According to Rolling Out: Jada Pinkett Smith recently caused a stir on Facebook after she posted an “inspirational” status update that to some seemed to be anti-Christianity. “We are born with our souls, but it is through our experiences in life that we are given the opportunity to discover the paths needed to develop the self,” wrote Smith. “In order to do this we must not belong to the obedient…we must belong to our truth.” And while over 42,000 people liked the comment, several fans spoke out against her words and ordered her to reconnect with God and study the bible. “This is not the truth, so many lost souls. We must be obedient to God and follow his will for our lives!” wrote one fan. “We are to be obedient to God,” added another. Jada and her family have long been rumored to be a part of the Church of Scientology. In 2008, the Smiths funded a school that taught children under the principles of “Study Technology,” a concept created by the Church of Scientology’s founder Ron L. Hubbard. Something tells us if Chris keeps putting off rehab, he may never go again. Chris Brown Putting Off Rehab To Spend Thanksgiving With Family At dinner family members will be discussing what they are thankful for and Breezy will just be thankful he’s not in jail. Good times. According to Hollywood Life: Chris Brown is leaning on Karrueche Tran and his mother, Joyce Hawkins, during this tough time. After spending two weeks in a rehab facility, he was reportedly sent home for throwing a rock angrily at his mother’s car. However, he wants to spend as much time with his loved ones as possible! “He doesn’t have to go right away to rehab but he’ll have to commit real soon,” a source close to the “Fine China” singer told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “I know he wants to be home and spend thanksgiving with Karrueche and his family so we shall see.” Karrueche has been extremely supportive of Chris through it all. Even at court, they walked in hand in hand. “Karrueche’s dealing, and it’s hard for her too, but she’s sticking by his side,” the source told us. ”She doesn’t like him when he’s in pain and hurting. It’s like he’s trapped with nowhere to go. She wishes she could get inside his head and turn on a switch.” Chris got lucky at court that he just was sent to rehab and not to jail — but he doesn’t look at it that way. “He’s not relieved because he knows the situation isn’t over. He still has to go back to court. He knows he’s got a long way to go and this is just the first step,” a source told us. ”He’s lost all of his belief in the system and even though he gets to go home, he knows they’re still after him.” Breezy needs to humble himself because he could have been someone’s bald-headed beyotch in jail right now.

According to Radar Online: Chris Brown is complaining to friends that he should be allowed to take medical sticky icky for his anger management issues because it’s legal in California, RadarOnline.com has learned. The troubled singer — ordered Wednesday to spend three months in rehab after throwing a rock through his mother’s car window whilst in rehab — does not want to continue to use anti-depressent drugs which have been prescribed to him, a source said. “They make Chris feel very numb and he felt that everything around him was fuzzy,” the insider revealed. “He felt dull and thirsty all the time. He had been taking medical sticky icky for the last several years, until the judge said Chris couldn’t take it beginning last summer. It was just another instance in which Chris felt he was being treated differently because of his celebrity status. In addition to returning to rehab for 90 days, the singer must also submit to periodic drug testing and can’t leave Los Angeles area. The singer is “really trying to move forward from the incident with Rihanna, but feels it’s just going to haunt him for the rest of his life. He believes if he was allowed to take the marijuana things would dramatically improve in his life, immediately. Chris isn’t the monster everyone thinks he is,” the insider added. Ever since he beat the brakes off Rihanna, he has been on a downhill spiral. Where’s Iyanla when you need her?

Well, it looks like fans of the TV One show won’t have to digest her annoying antics any longer, if the recent reports prove true. “R&B Divas Atlanta” star and former Brownstone group member Gilbert is not coming back, freddyo.com reported. TV One announced that “R&B Divas Atlanta” and “R&B Divas LA” have both been renewed but Nicci Gilbert, Faith Evans and LaTocha Scott’s names were conspicuously absent from the lineup, the reports state. Returning divas in Atlanta include KeKe Wyatt, Angie Stone, Syleena Johnson and Monifah. No word yet on which LA Divas will be returning. Shooting for R&B Divas Atlanta is set to begin this month. Don’t get too happy, Gilbert haters. According to NY Post reports: A Latvian lovely — famously photographed by The Post in her bloodstained, midriff-baring top and high heels just after she’d knifed her boyfriend — weepily testified in Manhattan court Tuesday that the fateful night’s events began with a fight over her purse. Pretty party girl Yekaterina Pusepa, 23, said she was drinking with boyfriend Alec Katsnelson at their usual downtown Manhattan watering hole, Ryan Maguire’s, on May 22, 2012, when she got up to go to the bathroom. “[I] asked him to look over my clutch, which had my phone, my keys and all my belongings,’’ Pusepa told jurors. “When I came out, I found my clutch was unattended in the middle of the bar. “I went to go look for him, and he was outside,’’ she said. “ At that point, I told him I wanted to go home because it frustrated me. I asked him to take care of something, and he was being irresponsible. “I said I wanted to take my things and go to my girlfriend’s house.’’ The troubled pair did go back to their Gold Street pad — but things took a horrible turn. Prosecutors and Katsnelson, 23, say Pusepa went berserk after her boyfriend received a phone message from another girl — stabbing him in the chest with a 9-inch steak knife, piercing his lungs and nicking his heart. “You didn’t try to take a slice out of the arm, did you?’’ asked Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Leila Kermani. “Instead, you put it directly in his chest,’’ Kermani stated, displaying for jurors on an overhead screen the Post front-page photo of Pusepa crying, still dressed in her club clothes with a bloody palm print and other blood spatter clearly visible on her white top, after the attack. On the stand, Pusepa further claimed that she knifed Katsnelson in a frenzy trying to protect herself from yet another vicious beating after months of violence. “He was kicking me and started punching me, then hit me upside the head, and that’s when I grabbed the knife,’’ she said. But Kermani insisted, “She was already boiling at that point, and he pushed her over the edge, and in that instant, she formed an intent to kill.’’ And to think this all started over a purse. Sad. According to Think Progress: In an online video game, players follow shooter Adam Lanza’s footsteps the day of the Sandy Hook Elementary school mass shooting. Called “The Slaying of Sandy Hook Elementary School,” the widely condemned simulation takes players through the shootings of 26 children and adults before it shows their “score”: Game creator Ryan Jake Lambourn claims it has a “gun safety” message, but activists against gun violence are baffled and disgusted by the game. The family of Victoria Soto, a murdered Newtown teacher, took their outrage to Twitter, telling Lambourn, “Please tell us how playing a game that recreates how Vicki died would be beneficial?” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) told the Hartford Courant he hopes the “very disturbed person who could think of something like this sees the cruelty of what he’s done and stops it.” Post-Newtown, the National Rifle Association faulted video games and media, not guns, in its wide cast for blame. But the NRA is not above using controversial shooting games when it can profit from them. One month after the tragedy, the NRA released a game with coffin-shaped targets to promote gun ownership.
