Azealia Banks Arrested For Biting Security Guard’s Breast Another day, another physical fight between Azealia Banks and a random security guard. The always angry rapper was arrested outside NYC nightclub Up&Down early Wednesday morning, after she allegedly assaulted a female bouncer, spitting on her, punching her, and biting her breast. Unsurprisingly, she faces misdemeanor third-degree assault charges. Azealia stays in a fighting mood …so what got her riled up this time around?? Apparently the guards didn’t know she was a celebrity. So naturally, she decided to behave like a wild banshee and aim her fangs at a bouncer’s boob. Via Page Six : This time, spies said the trouble began when Banks arrived with an invited guest for the birthday of one of the club’s owners, Ronnie Madra. “It was an invite-only party,” said a witness. “You needed a stamp to get in.” When Banks tried to enter the private downstairs party and was told she had to go back upstairs to get a stamp, an altercation broke out with bouncers. “There was a female security guard and a male guard,” a source said, adding they “didn’t recognize Banks” — who began “screaming at the top of her lungs, cursing” and using racial slurs. A club owner noticed the commotion and “gave her a pass to let her in,” but “once she was 15 feet inside she starts to curse at the guards again, explaining who she was, that she’s on Rihanna’s album.” When security approached, Banks allegedly, “spit in the [female bouncer’s] face,” a spy said. As they escorted her out, “she bites the [female guard] in the breast, almost breaking her shirt . . . as they took her out.” A police source added the bite “caused swelling and redness.” Outside, Banks weirdly declared, “I’m gonna call the cops!” a source said, and approached an NYPD Traffic Enforcement car. But the source said that when she returned to the front of the club with the cops, she “punched” the female bouncer and was taken away as she asked, “Why are you arresting me?” SMH! This young lady really needs some anger management courses, maybe a few calming mantras, and a chill pill in her life. It’s no one else’s fault that she’s simply not all that damn famous…

N.Y. Judge Put Warrant Out For Rapper After He Missed Court DMX said his warrant for a no-show at a child support hearing was down to a mix up between his lawyers and the court. BOSSIP broke the story earlier this week that a Westchester County Supreme Court judge put a warrant out for the rapper’s arrest after he didn’t turn up to a court date with ex-wife, Tashera Simmons. But DMX believed his lawyers successfully postponed the Dec. 14 hearing because of his longstanding “DMXmas” performance in Las Vegas the same day. “I did everything I was supposed to do, it wasn’t my fault,” DMX said, according to his Uncle Nell, who is travelling with the rapper as he performs. Uncle Nell said DMX – who has been in and out of jail over the last few years – had turned his professional life around, getting new management, paying off another child support judgment in upstate New York and making sure his court-ordered $5,000 a month in child support was paid to Tashera on time. “He was doing so good for the last three months, building his rep back up,” Uncle Nell told BOSSIP. “He did the show, we went to bed and when we woke up there was a warrant.” DMX – whose real name is Earl Simmons – is set to perform another show in Vegas on Thursday, and then will celebrate his birthday on Friday before heading to Utah for more shows. Then he’ll head back to New York, Uncle Nell said. He said DMX isn’t worried about cops nabbing him on the warrant as he travels from state to state. “We’re sure that the attorney is going to handle it,” Uncle Nell said. “They fumbled the ball, not us. We fulfilled our obligations.” In a statement to BOSSIP, the rapper’s rep said the rapper was continuing to move forward in his career. “We appreciate support from fans, promoters and our staff alike for knowing and trusting that business will go on as usual,” the statement read. “We look forward to great success, and plan to stay focused on accomplishing goals to achieve such greatness!” DMX is due back in court on the warrant next month.

The rap diva appeared in court today on Meek’s behalf, hoping to help sway the judge to keep her man out of jail while she helps him stay out of trouble. Meek faced a judge yesterday to determine if he violated probation with his recent appearance at the American Music Awards . Apparently he got distracted by his various social media beefs and forgot to apply for the proper permissions before deciding to follow Nicki to the ceremony. Now according to TMZ , Nicki Minaj says she wants to marry Meek and keep him on track for life! Friends close to Nicki Minaj say she she’s “deeply in love” with Meek, says he’s a “good man” and loves him very much. Nicki also told close friends that she will show up to all her boo’s court cases, a probation violation in his drug and gun case — to make a statement that she stands by him and is committed. Basically, Nicki is standing by her man no matter what! Contrary to reports, Nicki didn’t talk marriage on the stand, but has made it known that she wants to jump the broom “soon.” Minaj is also a perfect match to play step-mommy because she’s known to be “really good” with his son, and he wants to have more kids with her. Nicki Minaj Testifies For Meek Mill Nicki is being a real ride-or-die for her boo-thing Meek Mill. The rap diva appeared in court today on Meek’s behalf, hoping to help sway the judge to keep her man out of jail while she helps him stay on the straight and narrow. Meek faced a judge earlier today to determine if he violated probation with his recent appearance at the American Music Awards. Apparently he didn’t receive the proper permissions before deciding to follow Nicki to the ceremony. Meek’s lawyer used the rapper’s relationship with Nicki as part of his defense, insisting that the he is very serious about making her his bride , and insisting that she wouldn’t consider marrying a “criminal or bum.” Nicki was right on hand to let the court know that Meek can get on the right track — if left in her care. Via TMZ : Meek’s freedom is on the line, because he violated probation by failing to get permission to leave Philly for the AMA’s last month. Permission is required since he’s on probation for gun and drug charges. Meek’s lawyer told the judge his client seriously wants to marry Nicki, but she said nothing when she testified on his behalf. She did acknowledge they’re in a romantic relationship. Nicki did say she’d like to have a private sit down with Meek and the judge to prove he’s a changed man. Nicki said the judge would be impressed with Meek’s charity work and his frame of mind. She also said Meek’s kind of a nimrod when it comes to scheduling trips, and if she was put in charge of his calendar there wouldn’t be another problem. Meek is currently her opening act. Nicki and Meek have some convincing to do. At one point the judge said out loud, she felt like Meek was thumbing his nose at her. The case was recessed for a week … Meek could be sent back to the big house, worst case scenario. Welp, nobody can say that Nicki’s not down for her man! She’s willing to handle his calendar herself and make him stay home if need be to keep him out of lockup. We’ll see if this strategy works…
