Damn Mack , this is a bad look. Mack Maine To Be Charged With Sexual Battery And Assault If this is true, Mack needs anger management…it’s not cool to lay the smackdown on chicks. According to TMZ Rapper Mack Maine WILL be charged with sexual battery and assault for allegedly groping a female and then punching her female friend on Lil Wayne’s tour bus last week … officials tell TMZ. TMZ broke the story … Maine has been accused of inviting the alleged victims onto Wayne’s tour bus following a concert in OKC last week. While on the bus, one woman claims Maine stuck his hand down her shirt and squeezed her breast without consent. The woman claims she slapped Maine and tried to get off the bus, along with her female friend … but Maine was so upset, he blocked the door and punched the friend in the face, breaking her jaw. The D.A. tells TMZ it’s unclear WHEN they will file the charges against Maine, but officials say it’s just of matter of time. We reached out to Mack to for comment — so far, no word back. The verb means “to move one’s buttocks in a suggestive way.” It has not yet made its way into OED and perhaps never will (let us hope so), but its origin hardly poses a problem: twerk must be a blend of twist (or twitch) and work (or jerk), a close relative of such verbs as squirm (possibly a blend of dialectal squir “to throw with a jerk” and worm) and twirl (? twist + whirl). When blends are coined “in plain sight” — as happened to brunch, motel, and Eurasia — no one has questions about their descent. The noun designates a rope made of two threads, a twirl, and refers to various distortions. Hence the verb twist “to intertwine; curve; wring.” Especially characteristic are the Germanic congeners of twist: German Zwist ~ Low German twist “quarrel, discord”; Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish also have tvist (the same meaning). Twig “a small shoot of a tree” seems to be akin to some words for “fork.” If this is true, then a twig once denoted a forked branch, an object with two prongs. How it acquired its modern meaning remains unclear. German Zweig does not conjure up a picture of a tiny branch, though it is smaller than an Ast “bough.” (Did Dickens hint to the vicissitudes in the fate of his hero when he called him Twist? After all, it was he, rather than Mr. Bumble, who invented the name.) Basically, White people have discovered the art of twerking and want to claim it. They let him out? Lawrence Taylor’s Son Released From Jail He may have been released from jail, but charges like this stick with you no matter where you go…hard to shake. According to TMZ The son of NFL legend Lawrence Taylor — has just been released from jail after his July arrest for statutory, child molestation, and sodomy, TMZ has learned. LTJ’s mom bonded out her son moments ago in Georgia. Bond was set at $50,000. The 31-year-old will remain free until his next court date, which hasn’t been scheduled yet. TMZ broke the story … LTJ was arrested on July 7 on 3 counts: statutory (felony), aggravated child molestation (felony), and statutory aggravated sodomy (felony). He remained in custody until today. According to the warrant, a female under the age of 16 accused LTJ of forcibly performing oral sex on her (legally referred to as “sodomy” in this case). Another underage girl also accused LTJ of having sex with her multiple times last year. If convicted of either child molestation or sodomy, LTJ faces 25 years to life in prison. The statutory charge carries a sentence of 1 to 20 years. LTJ’s lawyer tells us, “Mr. Taylor has some serious challenges that lay ahead of him and we are focusing on those challenges. This is a tough case, no winners here.” You’ll recall, LTJ’s father was infamously arrested for forced sex back in 2010 after having sex with an underage prostitute. LT (senior) pled guilty to one count of patronizing a prostitute and one count of sexual misconduct. He was sentenced to 6 years probation with no jail time — and was ordered to register as a sex offender. You know a family is phucked up when both the father and son are charged with forced sex. It’s a wrap . Catherine Zeta-Jones And Michael Douglas Separate Catherine’s stay in the looney bin really put a dent in their marriage. According to Radar Online Michael Douglas and wife Catherine Zeta-Jones are separated, RadarOnline.com has confirmed. The Basic Instinct star, 68, and Chicago stunner, 43, have been on a “break” for some time, as Douglas took their kids — Dylan, 13, and Carys, 10, — overseas to Sardinia without their mother, who has stayed in her native New York. Insiders tell People, who first reported the story, the stars haven’t begun the paperwork process in the split. One source said, “They want the best for their kids, no matter what happens.” They were last snapped together at an event in New York April 22. The A-list couple have been through a number of trying events in recent years, including Michael’s bout with stage IV throat cancer and subsequent chemotherapy; and Zeta-Jones’ ongoing treatment for bipolar disorder. A source told the magazine that “the stress has taken a toll on their marriage,” which began in 2000 when the celeb couple tied the knot. Between Michael saying he got Cancer from pleasuring the kitty kat and her breakdown, maybe this marriage was just doomed.

