her son’s bedroom. The suspect was identified as 30-year-old Jarrett Bolton. David drops the needle on his marriage… David Guetta And Wife Of 20 Years Divorce Via HuffPo reports: David Guetta and wife, Cathy, have called it quits after more than 20 years of marriage. The couple’s divorce was finalized in a Paris court, TMZ reports . The pair met and married in the early ’90s and have two children together. Neither parties were present at the hearing and the reason for their divorce is unknown. The Grammy Award-winning music producer is worth an estimated $30 million and has worked with the likes of Madonna, Ludacris, and the Black Eyed Peas. News of the split comes just a few short years after the couple renewed their vows in August 2012 on the island of Ibiza. 20 plus years is very impressive especially for a huge international DJ and music producer. SMH !! Man Stopped For Speeding And Tells Cops He’s On Way To Kill Friend Alberto Moreno drove past an officer at such high speed, the officer just saw a blur and felt his car shake. Another law officer said Moreno’s pick-up went “so fast that a speed was unable to be determined.” Via TCPalm reports: When investigators on Feb. 18 finally stopped Moreno, 45, in Fort Pierce, he slurred out “that he was on his way to kill his friend for screwing him over earlier that day and that he knew he was speeding and all over the road as well as drunk,” a recently released arrest affidavit states. Moreno, whose shirt was inside out and backwards, smelled of booze. He said he’d been imbibing all day, saying he’d just come from his house where he’d quaffed a half dozen beers. While investigators couldn’t determine the speed Moreno’s pick-up was traveling, it likely did not make the jump to light speed, something only select space ships, such as the Millennium Falcon, are capable. Investigators asked Moreno whether he’d complete field sobriety exercises. He said he’d be glad to, and stepped out of his GMC pick-up, losing his balance. After performing field sobriety exercises, Moreno, of the 200 block of Southwest Tulip Boulevard in Port St. Lucie, was arrested on a DUI charge. He evidently didn’t make it to his friend’s house. Judge Denies YouTube Founder’s Motion To Dismiss Lawsuit If these two are suing over someone leaking the proposal video, we can only imagine what will happen if someone leaks the wedding footage. Someone might lose a leg. According to Radar Online: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are one step closer to a multi-million-dollar pay day. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that a judge has denied YouTube founder Chad Hurley‘s last-ditch attempt to get the couple’s lawsuit against him dismissed before going to trial. Kardashian and West are suing Hurley for leaking a video of their engagement on his website, Mixbit, allegedly in violation of a contract he signed at the event. Hurley had filed a motion to strike the suit under California’s anti-SLAPP statutes, but according to court documents filed on March 18 and obtained by Radar, Judge Ruth Kwan denied that request, as well as his request for attorney’s fees. The motion to strike the suit was ultimately denied on the grounds that Hurley “benefitted from” posting West and Kardashian’s engagement video, “at [Kanye and Kim’s] expense,” the documents state. The couple have argued that Hurley’s leak endangered their previously established agreements to exclusively license footage of the event, and to air it on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. He died defending his daughter from some low life. So sad. Man Dies Defending Daughter’s Honor Against Racial Slurs We hope the racist scumbag who did this gets hard time. According to Chicago Tribune: Every weekday, Masharah Tingling says her dad would walk her to her school and be waiting for her when classes finished up. But on Wednesday afternoon, their ritual went terribly wrong when the two were confronted by a man with a lengthy criminal record on a Rogers Park street, according to Chicago police and Cook County prosecutors. When the man hurled a racial epithet at them, Michael Tingling pulled his 15-year-old daughter behind him, authorities said. The man then struck her father in the chest, he tried to defend himself but moments later he collapsed in a nearby business and was rushed to the hospital in full cardiac arrest, according to prosecutors. Michael Tingling, 59, was pronounced dead at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston less than a hour. According to the mother, Firek “stared at them, looked at her up and down, and her dad grabbed her, put her behind him and he told him, ‘You need to walk away.’“The guy was just standing there grinning,” she said. In court, prosecutors said Tingling had pulled his daughter behind him after Firek had stopped in their path and asked, “What (N-word)?” Authorities said Tingling is black and Firek is white. Assistant State’s Attorney Rita Infelise said Firek punched Tingling in the upper chest. Tingling pushed him, and Firek punched him again in the chest, she said. A judge ordered Joseph Firek, 59, who is on parole for a residential burglary conviction, held on $250,000 bail Friday on charges of first-degree murder and a hate crime. It’s a shame people can’t even pick up their daughter from school without experiencing such hate.