This ninja stays catching a break. Too Short Avoids Jail Time Too Short needs to pull a Chris Brown (if he can) and buy his lawyer a Lambo for saving his azz. According to TMZ Too Short won’t be locked away after trying to run from cops during his crazy DUI arrest … after cutting the SWEETEST deal of all time, TMZ has learned. TMZ broke the story … Too Short was popped in L.A. back in March on suspicion of DUI — but during the arrest stupidly fled from cops. He was chased down and taken to jail, where cops say they found Ecstasy in the back of the police cruiser. Short denied it was his. The rapper was slapped with SEVEN different charges, including: resisting arrest, DUI with .08 BAC or higher and possession of drugs. Tuesday, Short’s lawyer Keith Davidson did the impossible … Short pled no contest to driving with a BAC of .08 or higher and in exchange, all the other charges were DISMISSED. Yeah. It’s not uncommon for first time offenders to get off easy — but Short’s deal is really incredible because he has multiple prior DUI arrests. As for punishment … Short was sentenced to 3 years probation, fines and alcohol education classes. Hopefully, he can stay out of trouble.

Joey going to jail ! Fat Joe Heads To Miami Prison For Tax Evasion Via TMZ reports: Fat Joe has just turned himself in to prison to serve his 4 month sentence for tax evasion. The rapper — real name Joseph Cartagena — is officially in custody at the Federal Detention Center in Miami. As TMZ previously reported, Joe pled guilty back in December to stiffing Uncle Sam on a boatload of taxes for the years 2007 and 2008 … more than $1 million total. He originally faced up to two years in the slammer for the crime — but was ultimately sentenced to just 4 months and a $15,000 fine, plus one-year supervised release. He has kids??? Via FOXNews Former “American Idol” finalist Justin Guarini shocked many with a blog post this week, in which he detailed some of his financial troubles. But the singer clarified in a tweet posted Thursday that, though at times he’s “skipped meals,” he is “nowhere near poverty.” Still, his detailed and open blog post seemed to tell a different story. “There was a time when I wouldn’t have been concerned about the amazing expense of eating at place like Green Symphony,” he wrote. “Now, I budget. I have spent days skipping meals in order to make sure I have enough. To make sure my children, and my wife have enough.” And though the 34-year-old praised his loving family in the post, he admitted he is still having a tough time. “ I am struggling to make each day meet the next without breaking down and curling up. Sometimes I envy people who sit at a desk all day (at least you know where your next meal is coming from). I’ll smile, and laugh, and joke, and entertain…because sometimes it’s the only way to keep the ghosts of regret and loss at bay.” In the message to his fans, Guarini asked for their support and attention. “Now I tell you all this to reintroduce myself to you. As I am now. To take you with me on this new adventure, to hopefully regain and surpass all that I had before…but this time with a family.” Sorry Justin, but if you have “spent days skipping meals” then you are pretty damn near poverty. The jig is finally up! Aaron Hernandez Indicted On Murder Charge Via Boston reports: Former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez was indicted today on a charge of first-degree murder in the slaying of a Boston man whose bullet-riddled body was found in a North Attleborough industrial park in June. Hernandez also faces five gun charges in the slaying of Odin Lloyd, 27, of Boston, in the latest chapter of the downfall of a wealthy NFL star who once seemed to have a bright future. One of Hernandez’s friends, Ernest Wallace, also faces charges of being an accessory after the fact of first-degree murder, according to the Bristol County Superior Court clerk’s office. If convicted, Hernandez faces a possible sentence of life in prison without parole. Wallace faces a maximum sentence of seven years. Bristol District Attorney C. Samuel Sutter’s office has alleged in court that Hernandez, Wallace, and another Hernandez associate picked up Lloyd, a 27-year-old amateur football player, at his Dorchester home and then drove him to an industrial park in North Attleborough where he was shot to death. What makes a man who has everything do something so stupid? Whatever his friend “mouthed off” about was not worth shooting him over. Throw this clown in the clink and lose the key!
